汶川地震及中国公路桥梁抗震设计规范的变迁

根据汶川地震的震源机理和桥梁震害的特点,在断裂带南段,桥梁结构以强度失效型破坏为主;而在北段以位移型破坏为主.对由汶川地震推动刊布实施的公路桥梁抗震设计细则和中国前两代公路桥梁抗震设计规范的内容进行了对比分析,并回顾了中国三代公路桥梁抗震设计规范的变迁.提出了新桥梁抗震细则在抗震设计理念、设计方法及抗震措施方面的新特点.     

Social change and future transport policy in the Japanese context

Despite bringing many external benefits, economic growth has not solved all problems. In Japan today two problems seem to stand out: an aging population and the need to protect the population from natural disasters. The first problem has long been noted but the population is aging so fast that society seems incapable of adjusting properly to the new situation.

"十二五"期间,珠江三角洲地区交通发展将会呈现出许多新的变化和特点,在制定有关规划和发展政策时应给予足够的关注。分析了珠江三角洲地区"十二五"期间交通发展环境、发展要求、主要趋势和特点。     

Aβ诱导PC-12细胞凋亡建立阿尔茨海默病细胞模型

目的　用β 淀粉样蛋白 (Aβ2 5- 35)诱导PC 1 2细胞凋亡以建立阿尔茨海默病细胞模型。方法　体外培养大鼠嗜铬细胞瘤PC 1 2细胞 ,以不同浓度Aβ2 5 - 35诱导并于不同时间收获细胞 ,应用MTT法观察细胞活力 ,Fura 2 /AM荧光分析法检测细胞内游离Ca2 +浓度 ,Hoechst332 5 8及碘化丙啶复染分析细胞凋亡。结果　Aβ2 5- 35作用于PC 1 2细胞后 ,细胞活力逐渐下降 ,并呈时间和剂量依赖性 ;同时细胞内Ca2 +浓度显著上升 ;不同浓度Aβ2 5 - 35作用后 ,PC 1 2细胞于不同时间出现凋亡的典型形态学特征 ,该时间比Ca2 +浓度上升约晚 6～ 1 2h。结论　Aβ2 5- 35诱导后PC 1 2细胞活力下降、细胞内Ca2 +浓度上升及细胞凋亡 ,可作为较理想的阿尔茨海默病细胞模型     

Monitoring Crustal Deformations with Radar Interferometry： A Review

The crustal movements, probably motivating earthquakes, are considered as one of the main geodynamic sources. The quantitative measurements of ground surface deformations are vital for studying mechanisms of the buried faults or even estimating earthquake potential. A new space-geodetic technology, synthetic aperture radar interferometry (InSAR), can be applied to detect such large-area deformations, and has demonstrated some prominent advantages. This paper reviews the capacity and limitations of InSAR, and summarises the existing applications including some of our results in studying the earthquake-related crustal motions.Finally it gives the outlook for the future development of InSAR.

在地球物理勘探中,常常涉及到反射波的同相轴和反射界面。本文结合工程实际,简要阐述利用小波分析寻找同相轴和反射界面的方法。     

十二脉冲逆变器控制技术

分析了直流1500V/80kVA地铁辅助变流器采用十二脉冲逆变技术的工作原理，提出了一种适用于十二脉冲逆变器控制且优于普通三分频的三分频单边调节的PWM调制方法，介绍了实现输出三相基波380V电压实时闭环控制的TM320C31DSP微机控制系统。试验证明：该控制系统稳定性好，精度高，谐波小。
