生物柴油微粒排放特性试验研究

利用申克动态试验台和静电低压撞击器,对普通柴油机在不同工况下分别燃用柴油(D)、生物柴油(B100)和体积分数分别为20％的生物柴油和80％的柴油混合燃油(B20)时微粒排放的总量和粒径分布进行了研究.结果表明,燃用3种燃油时柴油机排放微粒的浓度均为单峰的对数正态分布,且在低转速下燃用B100时排放的微粒浓度远高于燃用D和B20时的浓度,在高转速下燃用B20时排放的细小颗粒物(粒径＜0.05μm)明显高于其他2种燃油.     

浅析系船浮筒锚链的静力计算问题

采用静力计算方法对浮筒系泊系统的悬链进行研究,针对单锚链和多锚链系统进行受力分析,提出适用于单锚链和多锚链的简化计算公式,并根据实际工程案例进行简化计算公式的验证,可为类似工程的受力分析和计算提供参考。     

以羰基铁粉和氧化铁粉为基体的磁粉悬浮性对比研究

磁粉悬浮性是磁粉的一项重要性能指标,是判断磁粉生产是否合格出厂、复验是否合格入库等的重要依据。本文按照中车企业标准《无损检测材料第1部分磁粉检测用材料》(Q/CRRC J4. 1-2016)的操作方法和模拟现场分别对羰基铁粉和氧化铁粉为基体的磁粉进行悬浮性对比试验,根据试验中得出的两类磁粉悬浮性特征,为磁粉生产、检测、运用提供支持。

针对中低速磁浮列车的悬浮控制系统建立了可靠性模型,分析了其故障率、平均故障间隔时间等可靠性指标及其故障形式,找出可靠性的薄弱点.针对薄弱点进行了相应的优化,进一步提升了系统的可靠性.评估分析了各项优化在救援故障、晚点故障以及一般故障等实际运营上的优化效果.     

Preparation and Properties of Hydroxyethyl Methacrylate Chemically Modified Temperature-Sensitive Microgels

A novel series of poly (N-isopropylacrylamide-co-hydroxyethyl methacrytate) (p (NIPAM-co-HEMA))microgels were prepared through precipitation polymerization. Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV) and dynamic light scattering (DLS) were employed to characterize the microgels. The experimental results indicate that the prepared microgels with narrow distribution remain good temperature sensitivity after incorporation of functional -OH groups. In marked contrast to the general rule, incorporation of hydrophilic HEMA makes the volume-phase-transition temperature shift to the lower temperature due to the strong intermolecular H-bonding between amide and -OH groups, -OH and -OH groups.
