Enhancing the Efficiencies of Organic Photovoltaic and Organic Light-Emitting Diode Devices by Regular Nano-Wrinkle Patterns

Organic photovoltaic (OPV) cells and organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) are energy harvesting and generation devices that have attracted great attention these years because of their low costs, thin film structures, flexibility and environment-friendly manufacturing processes. For such thin film devices, photon management methods that increase the light absorption of OPV cells and the light extraction from OLEDs are highly desirable. Here, we report the experimental efforts to fabricate geometrically tunable and spontaneously formed nano-wrinkle structures with large areas, and the theoretical results on photon management with the nano-wrinkles.

HBV-TF抗原特异性的研究

应用抗原特异性玫瑰花结试验对比研究HBV-TF、N-TF及TMP的生物活性及抗原特异性。实验发现经HBV-TF作用的绵羊淋巴细胞与HBsAg包被的绵羊红血球形成的抗原特异性玫瑰花结阳性率最高,为4.5%,而经N-TF及TMP作用的绵羊淋巴细胞仅形成极少的玫瑰花结,分别为0.35%和0.33%与HBV-TF作用组相比有非常显著的差异(P<0.01)。     

智力低下儿童的视觉—运动综合能力发育

用Ｂｅｅｒｙ’ｓ视觉－运动综合（ＶＭＩ）发育测验对６０名智力低下病儿作了评估，全部病儿的ＶＭＩ发育的年龄等值均落后于实际年龄，落后１５％～６２％。与韦氏智力量表总智商之间的相关系数为０．５２２５（Ｐ＜０．００１）。Ｂｅｅｒｙ’ｓＶＭＩ发育测验是国外广泛应用的儿童发育评估工具，对智力低下、学习困难等发育疾病的诊断很有帮助，值得推荐。     

Learning tracking controllers under unknown disturbances for the installation of rigid and flexible structures

During the installation operations of underwater structures, offshore structures such as semisubmersibles, the steady nonlinear hydrodynamic force due to the ocean current, the tidal current, and the hydrodynamic interaction between structures are regarded as major disturbances. Generally, it is difficult and very expensive to collect information about these disturbances in advance, although such knowledge would be important and necessary for precise installation. Because of this situation, we have proposed a learning tracking controller (LTC) for automated tracking/docking operations of offshore structures. The LTC can be operated without any information about current, and can be applied to the installation problem of flexible structures whose flexibility cannot be ignored. In order to confirm the effectiveness of the LTC, basin tests were carried out using experimental models with an unknown current. Two types of basin experiment were executed using an ultrasound ranging system and thrusters. One was trajectory tracking of a semisubmersible, and the other was the precise mating of flexible underwater structures. In both cases the LTC showed good performance, and in the latter case in particular, two flexible models were successfully made to track the given trajectory and dock to the docking targets with an accuracy of ±5 mm, after the trajectory had been tracked six to seven times for learning purposes. No elastic responses were excited in the flexible model. Received for publication on Dec. 1, 1999; accepted on March 13, 2000     

基于Windows95的内燃机机油耗微机测量系统的研究

机油消耗率不仅直接关系到内燃机的经济性,动力性和可靠性,而且与内燃机颗粒排放之间有着密切的联系。为此,文章介绍了在高性能价格比的研华ＰＣＬ－１８００型数据采集卡资源基础上,进行的基于Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ９５的内燃机机油耗散微机测量系统的研究。     

基于微机CAD／CAM的船舶辅机CAD系统

介绍了基于微机的船舶辅机ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ集成系统,重点分析了船舶辅助机ＣＡＤ系统,该系统由设计计算,设计绘图及优化排样三个模块组成,完成了船用齿轮传动件的设计,吊艇架的设计计算;建立开发环境方便了船舶辅机的设计绘图,完成了船舶辅机钣金件的优化排样处理。

上海振华港机公司为上海港龙吴码头设计制造了一台专供接卸3000箱以下全集装箱船用新型集装箱起重机(图1).自1998年8月投产以来,运行情况良好.     

冷藏集装箱的接电设备插头和插座介绍

介绍国际经组织制定的一插头,插座标准和我国生产插头,插座的情况,另对冷藏集装箱在码头堆 的运行,检修和管理问题提出了要求。     

裂隙粘土的热分析研究

本文选用不同地区的铁路沿线裂隙粘土，进行风干、过筛、沉降等处理后取得土样。经日产Rigaku型微量热分析仪作DTA－TG法分析。由实验结果可以看出，土样中含蒙脱石、伊利石等矿物，并用热分析法定量给出了试样中物质的含量。
