无缝线路的稳定性对行车安全至关重要,对于一些特殊地段的无缝线路,必须对其强度和稳定性进行分析研究,然后确定设计施工方案。南昌铁路局管辖的九江桥和泊水湖桥之间的一段线路,由于其路基段线路长度不足《铁路线路设备大修规则》要求的300m,故需对此段路基上的无缝线路进行特殊设计。根据此段的线路结构,提出了两个锁定轨温,施工时对长轨条实施两次拉伸等一系列指施,并提出对该段无缝线路养护的一些特殊要求,使该段无缝线路的强度和稳定性能都能满足要求。  相似文献

目的 研究抑癌基因 p1 6及Rb的表达与胆囊癌预后的关系。方法 用SP免疫组化法同步检测 41例胆囊癌患者抑癌基因 p1 6及Rb的蛋白表达。 结果 p1 6与Rb蛋白表达阳性组生存率明显优于阴性组。结论 p1 6及Rb在胆囊癌的预后判定中具有重要价值 ,同步检测两者的预后价值优于单一检测。  相似文献

人体运动具有马尔可夫性质,即当前状态只受前一状态的影响.目前为止,用于人体行为识别的隐马尔可夫模型(HMM)大多使用的是全连接结构(Full-Connected structure),并且没有把状态数目的选取和状态转移条件与人体运动特性间的关系作为研究重点.本文针对这种关系提出了基于“从左到右三状态半连接HMM”的人体行为识别方法,为每个状态的输出概率引入了权重的概念.实验表明,该方法能够在降低运算复杂度的同时,提高行为识别率,从而证明了人体运动特性分析在HAR领域中的应用价值.  相似文献

A travel plan is a mechanism for delivering a package of transport measures at a site to manage car use and encourage the use of more sustainable forms of transport. In recent years, travel plans have been required for new infill and greenfield developments through the land-use planning and approvals process, predominantly in the United Kingdom, the United States, continental Europe and Australia. This paper contributes to the literature by providing a global review of travel plans for new developments. The results show that while travel plans for new developments share a common set of elements with those for pre-existing sites, differences within each element are notable, particularly in the types of travel plan measures adopted, processes for managing the travel plan, and approaches to monitoring and review. Results of previous evaluations have varied considerably, although most have reported a reduction in car driver trips of 10–20 percentage points. Despite this, most evaluations lack rigour, with a paucity of robust evidence. Key success factors identified by the literature, such as the provision of an explicit policy supporting the role of travel plans, should be embedded within the travel planning process where possible to ensure best outcomes for new developments.  相似文献

The paper explores patterns of flows within India’s Air Traffic System through the lens of carriers’ networks and route structures between 2006 and 2014. Through observations of frequency distributions and their distinct patterns an analytic framework is derived heuristically by means of classification and aggregation. The well-known skewed traffic distribution which spatially concentrates traffic around relatively few airports serves as the starting point for decomposing the air traffic system (ATS) into its constituent route types. Airline operations along distinct route classes allows for classifying individual carrier’s network features as an embedded part of the system. Discussion of their role includes a spatial component. Inferences about development paths – past, present, future – of the Indian commercial ATS can be made.  相似文献

This paper investigates the possibilities for structural optimisation of laser-welded sandwich panels with an adhesively bonded core and uni-directional vertical webs. Closed form expressions for the equivalent stiffness and elastic buckling strength of laser-welded sandwich panels are discussed and numerically evaluated to demonstrate the effect of parameter variations on stress and deflection. Due to the number of design variables and constraints a structural optimisation method based on the method of moving asymptotes (MMA) is implemented and used to minimise the structural weight per square meter of panel for a typical accommodation deck configuration. It is concluded that, within the span of production parameters and rule requirements, substantial improvements can be made with or without an adhesively bonded core. Without core material and without any changes to the surrounding structure the structural weight for standard production panels can be reduced considerably, by reducing the face plate thickness and by using thinner and fewer webs. Additional weight can be saved by removing all but a few webs and injecting low-cost polyurethane foam into the cavities, giving added thermal–acoustic insulation, or by incorporating a more structural core with greater thickness and higher density, by which the free span of the sandwich panel can be increased.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the response of port authorities to the changing market environment in which they operate. It documents the changes taking place in the relationships between port authorities and terminal management companies and considers the strategic issues faced by these groups and other port interests.
