基于FLUID的列车人机通讯系统界面开发

人机通讯系统（HMl）是列车网络监控系统（TCMS）的重要组成部分,用来显示车辆当前运行状态、异常情况警报、故障信息,能够实现部分控制功能、保存车辆运行历史数据等．FLUID是一款图形编辑器,用来自动产生FLTK源代码,能够简化编程结构、缩短开发周期,加强可移植性．基于这些优点,可以采用FLUID来进行列车HMI的开发,在轨道车辆领域得到广泛应用。     

Fabrication and Interfacial Structure of Ni-YSZ-LSM Porous Scaffold for Solid Oxide Fuel Cells

A novel process route using tape casting and stacking for fabricating porous scaffold of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) was demonstrated. The linear shrinkages of anode (Ni-YSZ, YSZ stands for 3% Y_2O_3(mole fraction) stabilized ZrO_2) and cathode (LSM-YSZ, LSM stands for La_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)Mn0_3) were optimized to be uniform with that of electrolyte during sintering, by controlling the content of pore former. The micromorphology and interface microstructure of the cross-section of the porous scaffold were observed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope, respectively. The element distribution and phase composition were analyzed by energy dispersive spectrometer and X-ray diffraction, respectively. The results showed that the porous scaffold with regular pore shape and high specific surface area was obtained after sintering at 1 350℃. The fabricated porous scaffold had defect free interfacial structures due to the uniform shrinkage of anode, cathode and electrolyte layers. In addition, it was shown that diffusions of Zr, Ni and La caused a progressive boundary between YSZ, Ni-YSZ and LSM-YSZ layers. The interface between anode and electrolyte (Ni-YSZ/YSZ) was mainly composed of Ni, YSZ and a small amount of NiO, and the interface between cathode and electrolyte (LSM-YSZ/YSZ) was mainly composed of YSZ, LSM and a small amount of La_2Zr_2O_7.

Cost-benefit of interface management improvement in design-manufacturing chain

Design-manufacturing chain (D-MC) is the most important link of the supply chain with the greatest possibility in cost reduction. How to strengthen the effective management of interfacial relationship between designer and manufacturer and increase the efficency of interface management concerns the efficiency of the whole supply chain. In order to evaluate and improve the impacts of D-MC interfacial relationship, first we should construct the evaluation index system and then we should analyze the total cost and benefit of the interfacial relationship betterment, including the cost of member units in D-MC, the opportunity cost of cooperation partners, and the market returns resulted from the interfacial relationship improvement, which will advance the whole supply chain efficiency as well as enhance the management performance of D-MC. 筋土界面摩擦特性影响因素分析

以整体式单向聚乙烯土工格栅与钢塑复合加筋带为加筋材料,以含细粒土砂为填料,设计了高速公路拓宽工程加筋边坡。通过室内拉拔试验对填料在不同含水量和不同压实度条件下与土工格栅之间的摩擦特性进行分析,并对比了原样土工格栅、去除横肋的土工格栅和土工加筋带三者之间的界面摩擦特性。分析结果表明:在填料含水量高于填料的最佳含水量时,筋土界面强度随着含水量增加而降低,且变化明显,随着填料压实度的提高而不断增强,加筋效果也明显增强;土工格栅的横肋对筋土界面特性影响非常明显,贡献率高达50%以上。     

2005款波罗启动机无法正常运转

故障现象：启动机不能正常运转。 故障诊断：连接V．A．G1552检测变速器控制单元无故障码,仪表挡位显示正常,说明变速器控制单元可以检测到挡位开关的P／N信号,而P／N信号经CAN总线传递给仪表和车载网络控制单元J519。     

影响聚氨酯填缝料耐久性的外界因素研究

合成了双组分聚氯酯填缝料,制备测试试样,探讨了粘结界面状态、粘结界面含水量和填缝料的形状系数对填缝料性能的影响.结果表明,对粘结界面进行处理,保持界面干燥,选择适当的深宽比才能够保证填缝料有优异的耐久性.     

车载平视显示器HUD系统

车辆在高速行驶时,特别是夜间高速行车时,驾驶员可能会低头观看仪表显示或观看中控台的音响等显示,此时如果前方遇有紧急情况就有可能因来不及采取有效措施而造成事故。为避免这种情况发生,有些高档车辆上装配了抬头显示（HUD）系统,它可以将有关信息显示在前风挡玻璃的驾驶员平视范围上,且显示位置、显示亮度可调,这样可以避免低头看仪表,从而缩短眼球对前方的视觉肓区时间。     

控制轿车加油排放的ORVR技术综述

针对安装在轿车油箱上的控制加油排放的车载加油蒸气回收装置(ORVR)进行研究,并且将ORVR与二级汽油回收系统(StageⅡ)的控制排放效果进行比较,结果表明,采用ORVR技术的控制效果更好,而且成本低,有必要全面实施ORVR控制系统。     

燃料电池客车用10ms TTCAN通信网络协议制订与测试

在自主研发的TTCAN总线通信网络的基础上,为燃料电池客车设计了新的10ms TTCAN通信网络并进行仿真与实车测试.测试结果证明,采用新的TTCAN协议提高了CAN总线的数据吞吐能力、实时性和可靠性.
