交通信息整合利用中基于IRP的数据环境建设

面对众多城市一边着力建设专用的交通信息系统，一边又制造信息孤岛的现象，提出了对综合交通信息资源进行整合利用的观点。对于综合交通信息资源整合利用过程中的数据环境建设问题，章引入了信息工程方法论、信息资源管理理论和数据管理理论，借鉴信息资源规划的方法流程，建立了在综合交通信息资源整合利用中的数据环境构建方法框架，并以一个实例进行了说明。

电子集装箱设备交接单的应用

在传统集装箱设备交接过程中,用以记录码头或堆场闸口与运箱人之间设备交接情况的设备交接单(Equipment Interchange Receipt,EIR)是必不可少的单证。随着集装箱运输业的发展,电子信息交换技术日臻成熟,有必要适时弱化传统纸面EIR的功能,将电子EIR作为日常集装箱设备交接的主要依据,从而逐渐实现电子EIR全面取代纸面EIR。1纸面EIR流转现状纸面EIR指集装箱所有人或租用人委托集装箱码头或堆场与用箱人或其代理人之间交接集装箱及承运设备的凭证。纸面EIR由集装箱承运人或其代理人签发给用箱人或其代理人,据此向码头或堆

L-Fuzzy Rough Set Based on Complete Residuated Lattice

Residuated lattice is an important non-classical logic algebra, and L-fuzzy rough set based on residuated lattice can describe the information with incompleteness, fuzziness and uncomparativity in information systems. In this paper, the representation theorems of L-fuzzy rough sets based on residuated lattice are given. The properties and axiomatic definition of the lower and upper approximation operators in L-fuzzy rough sets are discussed.     

Information System for Land-Use Planning and Management

In order to maintain the overall social interest in land use and improve the level of land administration, an information system for land-use planning and management (ISLUPM) was established, which is composed of presentation layer, business logic layer and data layer in the general structure. The application support platform of the ISLUPM, built based on COM, COM and .NET standard components, includes data engine, data management, assemblies, components management, operation management, and interface. Then, an elaboration was made on major functions of the ISLUPM, such as planning revision scheme, planning operation flow, digital processing, thematic analysis and inquiry, and preparation of the chart of reserved land resources. The developed system has been successfully applied to the land-use planning and management work of Longquanyi District, Chengdu, China. It may provide a reference for development of geographic information system (GIS) for land and resources.
