国内的一些城市有很多叫"大街"的主干路,这些"大街"单向有四五条车道,十分可观,而新西兰的城际高速路也不过如此,在某些路段甚至双向共有四车道.在过内地这些"大街"的时候,你要确保自己像刘翔一样,因为机动车会高速向你狂奔过来,要一口气穿过10条车道,少点勇气加脚力真的不行.     

Effects of erigeron breviscapus （Vant.） Hand-Mazz pretreatment on pathology and oxyradical level following spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits

Objective To investigate the effects of erigeron breviscapus (Vant.) Hand-Mazz (erigeron breviscapus) pretreatment on pathology and oxyradical level in the spinal cord after ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury in rabbits. Methods A total of 40 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: sham-operation group with 10 rabbits treated with only abdominal aorta exposure without occlusion, control group with 15 rabbits that underwent ischemia for 50 minutes and treated with matched saline, and experimental group with 15 rabbits that underwent ischemia for 50 minutes and treated with erigeron breviscapus (9mg/kg) injection before ischemia. Malondialdehyde (MDA) level and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in the spinal cord were examined at 6 and 24 hours after I/R, respectively. The morphological changes and the number of the spinal cord anterior horn motor neurons were observed and counted under the light microscope and electron microscope, respectively. Results The level of MDA was markedly decreased and SOD activity was increased in the experimental group compared with those in the control group (P<0.01). Compared with that in the control group, the number of motor neurons in the experimental group significantly increased at 24h after I/R (P<0.01) and the morphous of the motor neurons improved. Conclusion Erigeron breviscapus can reduce oxyradical production and the apoptosis of nerve cells, and protect nerve tissue structure and function after spinal cord I/R.     

弧形底宽箱梁桥横向效应分析

以长沙市潇湘大道北段潇湘嘴-龙王港桥段工程高架桥为研究对象,利用有限元法分析弧形底宽箱梁断面在自重和外荷载作用下的横截面横向效应,分析支承间的横向距离对横向应力的影响,并进行现场测试,可供桥梁结构设计参考。     

Effects of Panax notoginseng saponins on hydrogen peroxide-induced apoptosis in cultured rabbit bone marrow stromal cells

Objective To investigate the effects of Panax notoginseng saponins (PNS) on hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)-induced apoptosis in cultured rabbit bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs). Methods BMSCs from 3-month-old New Zealand rabbits were isolated and cultured by the density gradient centrifugation combined with adherent method. The cultured BMSCs were divided into three groups: normal control, H2O2 treatment (100μmol/L), and PNS pretreatment (0.1g/L). Intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels as the index of oxidative stress were measured by using 2'7'-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate. Flow cytometry was used to observe the apoptosis of BMSCs by staining with annexinV-FITC/PI. The protein expression of Bax in BMSCs was analyzed by Western blotting. Activity of caspase-3 enzyme was measured by spectrofluorometry. Results Pretreatment with PNS significantly decreased intracellular ROS level induced by H2O2 (P<0.01). PNS markedly attenuated H2O2-induced apoptosis rate from 38.68% to 19.24%(P<0.01). PNS reversed H2O2-induced augmentation of Bax expression. Furthermore, PNS markedly reduced the altered in activity of caspase-3 enzyme induced by H2O2(P<0.01). Conclusion PNS has a protective effect on hydrogen peroxide-induced apoptosis in cultured rabbit BMSCs by scavenging ROS and decreasing Bax expression and caspase-3 activity.     

某板式橡胶支座高架桥抗震计算分析

哈尔滨某高架桥上部结构为预应力简支转连续小箱梁结构,支座采用普通板式橡胶支座,下部为柱式墩。选取其中一联,利用空间有限元程序MIDAS/civil建立桥梁结构的三维抗震模型,通过计算分析,对该类板式橡胶支座桥梁的设计提出建议。     

基于FLAC 3D的盾构施工穿越高架桥梁桩基稳定性影响数值试验研究

针对盾构施工对桥梁桩基影响特性,利用FLAC 3D有限元数值软件建立网格模型,分析了简支梁与连续梁桥两种结构形式下,不同穿越形式工况下桥桩位移变化特征。研究了盾构不同穿越简支梁桥桩时,桩身X、Y、Z向位移分布变化以及各穿越形式工况下的差异性特征,其中前排桥桩Z向沉降变形高于后排桥桩,下穿越形势下左侧桥桩沉降高于右侧,6#桥桩沉降稳定在0. 26mm。获得了盾构穿越连续梁桥时X向位移具有递增态势,远近测桥桩Y向位移变化斜率为一致,侧穿越桩基上部时每米桩长增长位移值约0. 15mm,4#桥桩为最大沉降变形,其中下穿越形式下最大,达8. 1mm。对比了两种梁桥结构下穿越形式时,简支梁桥位移值水平向位移或沉降变形均是最大,受盾构施工扰动影响较敏感。研究结论为研究盾构施工对桥梁桩基影响分析提供一定参考。     

城市高架桥梁景观设计

随着人们生活水平的提升人们对于城市高架桥梁的要求也越来越高,在进行城市高架桥梁的规划设计时,应当对高架桥梁进行整体的景观规划,以期确保桥梁能够与城市的整体形象结为一体,既满足交通的需求也满足城市景观的需求。     

基于新、老公路桥涵设计规范的高架桥设计分析

本文结合苏州工业园区高架桥工程设计,对基于新、老公路桥涵设计规范的设计进行了比较分析和验算。结果表明：《公路桥涵设计通用规范》（JTGD60—2004）对于结构有更高的要求,实际设计完全满足新规范要求。     

2014极限帆船赛青岛站瑞士阿灵基队夺第一

5月4日,路虎2014国际极限帆船系列赛青岛站“双星名人”杯比赛在青岛收帆。经过4天32轮比拼,瑞士船队阿灵基队和锐挺队包揽冠亚军,新西兰酋长队获第三名。极限青岛之队以总分111分排在第11名。

<正>翟墨航海家、艺术家曾旅居法国、新西兰,多次举办个人画展,从事西方美术史和太平洋、非洲土著艺术的研究。2000年2月至2001年8月,自驾帆船环新西兰一周,考察当地波利尼西亚土著文化,同年9月在奥克兰艺术中心举办画展。
