形成零件组和建立成组生产单元的“生产流程—分类编码”聚类分析法

本文提出了一种利用模糊聚类分析法形成零件组和建立机床组的新方法,实现了生产流程分析法与编码分类法的综合.对于成组加工单元,本文把设备负荷与零件相似系数一起作为形成成组加工单元的主要因素,获得了合理的零件组和机床组,并具有良好的柔性和计算性.     

柴油机船舶推进装置的建模和实时仿真

本文根据准稳态的概念建立了适用于实时仿真的二冲程柴油机船舶推进装置的多阶一性模型。在充分多的试验数据的基础上，结合工作原理建立了各子系统及整个装置的动态模型，这种模型既能反映柴油机内部各参数，精度较高，计算工作量也比较适中。文中提出了一些经验公式，使模拟得以有效地简化。最后，作为实例给出了３５０００吨油船推进装置的实时仿直     

Improvements in Dynamic Characteristics of Automobile Suspension Systems Part 1. Two-Mass Systems

In a previous paper, [3] the random vibrations of simple linear models of automobile suspension were solved with respect to seat elasticity and human sensitivity to vibrations. The present study uses more realistic linear models taking into account the unsprung mass.

Two configurations of masses are investigated: a two-mass system consisting of a sprung mass and an unsprung mass, and a three-mass system having an additional mass which acts as a vibration absorber. The gain in comfort obtained by lowering the natural frequency of the sprung mass is calculated for various two-mass and three-mass models along with other characteristics such as the dynamic tyre load, spring and damper forces and relative motion of the masses.     

Time-series model for vehicle speeds

This paper presents a time-series model for the spot speeds of vehicles on a road section. Based on time-series analysis techniques, the model incorporates information on the extent of existing dependency between the speeds of successive vehicles. The model for the data is chosen while relying heavily on the data, and thus emphasis is given to their special characteristics. The advantages of using the model are examined with regard to the relative speed of two successive vehicles along a road section. The results are compared with those obtained by using a model of independent observations; fewer errors are obtained with the time-series model. Therefore, it is concluded that the sequence of speed observations contains valuable information which should be incorporated into speed models.     

Information needs of the continuing urban transportation planning process

Urban transportation is identified as a functional element in the broader context of urban facilities and services. From this point of view, the relative merits of separate information systems for transportation planning and general urban planning, as contrasted to unified systems for all urban management functions, are discussed. The overriding need to make the most effective use of urban resources argues strongly for the unification of urban information systems to the greatest possible extent consistent with the special data requirements of various functional programs. The need to identify and correlate data items for very small areal units and to keep current records of the constantly shifting patterns of social and economic activities in urban areas present difficult, but not insurmountable technical problems. However, the most serious barrier to the development and implementation of comprehensive urban information systems is concluded to be institutional, rather than technical, in nature.
