拱桥中组合桥面系应力不均匀性研究

拱桥中钢与混凝土组合桥面系结构构造和受力复杂。该文结合一组合桥面系的拱桥,采用有限元方法建立全桥空间有限元模型,其中对组合梁建立板壳模型,计算了不同荷载工况下的组合梁受力,得到了主梁各个部分构件的应力。研究了组合梁中混凝土顶板的应力分布的不均匀性,揭示了组合拱桥中钢与混凝土组合梁的应力分布特点,为同类结构的日后设计计算提供了参考。     

Non-linear dynamic simulation of gear response under the idling condition

A dynamic lumped-parameter gear model incorporating the effects of a time-varying and asymmetric mesh stiffness and a backlash nonlinearity is formulated to analyze the spur gear rattle response under the idling condition. The proposed theory assumes a rectangular time-varying mesh stiffness function. The phase shift between the mesh stiffness for forward and backward contacts is examined. Numerical studies are employed to examine the effects of engine torque fluctuations and tooth surface friction on the gear rattle response and the corresponding tooth impact behavior. Comparisons between the results from the time-invariant mesh stiffness model and the proposed time-varying mesh stiffness model reveal differences in the gear responses, especially when the mean rotational speed of the fluctuating gear pair is non-zero. The analysis reveals significant effects on the high frequency response components. However, the idling gear dynamics are relatively insensitive to tooth surface friction.

新版GB/T 14212—2010摩托车链条国家标准解读

国家质量监督检验检疫总局和国家标准化管理委员会201 1年1月10日批准并公布了GB/T 14212—2010《摩托车链条技术条件和试验方法》标准,并于同年10月1日开始实施,该标准等同采用ISO 10190：2008《Motorcycle chains-Characteristics and test methods》国际标准。     

基于AVL检测设备的电控发动机故障诊断研究

发动机是汽车的心脏。在不解体的情况下,准确判断发动机的运行状况,既可以提高汽车的可靠性和安全性,又减少盲目维修所产生的费用。文中利用实验室现有的AVL检测设备,进行大量组合试验、分类对比试验,形成了一套既简便又准确定位故障点的发动机故障检测方法。利用发动机故障台设置典型故障进行验证试验,试验结果证明了该方法的正确性、可行性、有效性。该故障检测方法充分发挥了检测仪的功能,不仅节省了大量时间,而且节约了故障诊断中耗费的人力、物力成本。     

船舶建造过程中焊接质量数据的追溯

通过关系型数据模型在建立焊接质量管理数据库的基础上，提出了造船过程中焊接质量数据的计算机追溯模型，实现了焊接质量数据从材质、工艺过程以及责任的可追溯性。

一种信号设备电源远程监控系统的设计与实现

为实现远程实时查询信号设备电源的供电情况并能接通/切断信号设备电源,设计了一种信号设备电源远程监控系统。该系统以ARM处理器为核心,通过TCP/IP协议与监控中心的服务器进行远程数据交换;执行机构采用智能断路器的方式实现闭合/断开信号设备电源,支持本地手动控制和远程遥控2种操作方式。     

Updating of Travel Behavior Model Parameters and Estimation of Vehicle Trip Chain Based on Plate Scanning

This article proposes a maximum-likelihood method to update travel behavior model parameters and estimate vehicle trip chain based on plate scanning. The information from plate scanning consists of the vehicle passing time and sequence of scanned vehicles along a series of plate scanning locations (sensor locations installed on road network). The article adopts the hierarchical travel behavior decision model, in which the upper tier is an activity pattern generation model, and the lower tier is a destination and route choice model. The activity pattern is an individual profile of daily performed activities. To obtain reliable estimation results, the sensor location schemes for predicting trip chaining are proposed. The maximum-likelihood estimation problem based on plate scanning is formulated to update model parameters. This problem is solved by the expectation-maximization (EM) algorithm. The model and algorithm are then tested with simulated plate scanning data in a modified Sioux Falls network. The results illustrate the efficiency of the model and its potential for an application to large and complex network cases.
