全电子汽车灯光检测器的研制

针对车辆行驶过程中不能及时发现车灯故障的问题,设计了一种新型全电子汽车灯光检测器。该检测器作为汽车制造过程中的固定电器件安装在汽车中央控制盒上,通过和车灯串联的分压电阻作为敏感元件来控制电路工作。介绍了该灯光检测器的工作原理、电路设计及性能。通过装车使用表明,该产品性能优良,且创下50万km无故障的记录。     

燃用不同油品的柴油出租车排放性能试验研究

对燃用硫含量≤500×10-6的城市车用0#柴油(简称"国Ⅱ柴油")和硫含量≤350×10-6的高品质清洁柴油(简称"国Ⅲ柴油")的帕萨特柴油出租车的排放性能进行了试验研究,系统研究了其10万km范围内的排放性能。结果表明:燃用国Ⅱ柴油和国Ⅲ柴油的帕萨特柴油出租车完全满足当前国家排放法规限值要求,具有较好的环保性能,而且两者的CO、NOx和HC NOx排放差别不大,但国Ⅲ柴油的PM排放明显优于国Ⅱ柴油。     

戴云山隧道燕尾段施工数值仿真分析

国内外燕尾式隧道的修建起步较晚,相应的技术难度较大,缺少施工经验和技术标准。利用大型有限元软件对新建向莆铁路戴云山隧道燕尾段工程开挖进行了仿真模拟,通过对围岩应力场、位移场和支护体系受力特点的分析研究,指出大跨段拱顶下沉和拱底回弹较大,连拱段中墙上方岩体最为脆弱、中墙偏移、墙身偏压、墙底受拉,小净距段中夹岩柱承受压力较大。针对上述问题,提出了相应的施工建议与对策,对燕尾段现场施工具有一定的指导意义。     

Evaluating employer programs encouraging the use of alternate transportation modes: Two studies

Since 1976, major Denver metropolitan area firms have been required to encourage employees to use mass transit, carpooling, bicycling, and other alternate transportation modes to commute to work. The encouragement programs of 36 firms were clearly associated with greater use of alternate transportation modes, with the portion of variance in alternate transportation use explained by differences in employer programs of approximately 15%. The effects of the programs on deterring alternate mode users from returning to solo driving are consistently weaker than their effects on persuading drivers to try alternate transportation modes initially. Recommendations for the conduct of alternate transportation encouragement programs are made, based on these and other results. In addition, two recommendations are made concerning the evaluation of encouragement programs: that aggregate percentage change in alternate transportation use should not be used as the sole measure of success, and that environmental variables such as the availability of and pressure for use of alternate transportation modes should be measured and controlled.     

铁路建设总价承包存在的问题分析及相关建议

结合铁路工程的特点,对当前总价承包方式存在的实际施工工程数量与合同工程量清单数量之间变化幅度大,而按照当前部颁《总价承包标准施工招标文件》无法合理调整承包价的问题,提出针对性的解决方法和建议。这些方法和建议主要包括采用单价承包方式、采用工程总承包方式、调整完善可调总价合同的相关条款,以及按招标概算段落编制施工图投资检算等。     

千岛湖1#桥桥面铺装结构研究

结合千岛湖1#桥实体工程,选择常用的沥青混合料类型,进行配合比设计与各项力学与路用性能试验．并对各种沥青混合料类型进行性能综合比选,研究结果表明橡胶沥青SMA-13和SBS改性沥青SMA-10综合力学性能和路用性能最佳,宜作为千岛湖1#桥桥面铺装结构。     

M10-30门机电气加速控制系统的改造

今年1月3日,我港一台M10-30门座起重机在装卸作业中变幅机构突然自动加速、操纵失控,造成吊装货物将装卸工作打入货池的严重事故.通过现场事故分析 ,失控的原因是变幅机构最后一级加速接触器(3JC4)的吸铁被油污贴牢,在接触器线圈失电的情况下,不能在弹簧的作用下分开,而使主角点闭合.在下次重复操纵时,因加速级 3JC4主接触器的开常触点未能断开,变幅电机转子调速电阻全部被短接,使变幅系统失去由低速到高速的运转过程.     

Research of order allocation model based on cloud and hybrid genetic algorithm under ecommerce environment

For massive order allocation problem of the third party logistics (TPL) in ecommerce, this paper proposes a general order allocation model based on cloud architecture and hybrid genetic algorithm (GA), implementing cloud deployable MapReduce (MR) code to parallelize allocation process, using heuristic rule to fix illegal chromosome during encoding process and adopting mixed integer programming (MIP) as fitness function to guarantee rationality of chromosome fitness. The simulation experiment shows that in mass processing of orders, the model performance in a multi-server cluster environment is remarkable superior to that in stand-alone environment. This model can be directly applied to cloud based logistics information platform (LIP) in near future, implementing fast auto-allocation for massive concurrent orders, with great application value.     

悬臂浇筑施工中连续箱梁预应力管道摩阻测试研究

通过应用最小二乘法原理,由规范中的公式推导预应力管道摩阻系数κ和μ的算式,结合杭州湾跨海大桥北引桥悬臂浇筑施工连续箱梁预应力管道摩阻的现场测试,计算出实际预应力管道摩阻系数,并与设计值和规范值比较,表明管道成孔良好,符合设计要求.     

双壳油船稳性分析

分析了传统型具有两道纵舱壁的单底单壳油船演变为双底双壳油船后,发生稳性不足的原因.阐述了MARPOL条款25A和统一解释UI11A对油船稳性的要求,并指出其中存在的不妥之处.叙述了作为UI11A变通等效的IACS(WP/SSLL)40次会议UIMPC决议案的内容,提出了一套执行该决议案的具体核算方法.
