长江口北支地形变化对倒灌盐水的影响

北支盐水入侵是长江口径潮动力的重要特征,受到径流、潮汐以及地形变化等多方面的影响。通过建立长江口潮流盐度模型,讨论不同地形条件对长江口北支潮位及盐水倒灌量的影响,研究倒灌盐水团的活动规律和盐度的变化。研究表明：2000—2017年期间年地形变化使得北支倒灌明显减弱,中缩窄方案实施完成后将使得倒灌现象进一步减弱;地形改变造成的倒灌盐水量的变化对在南支活动的倒灌盐水团的盐度有显著的影响,但对盐水团在南支的活动规律影响较小。     

Evaluation of green wave policy in real-time railway traffic management

In order to face the expected growth of transport demand in the next years, several new traffic control policies have been proposed and analyzed both to generate timetables and to effectively manage the traffic in real-time. In this paper, a detailed optimization model is used to analyze one such policy, called green wave, which consists in letting trains wait at the stations to avoid speed profile modifications in open corridors. Such policy is expected to be especially effective when the corridors are the bottleneck of the network. However, there is a lack of quantitative studies on the real-time effects of using this policy. To this end, this work shows a comparison of the delays obtained when trains are allowed or not to change their speed profile in open corridors. An extensive computational study is described for two practical dispatching areas of the Dutch railway network.     

面向凹凸结构曲面的喷漆机器人轨迹优化研究

针对表面有凹凸结构的复杂曲面,采用匀速喷涂方法,曲面上曲率的变化造成涂层厚度差较大.根据实验数据推导出平面上的漆膜累积速率二次函数后,采用微分几何的面积放大定理推导出自由曲面上的漆膜累积速率二次函数.为提高曲面上涂层厚度的一致性,采用轨迹优化方法对表面有凹凸结构的复杂曲面的涂层厚度差进行补偿.最后通过计算机仿真验证了数学模型和优化算法的有效性和可行性.

The influence of suspension components friction on race car vertical dynamics

This work analyses the effect of friction in suspension components on a race car vertical dynamics. It is a matter of fact that race cars aim at maximising their performance, focusing the attention mostly on aerodynamics and suspension tuning: suspension vertical and rolling stiffness and damping are parameters to be taken into account for an optimal setup. Furthermore, friction in suspension components must not be ignored. After a test session carried out with a F4 on a Four Poster rig, friction was detected on the front suspension. The real data gathered allow the validation of an analytical model with friction, confirming that its influence is relevant for low frequency values closed to the car pitch natural frequency. Finally, some setup proposals are presented to describe what should be done on actual race cars in order to correct vehicle behaviour when friction occurs.     

Integrated Agent-based and System Dynamics Modelling for Simulation of Sustainable Mobility

In this article, a conceptual framework for a comprehensive evaluation of the diffusion process of alternative fuel vehicles is introduced. The framework takes into account the most influencing stakeholders, including car manufacturers, car dealers, consumers, energy supply system, fuel stations and government. The underlying mathematical models of different stakeholders are then integrated in one model of the whole energy and transport system. The hybrid modelling framework links the two powerful dynamic simulation approaches of system dynamics (SD) and agent-based (AB) modelling. Integrated modelling structure gives the potential of building more accurate and computationally efficient models for simulating the transition to sustainable mobility. We specify the integration process and the most important linking variables between various energy and transport components. Then the application of the integrated model is explained through a test case and, finally, the applicability of the hybrid AB and SD approach and its potential contribution to the models of transition to sustainable mobility will be concluded.

Network economies in liner shipping: the role of home markets

This paper deals with the measurement of the network complexity of some selected shipping groups, also identifying the contribution of co-operative agreements among carriers. The empirical investigation is focused on: (i) the analysis of the distribution of the carrying capacity per range; and (ii) the comparison of that capacity with the throughput handled in the port facilities of the group. These variables are interpreted in the light of the impact that alliances have on the geographical wideness of the services supplied by each partner. This factor also allows to depict how the cultural and political origin of shipping lines affects the decision of joining an alliance and the outcomes deriving from such co-operation.
