当前,船舶综合电力系统(IPS)正朝着复杂化、模块化、自动化方向发展,研究快速、稳定、能够应对各种突发状况的船舶综合电力系统重构技术对保障船舶安全和可靠航行具有重要意义。首先,综述当前国内外在船舶综合电力系统重构技术方面的研究进展,讨论集中式重构和分布式重构的特点,并对数学优化算法、启发式算法、人工智能算法等进行归纳总结;然后,分析面对多重并发故障时重构技术所面临的困难与挑战,提出需重点关注混杂系统建模和分层分布式重构框架的建立;最后,从重构模型建立、算法优化、分布式架构等方面对未来船舶综合电力系统重构的发展提出设想和建议。     

基于多功能航标的海事监管模式的研究应用

传统海事监管以人员查询、船舶报告为主,数据获取手段单一,信息处理水平较低,存在监管时效性差等局限.针对上述问题,结合航道内广泛布设的航标,以多功能航标数据的采集、存储、分析和应用为基础,融合现有的海事监管信息,提出一种基于多功能航标的海事监管模式,从而推进海事监管信息化建设,提高监管效率,使内河海事监管现场化、实时化.通过实验验证,多功能航标信息系统运行稳定,在实时获取数据、辅助海事监管方面取得良好效果.

The impact of initial public offering lockup expirations on liquidity: Evidence from Chinese stock market

Previous empirical evidence on the liquidity effect to the lockup expiration is mixed. A sample from Chinese listed firms is adopted and contributes to better understand this effect in emerging markets. The spread and illiquidity significantly increases around lockup expiration in China. Furthermore, the liquidity reaction to firms’ disclosure quality is explicitly related. The results confirm that higher disclosure quality is significantly associated with lower abnormal spread and illiquidity impact. The effect of lockup expiration shares on liquidity proxies differs in firm disclosure quality. Identifying the factors affecting liquidity around such events may help regulators develop policies to provide investors with greater confidence in their investments.

提出了一种在多出口链路的校园网环境下，通过整合路由器和防火墙功能，利用基于目的地址的地址转换技术以及基于源地址的策略路由，优化了校园网出口路由策略方案。该方案充分发挥了相关设备的性能，提高了网络访问速度，而且也便于网络管理工作。

Seasonal variability of the Black Sea chlorophyll-a concentration

The optimal spectral decomposition (OSD) method is used to reconstruct seasonal variability of the Black Sea horizontally averaged chlorophyll-a concentration from data collected during the NATO SfP-971818 Black Sea Project in 1980–1995. During the reconstruction, quality control is conducted to reduce errors caused by measurement accuracy, sampling strategy, and irregular data distribution in space and time. A bi-modal structure with winter/spring (February–March) and fall (September–October) blooms is uniquely detected and accurately documented. The chlorophyll-a enriched zone rises to 15 m depth in winter and June, and deepens to 40 m in April and 35 m in August. The June rise of the chlorophyll-a enriched zone is accompanying by near-continuous reduction of upper layer maximum chlorophyll-a concentration.
