瞄准交通强国建设新坐标 开启海南海事发展新征程

《交通强国建设纲要》(以下简称《纲要》)开宗明义,指出建设交通强国是以习近平同志为核心的党中央立足国情、着眼全局、面向未来作出的重大战略决策,是建设现代化经济体系的先行领域,是全面建成社会主义现代化强国的重要支撑,是新时代做好交通工作的总抓手。围绕着落实《纲要》,交通运输部海事局站在统筹和引领海事发展大局的高度,提出了以"五个一流"谱写新时代交通海事新篇章的发展思路,这为我们进一步学习领会和贯彻落实好交通强国建设的目标任务,推动和提升海事高质量发展提供了基本遵循和奋斗目标。     

基于FPGA的单端行波故障测距系统的设计与实现

针对现有的10 k V输电线单端行波故障测距理论,提出了一种基于Cyclone IV系列FPGA芯片EP4CE15F17C8N的软硬件实现方案。采用FPGA自顶向下模块化思想,设计了行波故障测距系统,采用AD7356进行高速数据采集,通过改进的凯伦鲍尔矩阵进行相模变换,用FIR滤波器IP核进行小波变换求模极大值,最后根据模极大值的极性选择测距公式计算故障距离。通过时序仿真和板级测试表明,该方案设计时序稳定,且定位精度高、实时性强。     

船舶柴油机调速器有限转角力矩电机优化控制

本文针对新型的船舶柴油机调速器有限转角力矩电机控制系统优化与稳定性问题,在Matlab/Simulink中基于电枢回路方程与力矩方程搭建有限转角力矩电机动态系统模型.通过数据拟合方法构建电机非线性模型,基于线性控制理论对串级PID控制系统进行稳定性分析,最后使用遗传算法对PID参数进行优化设计.研究成果可为该电机用于柴油机电子调速执行机构提供优化及控制参考.     

一种基于卫星导航的列车初始定位方法研究

在西北环境恶劣地区,线路区间往往较少设置实体应答器,列车在区间重启时需要长距离低速运行.经过实体应答器后才能确定列车位置。针对该问题.本文提出一种基于卫星导航系统和车载电子地图的列车初始定位方法。该方法利用轨道约束算法和概率学方法,设计满足铁路安全标准要求的列车初始定位方法。     

Dynamic Behavior of Two Part Towing Cable System During Turning

An improved numerical method is used to simulate the dynamic behavior of a two part towing cable systems during turnings. In U turns and full turns, periodical heave motions are found both for the towed vehicle and for the depressor. Periodic motions of the subsea units and of the cable surface tension are closely related to the turning parameters, such as turning velocity and turning radius. System parameters, such as length of the second cable and the vehicle hydrodynamics, also damp turning instability.     

提高TSP探测精度的途径

TSP作为目前最先进的隧道地质超前预报探测仪器，得到了广泛的应用。但是由于在现实中存在各种问题，从而导致该仪器的预测精度受到了极大限制，主要阐述如何提高其预测精度，更好地为隧道的建设服务。     

Automatic outer surface extraction of femoral head in CT images

Computer-aided hip surgery planning and implant design applications require accurate segmentation of femoral head and proximal acetabulum. An accurate outer surface extraction of femoral head using marching cubes algorithm remains challenging due to deformed shapes and extremely narrow inter-bone regions. In this paper, we present an automatic and fast approach for segmentation of femoral head and proximal acetabulum which leads to accurate and compact representation of femoral head using marching cubes algorithm. At first, valley-emphasized images are constructed from original images so that valleys stand out in high relief. Otsu’s multiple thresholding technique is applied to seperate the images into bone and non-bone classes. Region growing method and threedimensional (3D) morphological operations are performed to fill holes in the bone. In the reclassification process, the bone regions are further segmented, and the boundaries of the bone regions are further refined based on Bayes decision rule. Finally, marching cubes algorithm is applied to reconstruct a 3D model and extract the outer surface of femoral head and proximal acetabulum. Experimental results show that this method is an accurate segmentation technique for femoral head and proximal acetabulum and it can be applied as a tool in medical practice.

“学-导多元互动”教学模式是依据相关教育理论、教育观念以及结合现代远程开放教育发展的要求和实践而形成的重在体现以人为本,真正做到“以学习者为中心”,为学习者提供多元的服务,满足学习者的学习需要和求知愿望,构建终身学习体系和学习型社会的教育思想的教学模式。文章以视觉传达设计教学为例,从“学-导多元互动”教学模式的内涵、教学效果及对高校艺术设计教育的启示三个方面加以阐述,希望对于高校艺术设计教育教学模式的改革起到一些借鉴作用。
