The shift comfort and efficiency of Automatic Transmission in vehicle are highly influenced by the pressure of the clutch shift control system, especially by the electro-hydraulic clutch subsystem. In this paper, the new design principles of electro-hydraulic clutch systems developed and modeled in detail, the clutch-to-clutch control system is analyzed in three time intervals: oil filled phase, changing phase of clutch torque and synchronous phase of clutch speed. The demand pressures for the engaged clutches calculated in each phase and is precisely built up by using fuzzy slide mode control, the time of hydraulic pressure building-up is very sensitive to the dither current in simulation. All control parameters are optimized by Cosimulation between software Simulink and SimulationX. Finally, the optimal algorithm of the clutch shift control is written into the transmission control unit of a testing vehicle. The testing results show that the suggested control strategy is effective.  相似文献

A novel vehicle headlamp low beam system is presented. The optical system is composed of three identical cells to ensure enough illumination. A poly-ellipsoid reflector and a aspherical lens are used to concentrate the rays and a baffle is employed to produce the cut-off line. The optical performance shows a good agreement with the requirement for headlamp in Chinese national standard. The smart constant current driver sustains automotive headlamps?requirements, moreover it has high power efficiency. The performance of three kinds of cooling systems with different structures are simulated and evaluated by FloTHERM software. Then a loop heat pipes combined with fins cooling system is manufactured for cooling the designed LED headlamp. It can greatly improve the cooling efficiency. Even in the 80°C environmental temperature, it can meet the working requirements of LED headlamp low beam system, so it is a kind of feasible cooling scheme.  相似文献

This paper investigates the optimal control of a vehicle, after a light impact during a traffic accident. To reduce the risk of secondary events, the control target is set: to minimize the maximum lateral deviation from the initial path. In previous analysis path control was achieved by the active control of individual wheel braking. The present paper examines potential benefits from the additional control of front steering angles. Numerical optimization is used to determine optimal control sequences for both actuator configurations. It is found that steering provides significant control benefits, though not for all post-impact kinematics. For all cases considered, the optimal control operates at the boundary of the control domain of available forces and moments. This domain is expanded when steering is available, and there exists an expanded range of conditions for which coupled control of yaw moments and lateral forces is the most effective control strategy. The sensitivity of vehicle response to the individual actuator controls is studied; it reveals this sensitivity is related to the actuator bandwidth and the lack of any dynamic cost in the longitudinal direction. This motivates a further analysis which includes longitudinal and lateral dynamics in the cost function. This is broadly related to real-world crash risks. Further, different versions of such cost functions are compared as a basis for implementation in a closed-loop controller.  相似文献

Most of the tyre models have been developed for high speed, combined forces, etc., however, in certain tests it is necessary to know tyre behaviour at very low speed in order to evaluate different systems. So, during vehicle inspection and maintenance of the steering and brake system, by means of sideslip tester and roller brake tester respectively, the forces transmitted by the tyres are measured; all of these inspections are carried out at low speeds. Furthermore, usually, automobile vehicles run at low speeds during an important part of their operating life (less than 60 km/h), mainly during urban traffic, and in steady state conditions. Therefore, it is particularly interesting to develop an accurate model of the contact patch tyrepavement for low speeds without the complexity of models that cover a wide speed range but provide less precision at very low speeds. The dynamometer plate has proved to be an appropriate test equipment to characterise the tyre-pavement contact at low speed and the steering geometry and wheel alignment. It has the feature of being able to carry out tests with the tyre installed in the vehicle as in completely real conditions. The main aim of this research is to set up a contact model between tyre and pavement at very low speed based on the measurement of longitudinal and lateral forces. A test methodology that allows carrying out the experimental tests in a systematic and controlled way with the dynamometer plate has also been developed. From this model it will be possible to estimate the forces that tyres are capable of transmitting in different situations to act in the parameters which affect these forces and maximize them.  相似文献

Solving the multi‐objective network design problem (MONDP) resorts to a Pareto optimal set. This set can provide additional information like trade‐offs between objectives for the decision making process, which is not available if the compensation principle would be chosen in advance. However, the Pareto optimal set of solutions can become large, especially if the objectives are mainly opposed. As a consequence, the Pareto optimal set may become difficult to analyze and to comprehend. In this case, pruning and ranking becomes attractive to reduce the Pareto optimal set and to rank the solutions to assist the decision maker. Because the method used, may influence the eventual decisions taken, it is important to choose a method that corresponds best with the underlying decision process and is in accordance with the qualities of the data used. We provided a review of some methods to prune and rank the Pareto optimal set to illustrate the advantages and disadvantages of these methods. The methods are applied using the outcome of solving the dynamic MONDP in which minimizing externalities of traffic are the objectives, and dynamic traffic management measures are the decision variables. For this, we solved the dynamic MONDP for a realistic network of the city Almelo in the Netherlands using the non‐dominated sorting genetic algorithm II. For ranking, we propose to use a fuzzy outranking method that can take uncertainties regarding the data quality and the perception of decision makers into account; and for pruning, a method that explicitly reckons with significant trade‐offs has been identified as the more suitable method to assist the decision making process. Research purposes: By contrast of concept, process, and examples of the partial coefficient design method and the design method based on reliability index, this paper has revealed the essence of the two kinds of design methods, namely for the design method based on reliability index, the concept of probability is directly introduced into design and for the design method of partial coefficient, the probability thought is reflected in the middle of the design, and has analyzed their common and obvious differences, which will provide the guidance for engineering design and research personnel to reasonably choose design method according to the actual situation. Research conclusions: (1) The partial coefficient design method, relatively simple, safe, suitable for conventional design, is a practical design method. (2) Reliable indicator design method, which can give attention to both safety and economy, the design process is complex, suitable for special design, is the ideal design way and the method of scientific research. (3) For the retaining structure engineering design, the partial coefficient method can be adopted. (4) The research conclusion has guiding significance for engineering design and research personnel to choose the retaining structure design method.  相似文献

Global economic development is facilitated by the commercial shipping industry. Shipping operations contribute to the growth of international trade activities, which heavily count on ships to carry cargoes from places of production to places of consumption. Despite its importance, there have been growing concerns about the environmental impacts caused by shipping activities in international trade. To balance environmental protection and productivity, many shipping firms have begun to adopt green shipping practices (GSPs) to improve their operations in a more environmentally friendly manner. GSP consists of six dimensions, namely, company policy and procedure (CPP), shipping documentation (SD), shipping equipment (SE), shipper cooperation (SC), shipping materials (SM), and shipping design and compliance (SDC). GSP is becoming an important aspect of shipping operations. It is timely for the shipping industry to evaluate firm capability in carrying out greening operations, that is, firms’ “greening” capability. Firm capability comprises two key elements: one is embedded in firms’ business routines or activities, and the other concerns firms’ ability in transforming inputs into outputs. GSPs can be considered as inputs while firm performance measures as outputs. This study uses an input/output approach to examine the greening capability (GC) of shipping firms. The results indicate that shipping firms are relatively weak in the practices of SC and SE, while the capability scores of SM, CPP, SDC, and SD are all close to 1, with an average score of 0.927, 0.920, 0.924, and 0.978, respectively. Academic and managerial significance of the findings are highlighted.  相似文献

In the presence of biofilms, stainless steels(SS) exhibits an increase in corrosion potential, called ennoblement. In the present study, the corrosion potential(Ecorr) behavior of the duplex SS UNS S32760 was recorded simultaneously with the in situ marine biofilm formation in two areas at Arraial do Cabo,Southeastern Brazil. The biofilm at Forno Harbor(an anthropogenically disturbed area) was characterized by higher relative abundances of Bacteria at day 2, followed by diatoms(especially Navicula sp.) on day 10 and dinoflagellates on day 18,whereas no clear trend was recorded at Cabo Frio Island(an undisturbed area). The ennoblement of Ecorr values was site-dependent. In a complementary laboratory assay, biofilms were removed and the Ecorr values registered in sterile conditions for the subsequent 10 days and corroborated in situ results. Understanding biofilms and SS interactions has important implications for materials science and engineering decisions as well as helping to fill in important gaps in this knowledge.  相似文献

This paper reviews the current practice of modelling freight movements for highway planning purposes. It is noted that few, if any models are explanatory and there is normally a two stage process involving a Macro Forcasting Model that predicts overall changes in vehicle miles, tons lifted and vehicles operated and a Local Spatial Model that predicts changes of movement patterns constrained to the totals provided by the Macro Model. Alternative forms of Spatial Models are described with examples how they have been used and suggestions are made of where improvements could be undertaken.
