In the era of fierce competition among ports as elements of value chain systems, the opening of the boundaries to the market represents a crucial challenge that port authority has to cope with, in order to guarantee a lasting economic and social development of the port and its hinterland. We propose a theoretical framework to analyse value creation in the port and its hinterland through two core concepts: resource allocation and interaction. We illustrate such framework with the case of the port of Naples and, specifically, the contribution of the port authority and other port business operators to the value creation process of Garofalo, an export-oriented firm located in its hinterland. A discussion and suggestions for future research are provided in the last section.  相似文献

采用蒙特卡洛方法,结合Tight-binding和Lennard-Jones作用势,对Ar原子氛围中初始随机分布的40个Au原子和20个Pd原子体系的凝聚动力学行为进行了研究.Ar原子氛围对合金团簇的形成过程及其形貌尺寸有重要影响,计算表明:不同的Ar原子氛围得到的Au40 Pd20合金原子团簇凝聚结构形貌不同;在降温退火过程中, Ar原子密度大时,得到的Au40 Pd20合金原子团簇结构更加紧凑,且Au40 Pd20合金团簇凝聚相变温度更高;而恒温退火过程中,则发现较高温度时能得到较为紧凑的合金团簇结构,Ar原子密度越大,系统到达平衡的动力学时间更短.模拟结果能为惰性气体冷凝方法中实现合金团簇结构与形貌可控制备提供参考.  相似文献

为了深入研究家蚕滞育的分子机理,从家蚕基因组中扩增了1395 bp和972 bp 2个不同长度的滞育激素受体基因Bmdhr启动子片段,以pGL3.0 Basic为载体,分别构建荧光素酶报告质粒,利用家蚕细胞瞬时表达系统分析其转录活性以及昆虫保幼激素类似物(JHA)、蜕皮激素(20-OH-ecdysone)和滞育激素(DH)对其活性的影响.结果表明:1395 bp的Bmdhr启动子活性显著低于972 bp的Bmdhr启动子,这说明Bmdhr启动子在-941~-1364 nt区间存在负调控元件.JHA浓度为2,4,6μg/mL时,极显著地增强启动子活性;浓度为1μg/mL时活性显著减弱,而为8μg/mL时则活性极显著减弱.20-OH-ecdysone对Bmdhr启动子活性的影响具有剂量效应,低浓度(1,2μg/mL)时显著增强启动子活性;浓度为4μg/mL时,启动子的活性显著减弱;但当浓度继续升高时,启动子活性又极显著增强.DH对Bmdhr启动子活性的影响同样具有剂量效应,其浓度为10~40 nM时,显著增强启动子活性;而当其浓度达到60 nM时,启动子活性变化不显著.  相似文献

为研究黄土边坡在雨水浸润下的稳定性,采用强度折减系数法对黏聚力、摩擦角进行折减,并对变形模量、泊松比做相应调整,设置了6种雨水浸润后的边坡物理模型进行数值分析.研究结果表明:雨水浸润深度在0~1.2 m时,滑动破坏面呈圆滑动,贯通到坡顶;当雨水浸润深度超过1.2 m,边坡安全系数下降较快,并沿着浸润面处呈塑性贯通发展趋势,随着浸润深度增加,滑动面从圆弧滑动逐渐过渡到沿浸润面滑动,从而引发浅层滑动破坏.  相似文献

目的 观察电针治疗脊髓损伤大鼠的行为功能及脊髓损伤部位胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)和阶段性特异性胚胎抗原-1 (SSEA-I)的表达,阐明电针对脊髓损伤后反应性星形胶质细胞增生及分化的影响及其机制.方法 将60只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和电针治疗组,每组20只.分别于脊髓损伤造模后第3、7、14、28天时进行BBB评分(Basso-Beaie-Bresnehan scale),并用免疫组化方法检测大鼠脊髓损伤部位GFAP和SSEA-1变化并与对照组比较.结果 电针组与模型组在3d和7d时,GFAP和SSEA-1阳性细胞数有差异(P<0.01),7d时阳性细胞数达到峰值,在14d时电针组和模型组的阳性细胞数有差异(P<0.05),而在28 d时,电针组和模型组GFAP阳性细胞无明显差异(P>0.05),但SSEA 1阳性细胞有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论 电针治疗能够增加脊髓损伤模型大鼠星形胶质细胞逆分化,激发星形胶质细胞的干细胞潜能,从而促进损伤后脊髓功能的恢复;损伤后的脊髓GFAP和SSEA-1阳性表达的高峰期都在7d,提示脊髓损伤后7d内可能为电针治疗介入的黄金期.  相似文献

This paper examines some key aspects of a charging system for promoting railway transport, including charges reflecting a clear relationship with costs (transparency) and charges reflecting the quality of the infrastructure manager's service. Train running charges recover track-related costs and can help to develop a charging system that meets these requirements. To orient train running charges to the market, a method for processing track maintenance and renewal costs is proposed whereby the quality of the service provided by an infrastructure is measured according to its utility to the railway undertaking. To achieve transparency, a single indicator is used for cost planning and the subsequent levying of costs on railway undertakings. The paper includes an example of how proposed train running charges would be calculated according to data from 14 European countries. The example shows that short-distance trains generate the lowest maintenance and renewal costs, followed by long-distance trains and freight trains.  相似文献

The scattering of plane surface waves by bottom undulations in channel flow consisting of two layers is investigated by assuming that the bed of the channel is composed of porous material. The upper surface of the fluid is bounded by a rigid lid and the channel is unbounded in the horizontal directions. There exists only one wave mode corresponding to an internal wave. For small undulations, a simplified perturbation analysis is used to obtain first order reflection and transmission coefficients in terms of integrals involving the shape function describing the bottom. For sinusoidal bottom undulations and exponentially decaying bottom topography, the first order coefficients are computed. In the case of sinusoidal bottom the first order transmission coefficient is found to vanish identically. The numerical results are depicted graphically in a number of figures.  相似文献

This paper describes the methodology we set up to gather appropriate data to study the impact of real life experience with electric vehicles (EVs) over a relatively long period of time on individual preferences and attitudes. We used stated choices (SC) to elicit individual preferences because EVs and their associated charging infrastructure are not yet fully integrated onto the market. Furthermore, to measure the extent to which the experience of using an EV may affect individual preferences and attitudes, we set up a “long panel” survey, where data was gathered before and after individuals experienced an EV in real life during a three-month period. We also measured attitudinal effects (AE) that might affect the choice of an EV by individuals. To our knowledge, this represents the first example of a “long panel” SC/AE and the first attempt to measure the formation of preferences and attitudes for this emerging product. Our results show that preferences and attitudes are indeed affected by real life experience. In the SC experiment, the respondents only chose the EV half as often as compared to the situation where they had not yet tried it. Furthermore, we measured a change in attitude for statements regarding the use of EVs. On the whole, respondents got a more positive view of the EV driving performance and this change is significantly greater for women than for men. However, respondents expressed more concern about being able to maintain current mobility with an EV. The data gathered in this survey should also serve to analyse the changes generated by direct experience with EVs, and eventually to formulate and estimate advanced discrete choice models that allow insights into factors relevant for improved understanding of market behaviour.  相似文献
