湿式排气的设计问题及解决措施

为了节省机舱空间以及降低排气温度和噪声,现在很多船舶的柴油机组都采用了冷却水和烟气混合的湿式排气方式,但在实船应用中,如果湿式排气设计不合理就会出现回流和虹吸等各种问题。本文针对这些问题进行了详细的分析研究,并且提出了合理的解决措施,从而避免造成柴油机组的损害,对其它排气方式的设计也具有很好的参考价值。

High speed tensile test of steel sheets for the stress-strain curve at the intermediate strain rate

This paper presents stress-strain curves of steel sheets for an auto-body obtained at intermediate strain rates with a servo-hydraulic type high speed tensile testing machine. The apparatus has the maximum stroke velocity of 7.8 m/sec to obtain the tensile material properties at a strain rate of up to 500/sec. A special jig fixture is specially designed for accurate acquisition of tensile loads with reduction of the load-ringing phenomenon induced by unstable stress wave propagation at high strain rates. Tensile testing of steel sheets for an auto-body was carried out to obtain stress-strain curves of mild steel and advanced high strength steels at strain rates ranged from 1/sec to 200/sec. The test results provide interesting information regarding the stress-strain curves at intermediate strain rates ranged from 1/sec to 200/sec and demonstrate that strain rate hardening is strongly coupled with strain hardening.     

发动机活塞型线导致发动机异响的分析及改进

发动机异响,有时表现为某零件响,但实际上并非此零件造成,也可能是其他零部件尺寸或配合原因产生,采取合理便捷的方法可以快速找到问题症结并加以解决。为了改善活塞裙部型线,更好地控制不良品产生,确定在原型线尺寸基础上增加3个控制点;同时制作活塞型线在线检具,对于首件必须进行检查并填写记录表,增加抽检频次,以便及时发现因加工机床原因造成的活塞成品超差,并及时采取有效改进措施。     

Structural loads induced in a containership by abnormal wave conditions

An analysis is presented of the vertical bending moments induced in a containership by a set of abnormal waves measured at different locations and on different occasions. A systematic investigation was carried out by using a large set of wave traces that included abnormal waves. In this way it was possible to assess the influence of the height, length, and shape of the abnormal waves on the wave-induced structural loads. The probability distributions of the ship responses to the sea states that included the abnormal waves were also calculated and were compared to the responses induced by the abnormal waves and to fitted distributions. Finally, the structural loads induced by the abnormal waves were compared with rule values and with long-term predictions.

天津港 1 998年和 1 999年的秋冬季 ,连续出现强淤积现象 ,给港口的维护使用造成一定困难。对近年出现的强淤现象状况进行了初步调查 ,对强淤过程进行了分析 ,在此基础上 ,为保障港口的维护使用提出了相应的研究对策。

地铁线路钢轨异常波磨的分析与解决措施

针对深圳市地铁3号线ATO列车在长大坡度区段运行时,因制动导致线路钢轨产生异常波磨的问题,进行系统分析和研究,制定相应实施方案,取得良好应用效果,可为后续轨道交通线路建设和运营提供应用参考.     

基于特定挡位车速下客车异常振动原因分析

针对某客车在5挡以70～90km/h车速行驶时发生的异常振动问题,进行了车辆前、后段底架模态分析及试验验证和道路行驶振动试验,发现后段底架固有频率恰与发动机5挡工作转速频率(40～50 Hz)相吻合是该客车产生振动的原因。采用更换变速器的方法(但匹配的主减速比不变),以期避开共振频率。试验结果表明,更换变速器后客车可以在较大范围内避开共振频率区。     

沥青路面结构补强设计中的“反常现象”分析

利用极值理论和驻点分析方法,通过对沥青路面结构设计参数的分析,找出了产生"反常现象"的详细原因及其影响因素,并根据极值理论提出了"反常现象"时土基驻点弹性模量的具体求解方法。在沥青路面结构补强设计的实际工程中,这些结论为如何避免反常现象的发生提供了理论依据,并为沥青路面结构补强优化设计提供了理论依据。
