The shift comfort and efficiency of Automatic Transmission in vehicle are highly influenced by the pressure of the clutch shift control system, especially by the electro-hydraulic clutch subsystem. In this paper, the new design principles of electro-hydraulic clutch systems developed and modeled in detail, the clutch-to-clutch control system is analyzed in three time intervals: oil filled phase, changing phase of clutch torque and synchronous phase of clutch speed. The demand pressures for the engaged clutches calculated in each phase and is precisely built up by using fuzzy slide mode control, the time of hydraulic pressure building-up is very sensitive to the dither current in simulation. All control parameters are optimized by Cosimulation between software Simulink and SimulationX. Finally, the optimal algorithm of the clutch shift control is written into the transmission control unit of a testing vehicle. The characteristics of steering perception are decisive factors for overall driver preference and for vehicle safety. Car manufacturers are continuously required to tune the characteristics of the vehicle and have a strong need to be more effective in the design and evaluation of cars. Using only objective metrics (OM) can result in unwanted steering feel and using only subjective assessments (SA) is time-consuming, costly and non-repetitive. Before a tool can be built to predict the steering feel in front-end development and to improve design knowledge from the full vehicle level to the component level, links between subjective assessments and objective metrics must be found and analysed. The data collected for the study presented in this paper include subjective ratings from expert drivers and objective measurements made with steering robots, involving twelve expert drivers and over twenty vehicles across four different vehicle classes. Linear regression and neural network analysis (NN) have been used to explore reliable subjective-objective links. The tools and methods used in this research showed promising results. Most of the links found concern response and torque feedback. The preferred ranges of some crucial objective metrics leading to more desirable steering feel have been defined and presented. The results indicate that it would be possible for car manufacturers to develop new vehicles more effectively with a steering feel in line with the design criteria by using the tools and methods investigated in this paper. 相似文献

When driving in curves, how do drivers use the force appearing on the steering wheel? As it carries information related to lateral acceleration, this force could be necessary for drivers to tune their internal model of vehicle dynamics; alternatively, being opposed to the drivers' efforts, it could just help them stabilize the steering wheel position. To assess these two hypotheses, we designed an experiment on a motion-based driving simulator. The steering characteristics of the vehicle were modified in the course of driving, unknown to drivers. Results obtained with standard drivers showed a surprisingly wide range of adaptation, except for exaggerated modifications of the steering force feedback. A two-level driver model, combining a preview of vehicle dynamics and a neuromuscular steering control, reproduces these experimental results qualitatively and indicates that adaptation occurs at the haptic level rather than in the internal model of vehicle dynamics. This effect is related to other theories on the manual control of dynamics systems, wherein force feedback characteristics are abstracted at the position control level. This research also illustrates the use of driving simulation for the study of driver behavior and future intelligent steering assistance systems. 相似文献

对 55 名锰粉加工工人和 56 名对照工人的调查结果显示,工人工作地点 Mn O2 浓度几何均值为 196 m g/m 3 (锰尘 017~22.24 m g/m 3 ),样品超标率 887% 。接触组头晕头痛、睡眠障碍、容易疲劳和记忆不良的主诉率明显高于对照组( P<005~001)。接触组和对照组的心电图异常、高血压和低舒张压检出率未见显著性差异,其心率、 P R间期、 Q R S波、收缩压和舒张压的均值比较也没有显著性差异。接触组心电图异常和低舒张压的 O R分别是 1.56(95% 可信区间为 070~3.50)和 2.08(95% 可信区间为 018~23.57)。 相似文献

This paper discusses structural response to blast loading and temperature changes in fires. Both extreme events can be modelled using a range of analytical techniques from simple methodologies to the very complicated finite element analysis. The relatively simple techniques are appropriate for this type of problem and degree of accuracy required given the level of uncertainty in the loading. Given specific boundary conditions and physical properties, the methodologies proposed in the paper provide as good estimates of the dynamic response to blast loading and temperature increases in fires as the more sophisticated finite element method. The paper proposes a binary integer programming model for the computation of optimal traffic signal offsets for an urban road network. The basic theoretical assumptions for the computation of delay on the network are those employed by the main models developed during the last few years. The set of input data coincides with that needed for the Combination Method and its extensions. The model is solved through a branch-and-backtrack method and allows the obtaining of optimal offsets for condensable or uncondensable networks without introducing any special assumption on delay-offset functions, contrary to what occurs within other mathematical programming formulations of the problem. A reduced memory dimension is required by the developed algorithm, which promptly supplies during the computation better and better sub-optimal solutions, very interesting in view of the possible application of the method to real-time control problems.
