Workshop 2 focused on the role of BRT as part of enhanced public transport service provision. Discussion topics included case studies around the world; improved performance and operations; and better contracts, institutional settings and enhanced policies. BRT was identified as a vital component of modern public transport systems due to its ability to provide high performance and rapid implementation at a lower cost than comparable rail transit. The participants concluded that on top of improving trunk transit corridors, it is important to look to the first and last kilometers and the connections among transport modes. In addition, it is important to consider all dimensions, not just the technical issues. The workshop identified the desirable ingredients for BRT success, created a table of bus based options for different applications and a list of research topics. 相似文献

Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) systems are undergoing rapid development in many countries due to the unique characteristics of this form of mass transit. In China, BRT schemes are being adopted as a key strategy for relieving traffic problems. As a case-study, this paper examines the performance and impacts of BRT in Beijing, the first full-featured BRT system in China. It considers in turn the role of ITS technology in influencing the operational efficiency, technical performance and cost issues associated with BRT. Particular attention is given to the consequent impacts of BRT on travel behaviour change, traffic environment and property development. 针对紧急情况下公交乘客的逃生需求,设计了一种气压式安全公交车窗,当事故发生时,使车窗在3s内打开,为乘客提供及时有效的逃生通道。通过制作模型和力学分析计算,此设计既能在常规状态下保证车窗的强度和密封性,又能在紧急情况下使其迅速开启。此外,为预防事故,以AT89S52单片机为核心,采用2M007型可燃气体传感器和MQ-2型烟雾传感器建立公交车火灾监测报警系统,实时检测发动机舱及车体内可燃气体浓度和烟雾情况,具有声光报警功能。结合GSM通信模块,向公交车指挥中心传输报警信息,以便进行救援指挥。 相似文献

为支撑工厂的制造智能化,需要建立有效的运营支撑系统。智能工厂的运营支撑系统应在保护既有遗存系统和制造资源的基础上,满足制造资源动态配置的需求及制造服务化需求,实现多系统间集成。基于从研发创新到产品运维的全制造服务生命周期迭代过程,构造智能工厂系统结构参考模型。模型从微服务架构出发,建立制造资源的分类树,并进行服务封装,构造微制造服务单元,通过改进的企业业务总线和集成开发环境,发布制造应用,实现智能工厂运营支撑系统。基于微服务的企业业务总线既保持对遗存系统的继承,也可弹性部署以支持不同规模的智能工厂。企业业务总线在智能工厂环境下的数据总线、知识总线、流程总线和安全总线子类,及多个服务域的部署通过案例予以阐明。 相似文献

This study develops an independent efficiency measurement model framework of bus routes, so as to treat preferably the heterogeneous outputs in a data envelopment analysis (DEA)-based efficiency measurement. It then introduces four new exogenous operating environment factors at the microscopic level of bus routes, and applies the three-stage DEA approach to incorporate operating environment effects and statistical noise into the efficiency measurement framework. The main purpose is to measure impartially the managerial efficiency of bus routes, purged of operating environment effects and statistical noise, and additionally to investigate the operating environment effects on efficiency. An empirical analysis, based on 39 routes operated in Jiangyin City, China, is presented. The principal finding is that the adoption of the independent efficiency measurement model framework is reasonable and has many virtues. Moreover, the proposed approach could substantially provide decision support both for regulators and for producers of bus services. In addition, the operating environment does indeed significantly affect operating efficiency and quality efficiency, especially the latter. 相似文献

This research examines the problem of route bus specification and vehicle manufacturability. In order for bus operators to provide transport services, a range of vehicle configurations must be available from bus manufacturers, generating variety which has a negative impact on the manufacturing process. Larger part inventories, uncontrolled labour tasks and more troublesome maintenance are known impacts of this variety. This research identifies the functional necessities in route bus interior design and reduces the problems in bus manufacture and operation caused by specification diversity by proposing a modularised system of bus design. In particular, it makes recommendations as to how bus configuration should be carried out, ensuring an optimum mix of operational and manufacturing needs:
- 1.Determine user needs before the bus specification process.
- 2.Designs to be developed by the manufacturer in response to user needs.
- 3.This design should be standardised where possible, as suggested by the user needs.
- 4.Where user needs dictate product variations, apply a mass customisation approach to accommodate these needs.
