L-Fuzzy Rough Set Based on Complete Residuated Lattice

Residuated lattice is an important non-classical logic algebra, and L-fuzzy rough set based on residuated lattice can describe the information with incompleteness, fuzziness and uncomparativity in information systems. In this paper, the representation theorems of L-fuzzy rough sets based on residuated lattice are given. The properties and axiomatic definition of the lower and upper approximation operators in L-fuzzy rough sets are discussed.     

Information System for Land-Use Planning and Management

In order to maintain the overall social interest in land use and improve the level of land administration, an information system for land-use planning and management (ISLUPM) was established, which is composed of presentation layer, business logic layer and data layer in the general structure. The application support platform of the ISLUPM, built based on COM, COM and .NET standard components, includes data engine, data management, assemblies, components management, operation management, and interface. Then, an elaboration was made on major functions of the ISLUPM, such as planning revision scheme, planning operation flow, digital processing, thematic analysis and inquiry, and preparation of the chart of reserved land resources. The developed system has been successfully applied to the land-use planning and management work of Longquanyi District, Chengdu, China. It may provide a reference for development of geographic information system (GIS) for land and resources.

现代舰船灾害发生的突然性、灾害传播的快速性及其影响的广泛性显著增强,迫切需要提升损管指挥体系的信息化水平。基于复杂网络理论,建立了舰艇损管指挥信息系统的网络拓扑模型。通过网络拓扑模型的特征指标计算,对不同的损管指挥信息网络模式进行评估分析,给出提升损管指挥信息化水平的优化方法。完成损管指挥信息系统组织结构模型的构建、分析和优化工作,开发允许拓扑结构方案自定义的性能计算软件,改善传统树状损管指挥结构的不足,为损管指挥信息化研究提供一个新的方向。     

天津港综合物流信息平台的功能与构建研究

现代信息技术是物流高级化、集成化发展的重要基础。综合物流信息系统构建,分别针对微观物流经营运作和宏观区域物流管理服务,一般可划分为企业物流信息系统和区域物流信息系统两个层次。目前企业和一些网络软件公司在做前者,而对于区域物流信息平台(以下简称信息平台)的规划、设计、建设和应用方面研究很少。随着物流园区的规划建设,信息平台作为规划构建区域物流系统的重要内容就必然提到重要地位上来。

在新大瑶山隧道工程中,建立了隧道施工地质预报机构和地质信息系统,采用了宏观控制预报、准确预报、验证预报三级预报方法.由于利用了以野外地质调绘、洞内CCD地质编录、超前水平钻探、TSP203及直流电法为主要探测手段的综合预报技术,提高了预报的科学性、准确性,降低了预报成本.
