轨道客车不锈钢车体电化学钝化工艺研究

文章通过显微组织、显微硬度、电化学性能表征测试,分析了不锈钢车体焊缝及热影响区的组织变化及性能差异,研究了钝化道次、移动速度等电化学钝化工艺参数对焊接接头及热影响区耐蚀性的影响规律.试验结果表明:焊接热影响区显微组织发生明显改变,显微硬度下降,表面耐蚀性明显下降,当以10 mm/s单道次钝化作业时,点蚀电位最高,耐蚀性最好,30天盐雾试验后,钝化处理表面未发现明显锈蚀.该工艺已在公司进行了推广应用,效果良好.     

可持续交通——各方观点和长期挑战

从交通研究者和实践者的角度出发,以可持续交通这一概念为中心展开讨论。可持续交通宽泛地反映了可持续发展在交通领域的原则。随着可持续性这一概念的外延逐渐扩大,在它的定义、应用和价值取向上出现了不同观点。着重讨论可持续交通,以及如何理解和运用可持续交通,包括:1)将可持续性或者可持续发展作为一个整体的概念,包括关于可持续性的不同方法和定义之间的冲突;2)对可持续交通以及交通领域对其理解的探索;3)使用指标来实现可持续性的应用。然后识别了通往可持续交通之路的若干挑战,包括缺乏清晰定义、可持续性的固有冲突、可持续发展的跨领域本质、各种工作框架和指标体系、可持续发展的政治因素和交通领域实践中的不同观点。基于在该课题上的研究积累,总结解决这些问题的工作框架,提出因地制宜、注重结果、整体的方法来解决可持续交通中的挑战。     

Influence of vehicle driving parameters on the noise caused by passenger cars in urban traffic

In this work, a sample of vehicles has been instrumented to measure of variables that influence vehicle noise emissions in Madrid. A circuit reproducing a normal travel pattern in large city is traveled by a fleet of vehicle models representing the fleets of cars in a European city. A sample of drivers covers the test track under different traffic conditions. Driving parameters and noise emitted have been recorded in each test and average values have been extracted. These data have been analyzed to define the noise emissions produced by a vehicle in real driving conditions and to identify the noisiest driving behaviors.     

DRM系统信道均衡的研究

DRM(Digital Radio Mondiale)是世界上唯一非专利的数字广播系统,它为30MHz以下频段的长波、中波、短波广播提供了数字化的标准。信道估计作为其关键技术对系统性能有着十分重要的影响。文章提出了适用于DRM接收机的时频域联合信道估计和均衡算法,仿真结果表明上述信道估计算法在DRM接收机中具有较好的性能。     

海洋核动力平台电力系统设计概要

中国正在进行的海洋核动力平台国家示范工程项目,其电力系统设计存在着新的问题。本文以海洋核动力平台的需求为立足点,充分兼顾核电站的设计要求以及船舶入级的要求,归纳了适用于海洋核动力平台电力系统设计的要点,对海洋核动力平台的工程设计和新标准规范的制定具有较强的参考意义。     

基于ABAQUS的港工结构计算模型自动地应力平衡方法研究*

初始地应力场是结构-地基相互作用下有限元分析重要的初始条件，其平衡结果的精度将直接影响结构数值分析结果的准确性。虽然自动地应力平衡法操作步骤最为简单、所得结果最优，但受地基或结构形式、地基土层参数及接触等复杂条件的严重制约，其在实际中的应用非常受限。利用ABAQUS软件，在严格遵守实际地应力平衡时间节点的基础上，采用设置生死单元的方式实现初始地应力平衡前、后地基-结构所在空间单元的置换，建立通用自动地应力平衡方法及步骤，并通过多个典型港工结构模型算例进行验证。结果表明，本文的自动地应力平衡方法及步骤简单、易行，且能够方便有效地实现各种复杂情况下港工结构计算模型的初始地应力平衡。

PID在汽车防抱死系统中的仿真应用

本文通过数学建模建立了车辆动力学模型、滑移率模型、制动系统模型、轮胎模型、PID控制器等主要模型,然后建立了基于二轮车辆无ABS系统仿真模型、有PID控制器仿真模型,接着分别在高附着系数路面、低附着系数路面和对接路面上进行仿真试验。将三种不同车辆系统的制动时间、制动距离以及车轮是否抱死等性能参数进行对比分析,结果表明无ABS系统的车辆无论在哪种路况下制动,车轮均很快抱死,且制动时间最长,制动距离最大;有PID控制器的车辆可以使车轮滑移率在较短的时间内稳定在最佳滑移率处,避免了车轮抱死,制动距离与制动时间相比无ABS车辆都有明显改善。     

The Teachable Moments on Marine Mammal Tours: Watching versus Swim-With Tours

With the continuing growth of the tourism industry over recent decades, has come a change in tourist behavior from the traditional stereotypical 3-S tourist (sun, sand, sex) to an increasingly sophisticated and demanding tourist. These “new” tourists like to learn about history, nature, and wildlife, and they expect an educational component on wildlife tours. This study investigated swim-with-dolphin tours in Kaikoura, New Zealand with regard to the educational content and the overall anatomy of these tours, using data from observations on a total of 32 tours during December 2011. The resulting data were then compared with the data from Hrycik and Forestell's study, which investigated the content of questions asked by passengers on whale-watching tours in Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary. Results of the on-tour observations indicate that the surveyed tours display a structured approach to interpretation, which is customized to the specific tour anatomy of a “swim-with” tour, and varies in some parts significantly from “watch-only” tour interpretation.     

Reliability Modeling and Maintenance Policy Optimization for Deteriorating System Under Random Shock

Performance degradation and random shock are commonly regarded as two dependent competing risks for system failures. One method based on effective service age is proposed to jointly model the cumulative effect of random shock and system degradation, and the reliability model of degradation system under Nonhomogeneous Poisson processes (NHPP) shocks is derived. Under the assumption that preventive maintenance (PM) is imperfective and the corrective maintenance (CM) is minimal repair, one maintenance policy which combines PM and CM is presented. Moreover, the two decision variables, PM interval and the number of PMs before replacement, are determined by a multi-objective maintenance optimization method which simultaneously maximizes the system availability and minimizes the system long-run expect cost rate. Finally, the performance of the proposed maintenance optimization policy is demonstrated via a numerical example.
