AQP4在COPD支气管黏膜的表达及其与患者肺功能、气道黏膜炎症的相关性

目的通过免疫组化法检测支气管黏膜中水通道蛋白-4(aquaporin-4,AQP4)的表达,观察正常组和慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)组支气管黏膜中AQP4表达与气道黏膜炎症及肺功能的关系,明确AQP4在COPD发生、发展中的作用,为COPD的防治开辟新途径。方法选择正常人和COPD患者各30例,测试肺功能,并行支气管镜检查,取得支气管黏膜标本,用免疫组化法检测AQP4表达,HE染色观察支气管黏膜炎症细胞浸润程度。结果COPD组较对照组AQP4表达减弱有极显著差异(P<0.001)。AQP4表达和FEV1/FVC、FEV1/pred%呈正相关(P<0.001),与支气管黏膜炎症严重程度呈负相关(P<0.001)。结论COPD患者AQP4表达减少可能是其肺功能下降及气道炎症加重的原因之一。临床上可以通过改善AQP4治疗COPD。

A robust non-Hertzian contact method for wheel–rail normal contact analysis

A modified Kik–Piotrowski (MKP) model is proposed in this paper for an accurate and robust calculation of wheel–rail normal contact problem. The presented method is able to consider the relationship between the elastic deformation of a line and the normal pressure distribution within the contact patch. A novel shape correction method is put forward to correctly describe the elastic deformation of the contact patch. Taking the results estimated by Kalker’s variational method and Kik–Piotrowski method as references, the proposed method is validated by three contact cases, including the assumed standardised non-Hertzian contact and the two-point contact, as well as the contact behaviours based on three actual wheel–rail profiles. The simulation results indicate that, compared with Kik–Piotrowski method, the proposed MKP method achieves better agreement with Kalker’s variational method. Moreover, the MKP method can avoid the abrupt change of wheel–rail normal force due to the sudden transfer of the contact point, which contributes to a better computational stability.     

Numerical Analysis of the Mixture Formation in a Two-Stroke Wall-Guided LPG DI Engine for Extended-Range Electric Vehicle

The use of automotive LPG characteristics which are easy to evaporate vaporization and carry. The paper presents a design of extended-range electric vehicle for wall-guided two stroke LPG engine with direct injection combustion system. Based on the modified vehicle LPG spray model, a database describing the characteristics of vehicle LPG fuel was built and imported into the CFD software. And the accuracy of the model is verified by the Schlieren experimental results. The concentration and velocity field of the mixture in the cylinder under different load conditions are numerically analyzed. The analyzed result indicated that the start injection time θ = 60°–70°CA BTDC under part load condition, the plug electrode near the gathering of a richer mixture is easy to be fired at spark ignition time, the obvious formation of mixture in cylinder is formed and the overall air-fuel ratio is above 40: 1. The start-transition working condition and large load conditions in the piston moves upward before closing the exhaust port to start injection LPG. The optimized LPG injection start time θ ensures that the fresh gas is locked in the cylinder when the exhaust port is closed (63°CA ABDC). In the ignition time of the spark plug, an ideal homogeneous mixture in the cylinder is realized.

轨道交通上方跨线桥安全现状调查

轨道交通上方跨线桥的安全状态是轨道交通安全运营的基本保障。对当前轨道交通和公路上方跨线桥的安全防护措施进行总结分析,设计了上方跨线桥的轨道交通安全调查表格,并分析了上海地铁上方跨线桥现状。结果显示,轨道交通上方跨线桥主要为城市高架路和人行天桥,集中在与之相交的1、2、3、5和11号线;安全防护措施主要体现在桥下净空要求和防抛网及防撞护栏设置。

文章介绍了真空—堆载联合预压软基处理方法在某公路的应用,并与塑排板＋土工格栅＋堆载预压法的加固效果进行了比较,为类似地区的路基工程提供了软基处理的参考实例。
