Variations in track temperature, surface conditions and layout have led tyre manufacturers to produce a range of rubber compounds for race events. Each compound has unique friction and durability characteristics. Efficient tyre management over a full race distance is a crucial component of a competitive race strategy. A minimum lap time optimal control calculation and a thermodynamic tyre wear model are used to establish optimal tyre warming and tyre usage strategies. Lap time sensitivities demonstrate that relatively small changes in control strategy can lead to significant reductions in the associated wear metrics. The illustrated methodology shows how vehicle setup parameters can be optimised for minimum tyre usage.  相似文献

Tractor ride vibration levels have been measured when operating with and without a two wheel (2W) unbalanced and a four wheel (4W) balanced trailer. Measurements were made in the vertical, pitch, longitudinal and roll directions with the trailers unladen and laden over four typical farm surfaces

The results showed that tractor ride vibration levels were usually increased in all directions-particularly the longitudinal direction- when operating with the laden trailers. But for the unladen trailers, they were increased only in the longitudinal direction. Predominant tractor frequencies tended to be lower with the trailers attached, and coupling between the tractor longitudinal, vertical, roll and pitch co-ordinates was generally increased

Comparisons of the results with the trends predicted by a simplified theoretical model of a tractor and 2W trailer, suggested that the model should be extended to include, (a) the roll direction, (b) more realistic ground inputs, and (c) a 4W trailer  相似文献

天津地区某疏浚工程采用大型绞吸船施工,最远吹距达17 km。针对单艘非自航大型绞吸挖泥船无法满足工程长吹距施工的问题,研究大型绞吸船串联施工技术。通过去除自有闲置绞吸船桥架、钢桩定位等系统,并增设锚缆定位等辅助设备的方式,针对串联施工对大型绞吸船进行适应性改造;通过对串联施工多种工况的理论计算,确定两船的最佳施工间距范围,提升大型绞吸船串联系统的生产率和稳定性,保障工程按期完成。结果表明:大型绞吸船串联施工设备改造方案及施工工艺满足工程长吹距施工要求,降低生产成本,减少船舶停滞,提升生产率约24%,效果显著。  相似文献

针对使用传统量具对船舶成品管尺寸偏差进行检验存在效率低、误差大等问题,设计一种基于多相机摄影测量系统的船舶成品管尺寸偏差自动测量系统。该系统由近景工业摄影测量双相机系统、扫码枪软件集成系统、实时数字化分析软件和编码定位工装组成,实现不同种类成品管的实时在线检测工作,并出具检测结果报告。该系统可提高船舶成品管的检测精度和检测效率。  相似文献

The practical use of fracture mechanics has been established for use on large turbine and electric generator rotor components used in the atomic power generation and the aircraft industry. Application areas in the offshore industry have also been identified. Fracture mechanics is currently used at the design stage of offshore facilities. It provides the basis for fatigue life prediction, steel selection and tolerance setting on allowable weld imperfections. Fracture mechanics is also used during the operational stage of a structure to make important decisions on inspection scheduling and repair strategies and as a tool for establishing limits on operational conditions. Linear elastic fracture mechanics relies on the use of the stress intensity factor concept. The stress intensity factor is a very important fracture mechanics parameter. Therefore, the accuracy of any fracture mechanics model for the prediction of fatigue crack growth in offshore structures for example will depend very much on the accuracy of the stress intensity factor solution used. Several empirical and semi-empirical solutions have been developed over the years with varying degrees of accuracy. This paper presents a review of some of these methods and attempts to assess their accuracy in predicting Y factors for welded tubular joints by comparing predicted results with experimental data obtained from fatigue tests conducted on large scale welded tubular joints. The experimental results were conducted under simulated service conditions, using a jack-up offshore standard load history (JOSH). A comparison between the experimental and predicted results shows that there may be other factors, which influence fatigue crack growth under variable amplitude conditions. Some of these factors have been identified and discussed in this paper.  相似文献

运营地铁隧道的管理、健康监测及维护正逐渐趋向于数字化、智能化;但常因地铁盾构隧道管理和检测单位缺少隧道数字模型,限制了地铁隧道智能维护和管理系统的应用和发展。文章针对地铁盾构隧道中无序排列的管片环结构,提出了一种基于深度学习和机器视觉的地铁盾构隧道数字模型智能重建方法,利用检测车获取的隧道衬砌内表面高清图片,对管片特征物(螺栓孔)进行智能识别与自动分类,再根据螺栓孔群的分布特点自动推断隧道管片环的排版规律,从而结合隧道实际线路实现隧道数字模型快速重建。某地铁隧道的实例应用结果表明,该方法适用于管片无规律性错缝拼装的情况,能以100%的准确率实现地铁盾构隧道数字模型的智能重建。  相似文献

The newly-built tunnel passing closely under the existing station will inevitably lead to settlement of the existing station, and especially deformation joints are prone to differential settlement. Based on the Suzhoujie Station of Beijing Subway Line 16 passing closely under the existing Line 10, this paper analyzes the overall settlement of the existing station and the differential settlement at deformation joints through a combination of field measurement and numerical simulation. The study results show that installing jacks significantly prevents the settlement of the existing station, after installation of jacks the settlement of the existing station is reduced by about 58%, and the jacking force of the jack shall be controlled between 180-450 t; the impact of construction on the single-deck station structure side at deformation joints is greater than that on the double-deck station structure side, the stress on the socket is gradually increased with the excavation of the lower tunnel, and reduced after installation of jacks, indicating that the jack can effectively reduce the tensile stress of the existing station and maintain the safety of the existing station; with the action of the jacking force of jacks, the settlement curve of the existing station presents a stepwise change at the jack installation points, while the upper ground surface settlement is relatively uniform. © 2022, Editorial Office of Modern Tunnelling Technology. [Objective]This paper proposes a fuzzy sliding mode controller based on T-S fuzzy logic for the vertical plane motion control of an autonomous underwater glider (AUG) with limited actuator capability. [Methods]In the fuzzy sliding mode controller, the fuzzy switching rate is used to replace the switching rate in the fixed time controller to effectively suppress buffeting. The fuzzy switching rate is obtained by fitting the switching rate of the fixed time controller with T-S fuzzy rules. Based on the limited capabilities of AUG actuators, a saturation auxiliary system is designed to improve the actuator saturation effect. Finally, the performance of the system is verified by Lyapunov stability analysis and numerical simulation. [Results]The results show that the AUG under the fuzzy sliding mode controller and the saturation auxiliary system can converge in finite time. The effectiveness of the fuzzy sliding mode controller and the saturation auxiliary system are verified by numerical simulation. [Conclusions]By making comparisons with the fixed-time controller, it is verified that the two controllers have similar control performance, and the buffeting of the fuzzy sliding mode controller is lesser. © 2022 Journal of Clinical Hepatology. 对港口工程设计中常见的蝶形布置油码头进行研究。结合国内外规范要求,采用对比分析法解析码头长度、系缆墩位置和靠船墩位置3个要点。其中,因为船体平直段相对船中的不对称,靠船墩位置是最为重要的设计内容。系缆墩位置不合理,只会影响缆绳受力均匀性和船舶运动量;而靠船墩位置不合理,会导致设计船型范围内的船舶无法安全靠泊。因此,结合某海外5万~30万t油码头,阐述靠船墩位置设计关键点,供港口工程设计人员参考。  相似文献
