国标《道路货物运输评价指标》的研究与制定

一、任务来源 现代物流是指为了满足消费者需要而进行的从起点到终点间原材料中间过程库存、最后产品和相关信息有效流动和储存的计划、实施和提高控制管理的过程,是在传统货物运输的基础上发展起来的.     

论提高铸钢摇枕、侧架可靠性的有效途径

本文阐述了摇枕、侧架铸造工艺现状,分析了现有生产工艺以及管理上存在的主要问题,提出了采用整体芯、炉外精炼和B 级钢新技术,实施荧光磁粉探伤、射线探伤、超声波探伤、超声波测厚等无损检测,加强工艺参数控制、严格执行工艺,提高现场管理水平,确保产品质量。     

RCF-RPWM策略的功率谱分析及优化设计

在DC-AC变换器中,通过对载波频率的随机化处理,可以把输出电压的离散谱转换成连续谱,降低功率谱的峰值,达到抑制声学噪声和降低电磁干扰的目的.文中推导了采用随机载波频率RPWM策略逆变器开关函数的功率谱密度解析表达式,实验结果验证了其正确性.通过引入特征函数,提出了采用有限点载波频率进行随机时,开关频率选取的优化准则,仿真结果验证了其有效性.     

抗紫外老化剂对沥青性能的影响

为解决南方湿热地区沥青路面受紫外光老化影响问题，利用紫外老化环境箱和动态剪切流变仪研究老化时间和受阻胺类抗紫外老化卉l】（GW一944）对沥青高温动态力学性能、低温和疲劳性能的影响。试验结果表明：强紫外光降低了沥青疲劳性能和低温性能，改善了抗车辙性能，且随老化时间延长而加剧；受阻胺类抗紫外老化剂（GW-944）能较好地对SBS改性沥青进行抗老化性能改善，且对其性能改善存在合适的掺量范围，适宜掺量为0．5％，而对基质沥青性能改善并不适用。研究成果为沥青路面有效防治紫外光老化提供了技术依据。     

Critical success factors of supply chain integration in container shipping: an application of resource-based view theory

ABSTRACT

The container shipping industry is receiving growing attention in driving the performance of global supply chains. This phenomenon has accelerated supply chain integration (SCI) within the industry. Although SCI could offer numerous benefits, it is often quoted to be implemented easier in theory than in practice. The high failure rate that is associated with SCI is often not addressed in the literature. Grounded on resource-based view (RBV) theory, this paper is aimed at identifying the critical success factors (CSFs) and examining their influence on SCI and supply chain performance (SCP). Survey questionnaires were administered on 164 container shipping firms. The constructs were validated empirically using confirmatory factor analysis and were subsequently analysed using structural equation modelling. The proposed CSFs in this study are found to be positively corelated with SCI, which, in turn, is positively correlated with SCP. This paper has contributed to both theory and practice by applying RBV theory to identify the key resources and capabilities that are necessary for SCI in the container shipping industry.     

Joint user and antenna selection for multiuser MIMO downlink with block diagonalization

User selection is necessary for multiuser multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) downlink systems with block diagonalization (BD) due to the limited free spatial transmit dimensions. The pure user selection algorithms can be improved by performing receive antenna selection (RAS) to increase sum rate. In this paper, a joint user and antenna selection algorithm, which performs user selection for sum rate maximization in the first stage and then performs antenna selection in the second stage, is proposed. The antenna selection process alternately drops one antenna with the poorest channel quality based on maximum determinant ranking (MDR) from the users selected during the first stage and activates one antenna with the maximum norm of projected channel from the remaining users. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm significantly outperforms the algorithm only performing user selection as well as the algorithm combining user selection with MDR receive antenna selection in terms of sum rate.

基于模糊PI的冷凝器过冷度控制技术研究

论文简述了冷凝器过冷度产生的原因以及减小过冷度的方法,运用模糊PI的方法设计出冷凝器在不同工况下的过冷度控制器.通过仿真表明,模糊PI控制器较之常规PI控制器,对于冷凝器过冷度的控制性能更好.     

国外公路工程标准的法律地位研究

公路工程标准的法律地位是近年来公路工程标准化工作者和一些司法人士热议的问题之一.鉴于此,通过分析美国、日本、欧盟等国家和组织的技术标准和技术法规之间的关系,介绍国外公路工程相关法律法规体系,探讨公路工程标准的法律地位,可为我国公路工程行业标准规范的管理提供参考.     

交通信号灯相关标准及规范中存在的问题

分析了《道路交通信号灯》(GB14887)《中华人民共和国道路交通全法实施条例》及《道路交通信号灯安装规范》(GB14886)对交通信号灯的技术要求,指出了标准及规范在实际应用中存在的问题,针对问题提出了相应的解决对策,同时对相关的标准及规范给出了改进建议。
