人微小病毒B19及硒与大骨节病关系的研究   总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12  
目的 研究人微小病毒B19(B19)感染和硒与大骨节病的关系。方法 采用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)及荧光法检测大骨节病病区儿童血清B19DNA和红细胞硒含量 ,并与非病区健康儿童进行对比分析。结果 大骨节病病区儿童血清B19感染率显著高于非病区儿童 ,红细胞硒含量显著低于非病区儿童 ,低硒营养状态的儿童B19感染率明显高于正常硒水平的儿童。结论 我国大骨节病病区存在着B19感染的流行 ,低硒可能是B19感染发生和发展的条件。  相似文献

[Objectives]In order to give full play to role of "operational concepts" in the engineering process of military equipment development, it is necessary to understand and form standardized operational concept documents (OCD), and study the modeling design of OCD in order to implement the transformation of the system engineering process from document-centric to model-centric. [Methods]This study analyzes the US military's definition of operational concepts and introduces its hierarchical operational concepts, especially the bottom level ConOps or OpsCon, usually as a part of equipment acquisition and requirement engineering. Lessons are then drawn from the relevant theories and standards such as IEEE 29148:2018 and ANSI/AIAA G-043B-2018 of the operational concepts document outline in order to design the specifications of the OCD. Finally, key technologies are studied, including SysML-based OpsCon modeling, UML Profile-based OpsCon framework design and MSDL/C-BML-based operational scenario development.[Result]The results indicate the effectiveness of implementing the modeling design of OCDs. [Conclusions]In the process of equipment requirement engineering, the results of this study can help to improve the efficiency of equipment requirement demonstration through an ambiguous operational concept model and an engineering environment for all stakeholders of the system. © 2022 Journal of Clinical Hepatology. This study presents a more realistic modelling of the maglev-based high-speed railway line in Shanghai, China. Focus is placed on an accurate simulation of the two subsystems: the train subsystem including the magnets and the viaduct subsystem including the modular function units of the rails. The electromagnet force–air gap model with a proportional-derivative (PD) controller is adopted to simulate the interaction between the maglev train via its electromagnets and the viaduct via its modular function units. The flexibilities of the rails, girders, piers and associated elastic bearings are all considered in the modelling of the viaduct subsystem to investigate their effects on an interaction between the two subsystems. By applying the proposed model to the Shanghai maglev line, the essential characteristics of the coupled system can be duly captured. The accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed approach are then validated by comparing the computed dynamic responses and frequencies with the measurement results. It is confirmed that the proposed modelling with a detailed simulation of the magnets and modular function units can duly account for the dynamic interaction between the train and viaduct systems. Moreover, the effects of the inclusion of the flexibilities of the rails, girders and elastic supports to the response of the coupled system are respectively investigated, the results of which prove that their involvements are essential to the accurate prediction of the response of the coupled maglev train–viaduct system.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the hydroelastic responses and hydrodynamic interactions of two large floating fuel storage modules placed side-by-side with the presence of floating breakwaters. These modules and breakwaters form the floating fuel storage facility (FFSF). The floating storage modules and breakwaters are modeled as plates and the linear wave theory is used to model the water waves in the numerical model. The numerical model is verified with existing numerical results and validated with experimental test. Numerical simulations are performed to determine the hydroelastic behavior and hydrodynamic interactions of floating storage modules placed adjacent to each other and enclosed by floating breakwaters under various incident wave angles. The effects of breakwaters, drafts, channel spacing formed by the two adjacent modules and water depth on the hydroelastic responses of the modules are investigated. The wave induced responses of multiple floating storage modules enclosed by floating breakwaters are also examined.  相似文献

Equivalent consumption minimization strategy (ECMS) is a widely used energy management method in the battery equipped bio-sources energy system, in which an equivalence factor is adopted to weigh the two kinds of energy, usually fuel and electricity. The regulation of the equivalence factor will affect not only the fuel consumption but also the battery's state of charge (SOC) sustainability, which results great influence upon the energy management of the system. In this paper, a new perspective of treating the relationship between the equivalence factor and instantaneous fuel consumption as well as instantaneous electricity consumption as a first-order dynamic system is proposed, thus the relationship between the equivalence factor and SOC is deduced as a second-order dynamic system. Based on the perspective, a linear second-order Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC) is employed to regulate the equivalence factor, which can estimate and compensate, in real-time, disturbances in the system from input-output information only. An engine waste heat recovery energy network constructed by <engine> - <power turbine> - <Organic Rankine Cycle System> - <electric cooling system> - <battery> - <Integrated starter and Generator> is selected as the research object, simulation verifications upon 11 different driving cycles based on the simulation platform established by GT-SUITE software are conducted to test the fuel-saving capability and SOC self-sustainability by the proposed approach with a same set of tuning parameters. Simulation results indicate that both the fuel-saving capability and the SOC self-sustainability can be ensured by the active control of equivalent factor with a same set of tuning parameters upon all the 11 driving cycles, demonstrating a great adaptability of the control parameters.  相似文献

管道型岩溶突水是一个复杂的多场耦合的非线性渗流问题,致灾具有突发性。为揭示管道型岩溶突水灾害的发生机理,文章基于多物理场耦合作用机理,开展了不同溶腔水压、岩溶管道内不同填充介质、不同岩溶管道宽度及岩溶管道长度条件下的多场耦合分析。得到以下结论:(1)管道型岩溶破坏模式下发生的突水灾害,根据填充介质透水性能的异同而表现不同;(2)流体从富水溶腔中流出时流速较小,流经岩溶管道后流速逐渐增加,进入隧道后达到最大值;(3)影响突水过程的因素主要有:富水溶腔水压、岩溶管道或断层裂隙带内填充介质的种类、岩溶管道的宽度、隧道与水源的距离,其中,岩溶管道宽度及岩溶管道内填充介质类型对突水影响大于其他因素。  相似文献

大直径盾构隧道掘进施工对土体造成扰动,导致地表产生沉降或隆起,继而严重威胁上部建筑物群的结构安全。文章依托某大直径盾构隧道穿越老旧小区密集建筑物群工程,首先利用二维有限元软件计算关键断面房屋的沉降变形,再对比三维有限元软件的计算结果,分析两种计算方法的适用范围;然后基于三维模型探究了不同初期荷载释放率对盾构穿越引起的地表和房屋变形的影响,最后利用Peck公式计算的理论地表沉降数据,梳理初期荷载释放率、地表沉降、地层损失率三者的内部联系并提出了控制变形的相关措施。研究结果表明,初期荷载释放率越小,地表及房屋沉降也越小,对应的地层损失也越小;对于控制地表变形,减小荷载释放率等同于减小地层损失率;初期荷载释放率、地表沉降、地层损失率这三者减小的量值呈线性关系。  相似文献

[Objective]In order to study the dynamic response characteristics and influence laws of a marine gear transmission-propulsion system, a series of bench tests is carried out.[Methods]First, a biaxial gear transmission-propulsion system test bench including a cross connection gear is built. Experiments to test the acceleration response of the gearbox body and propulsion shaft system are then carried out, and the influence of speed, driving mode, axial static thrust, axial dynamic excitation force from the propeller and other factors on the dynamic response characteristics of the system are compared and analyzed. [Results]The experimental results show that the transmission law of the vibration acceleration response of the gear transmission-propulsion system is mainly at the meshing frequency and its multipliers, as well as peaks in the low frequency band of 30–80 Hz under certain working conditions. [Conclusion]This study can provide technical support for the vibration and noise reduction design of gear transmission-propulsion systems. © 2022 Journal of Clinical Hepatology. This paper presents an experimental study that involves an application of the Taguchi method and grey relational analysis to determine the optimum factor level to obtain optimum multiple-performance characteristics of a diesel engine run with different low-percentage thumba biodiesel-diesel blends. Four factors, namely, low-percentage thumba biodiesel-diesel blend, compression ratio, nozzle opening pressure and injection timing were each considered at three levels. An L9 orthogonal array was used to collect data for various engine performance- and emission-related responses under different engine loads. The signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio and grey relational analysis were used for data analysis. The results of the study revealed that the combination of a blend consisting of 30% thumba biodiesel (B30), a compression ratio of 14, a nozzle opening pressure of 250 bar and an injection timing of 20° produces maximum multiple performance of a diesel engine with minimum multiple emissions from the engine.  相似文献
