Range extender modules are one option to compensate for short drive ranges of electric vehicles. The close interaction of combustion engine and generator poses new challenges in development. A key requirement for range extender systems is to be light and virtually imperceptible in operation. High-speed electrical machines aim at increasing power density. However, their introduction in a range extender requires a gearbox. The combustion engine torque fluctuations can lead to rattle in the gearbox. The rattle can be overcome by a dual mass flywheel. An interdisciplinary model is developed and used to analyse three different range extender systems: one with a low speed generator without gearbox, one with a high-speed generator, and one with a high-speed generator and a dual mass flywheel. The efficiency was found to be higher for the system with a low speed generator, whereas the power density and the costs are beneficial for the high-speed concept. A dual mass flywheel eliminates the changes of torque direction in the gearbox. It reduces the speed fluctuations of the gearbox and generator by over 90 % compared to the low speed setup. But it increases rolling moment and subsequently chassis excitation compared to a setup with only a gearbox. 相似文献

In this paper, a 3D time domain technique is adopted to calculate the coupled hydrodynamic interaction between two bodies without flare in waves. For verifying the code, two same cylinders are selected to calculate coupled hydrodynamic effects by comparison with the results obtained by 3D frequency method which has been proved to be efficient for solving such problems. In order to improve efficiency of calculation, the effect of history time has been discussed, and an improved method is presented. Moreover, the effect of lateral separation distance is also discussed in detail. The work condition of nuclear power plant (NPP) is very bad, which makes it has faults easily. In order to diagnose the faults real time, the fusion diagnosis system is built. The data fusion fault diagnosis system adopts data fusion method and divides the fault diagnosis into three levels, which are data fusion level, feature level and decision level. The feature level uses three parallel neural networks whose structures are the same. The purpose of using neural networks is mainly to get basic probability assignment (BPA) of D-S evidence theory, and the neural networks in feature level are used for local diagnosis, D-S evidence theory is adopted to integrate the local diagnosis results in decision level. The reactor coolant system is the study object and we choose 2# steam generator Utubes break of the reactor coolant system as a diagnostic example, The experiments prove that the fusion diagnosis system can satisfy the fault diagnosis requirement of complicated system, and verify that the fusion fault diagnosis system can realize the fault diagnosis of NPP on line timely. 相似文献

The principles of the SINS/DVL integrated navigation system are introduced, and the compass status accuracy is compared. When the heading is changed, the dead reckoning algorithm using the heading information of the SINS (Strapdown inertial navigation systems) and DVL (doppler velocity log) is adopted to substitute the SINS/DVL integrated system. In a general case, container ship serves many different ports on each voyage. A stowage planning for container ship made at one port must take account of the influence on subsequent ports. So the complexity of stowage planning problem increases due to its multi-ports nature. This problem is NP-hard problem. In order to reduce the computational complexity, the problem is decomposed into two sub-problems in this paper. First, container ship stowage problem (CSSP) is regarded as “packing problem”, ship-bays on the board of vessel are regarded as bins, the number of slots at each bay are taken as capacities of bins, and containers with different characteristics (homogeneous containers group) are treated as items packed. At this stage, there are two objective functions, one is to minimize the number of bays packed by containers and the other is to minimize the number of overstows. Secondly, containers assigned to each bays at first stage are allocate to special slot, the objective functions are to minimize the metacentric height, heel and overstows. The taboo search heuristics algorithm are used to solve the subproblem. The main focus of this paper is on the first subproblem. A case certifies the feasibility of the model and algorithm. 相似文献

Some construct characteristics and composing material of the new Gyro' s rotor are introduced. Some factors resulting in deformation of the rotor surface are analyzed. Under different loads such as the fo,'ce of deflecting center, the change of temperature, the fo,ce of pressure and couple factors, the deformation of rotor is analyzed with the wavelet finite element simulation software. The vector distributing map of rotor reformation is given. The deformation resulting from the pressure force of photon is studied. Finally, the influence on Gyro' s performance because of anomalous surface of rotor due to deformation of rotor is researched and the result is useful to forecast the performance of the drift of gyroscope. The disturbing moment resulting from the deformation of rotor can be compensated using the mathematic method, and provides an important reference for both design and optimization of the rotor. 相似文献

This paper is based on an advanced ecosystem model of the Baltic Sea (ERGOM [J. Mar. Sys. 25 (3–4) (2005) 405]), but with an increased resolution of the zooplankton stage variable [J. Plankton Res. 23 (2001) 1217; ICES Marine Science 219 (2003) 208]. The model copepods are represented by five stages: eggs, an aggregated variable of nauplii, two aggregated groups of copepodites and adults. The transfer among the stages, i.e., hatching, molting and reproduction, is controlled by food availability and temperature.As usual, the model food web is truncated at the level of zooplankton. The study explores the effects of different parametrization of zooplankton mortality and looks in particular on light-dependent rates. The light climate may serve a proxy for the effects of visual feeding of fish larvae and fish. Different choices of the mortality parameters can result in remarkable differences in abundances and biomass of the model zooplankton and in the timing of its development.It is found that the different choices of mortality affect the development of populations in several ways: Relative small initial differences of abundances at the beginning of the spring bloom are important for the development of the model populations. Higher mortality rates are less important at food rich conditions than at scarce resources. At low phytoplankton levels, the individual development of the copepods through the stages can be faster for elevated mortality rates because then less animals have to share the available food. 相似文献

A meshless numerical simulation method, the moving-particle semi-implicit method (MPS) is presented in this paper to study the sloshing phenomenon in ocean and naval engineering. As a meshless method, MPS uses particles to replace the mesh in traditional methods, the governing equations are discretized by virtue of the relationship of particles, and the Poisson equation of pressure is solved by incomplete Cholesky conjugate gradient method (ICCG), the free surface is tracked by the change of numerical density. A numerical experiment of viscous liquid sloshing tank was presented and compared with the result got by the difference method with the VOF, and an additional modification step was added to make the simulation more stable. The results show that the MPS method is suitable for the simulation of viscous liquid sloshing, with the advantage in arranging the particles easily, especially on some complex curved surface. 相似文献

Second-order estimates to measure platform reliability are generated and used to provide an additional space to select safety
margins appropriate to the owner's perception or for risk-averse managers. The aleatory and epistemic uncertainties in the
parameters of an offshore platform are explicitly considered in the reliability analysis and the platform structural reliability
becomes a random variable, assessing then the beneficial effects of a reduction on these uncertainties. One of these benefits
is for risk-aversive managers who often demand additional room to make conservative decisions regarding reliability estimations.
Proposed here is a procedure to generate the frequency diagram of platform reliability with the use of confidence bounds to
support reliability and cost decisions based on percentiles instead of mean values. The concepts are illustrated through a
typical offshore platform in Mexico. The frequency diagram of the platform reliability index is built for several alternative
designs and three levels of epistemic uncertainty. The results may be applied for decision making on new designs and also
on the assessment and optimal inspection, retrofit, and decommissioning of existing platforms. 相似文献
