车载CD常见故障的修复

索尼10碟车载CD机在使用几年后常会出现一种故障:在驻车时,有时可以正常播放,有时不能正常播放。在播放时,遇到轻微震动,声音则断续,并且换碟时或受到大的震动如关车门等,则极易死机;当汽车起动行驶后,遇到颠簸路面极易死机。 此种故障维修过程相当方便,打开机器,可以看到内部结构紧凑,布局合理,机械避震装置使用很柔软且弹性极好的四只避震橡胶圈和两根悬挂弹簧使机芯悬空,加上机器设计有完善的数据缓     

隧道穿越断层破碎带施工方案及力学效应研究

以2022年北京冬季奥林匹克运动会重大交通保障项目延(庆)-崇(礼)高速公路第06标段玉渡山隧道为工程背景,采用FLAC 3D程序研究了隧道穿越F115断层破碎带CD法施工方案,分析拱顶沉降、水平收敛与塑性区范围,依据分析结果并结合现场监测数据,给出了锚-网-喷-钢拱架联合支护方案。研究结果表明:(1)施作支护方案后,隧道穿越断层破碎带段累积拱顶沉降为16.2mm,累积水平收敛量为22.3mm,而现场监测得到的累积拱顶沉降与累积水平收敛分别为19.3mm和26.5mm,二者较为吻合,故在后续隧道穿越断层破碎带CD法施工过程中以数值计算的方式预估隧道累积拱顶沉降、累积水平收敛等相关参数;(2)若数值计算结果显示隧道最大累积拱顶沉降量、最大累积水平收敛量较大、塑性区较为发育时,则隧道存在较大塌方风险;(3)在施作支护方案后,穿越断层破碎带段隧道的累积拱顶沉降量由51.5mm减小至19.3mm,累积水平收敛量由62.7mm减小至26.5mm,有了明显降低,且应力集中得以改善,塑性区范围亦大幅减小,隧道得以顺利穿越断层破碎带。     

本田CD70配气凸轮轴及孔的修理

进口本田CD70型摩托车气缸头上的配气凸轮轴轴承孔与凸轮轴以滑动方式配合，一旦机油盘缺少润滑油，凸轮轴轴颈和孔便会急剧磨损。由于气门弹簧力通过摇臂作用于凸轮上，凸轮轴与孔配合松动便会产生异响。同时因凸轮轴与孔配合松动，使时规链轮中心距不断变动．既降低了链传动的平稳性和耐用性，还会发出很大的敲击声。经过修理，可以恢复其配合性质。

首先建立了Cobb-Douglas数学模型来测定工业生产中的技术水平以及相关因素的变化,然后对1984-2004年间的船舶工业主要投入产出指标作了回归,并作了技术水平分析,提出了对策.     

慢性肾衰血液透析患者外周血淋巴细胞CD15s抗原的表达

目的了解血液透析患者的外周血淋巴细胞表面CD15s抗原的表达。方法应用流式细胞技术检测慢性肾衰(CRF)血液透析患者的外周血淋巴细胞表面CD15s抗原的表达,并进行临床分析。结果长期透析患者外周血淋巴细胞CD15s表达水平为1.81±0.79,与正常对照(1.05±0.13)相比有所升高(P<0.05)。结论长期行血液透析的慢性肾衰患者外周血淋巴细胞表面CD15s表达升高。

CD44V6,Bcl-2在宫颈癌中的表达及临床意义

目的　探讨黏附分子CD44V6和原癌基因Bcl 2在宫颈癌中的表达及临床意义。方法　应用免疫组化S P法检测 153例宫颈癌、正常宫颈上皮组织和宫颈不典型增生 (CIN)中CD44V6和Bcl 2的表达 ,并分析其与临床病理间关系。结果　①CD44V6表达在宫颈癌中最高 ,其次为CIN ,在正常宫颈组织最低 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5) ;随临床分期越晚 ,组织学分级越高 (CD44V6)表达率越高 ,并与组织学分级显著相关 (P <0 .0 5) ;淋巴结转移组 (CD44V6)表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移组 (P <0 .0 5) ;②Bcl 2表达在CIN中最高 ,其次宫颈癌 ,在正常宫颈组织不表达 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5) ;Bcl 2表达与临床分期、组织学分级呈负相关 ,且差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5) ;淋巴结转移组Bcl 2表达率低于无淋巴结转移组但差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5)。③CD44V6和Bcl 2在宫颈癌中表达不相关。结论　CD44V6、Bcl 2表达与宫颈癌的发生 ,发展及转移密切相关 ,可作为预测宫颈癌预后的辅助指标     

骨骼肌中存在CD1a+细胞

目的研究骨骼肌中CD1a+ 细胞的形态、分布及功能.方法 4例人骨骼肌样本采用CD1a抗体进行免疫组织化学染色,光镜观察.结果骨骼肌纤维之间、肌束膜和肌外膜的血管壁、神经纤维、脂肪组织中的CD1a+ 细胞呈带状、灶状或散在分布.CD1a+ 细胞大小不等,形态多样,常有突起.突起粗细、长短、多少不等,其突起可与周围或远处的CD1a+ 细胞或突起相连;骨骼肌纤维之间的CD1a+ 细胞也可与肌膜紧密相连.结论骨骼肌纤维之间的CD1a+ 细胞可能是肌卫星细胞的某一分化阶段;骨骼肌中各种组织内的CD1a+ 细胞也可能是相应组织成熟细胞的前体状态,并参与相应组织结构的形成和维持.     

THE STUDY ON RELATION BETWEEN CD1a^＋ CELLS AND INFILTRATIVE CD3^＋ AND CD8^＋ CELLS IN RENAL TISSUE OF GLOMERULONEPHRITIS

Objective To discuss the role of dendritic cells (DCs) in cellular immunity pathogenesis of glomerulonephritls (GN). Methods 114 patients with GN were selected randomly and divided into two groups,primary GN (pGN) and secondry GN (sGN). CDIa^ , CD3^ and CD8^ cells in bioptic renal tissues were examine dy immunohistochemically. The distribution of CDla cells and the infiltration of CD3^ and CD8^ cells in renal tissues were observed. Results There was no significant difference of CDIa^ , CD3^ , and CD8^ cells between pGN and sGN group (P＞0. 05). CDIa^ cells had significant positive correlation with the infiltrative CD3^ and CD8 cells,respectively (P＜0.01). The infiltrative CD3^ cells had significant positive correlation with the CD8 cells in the same area, respectively (P＜0.01). CD1a^ cells, CD3^ cells infiltrating in both glomeruli and renal interstitial tissues, and CD8^ cells only infiltrating in renal interstitial tissues, all of them had significant positive correlation with the degree of glomerular proliferation, respectively (P＜0.05). The infiltrative CD3^ and CD8^ cells in renal interstitial tissues had significant positive correlation with the degree of glomerular sclerosis and the lesion degree of renal tubule and interstitial, respectively (P~ 0. 05). There were significant positive correlation between CDla cells and the lesion degree of renal interstitial (P＜0.05). Collusion DCs could activate T lymphocyte by presenting antigen, then the activated T lymphocyte participate in the pathogenesls of GN through releasing cytokine and/or directly damaging the renal tubule and interstitial, which produce more serious glomeralar lesion.     

Synchrotron Radiation X-Ray Inducing a Significant Increase in the CD38 Level of Rodent Testes by Generating Oxidative Stress

Synchrotron radiation（SR） X-ray has significant potential for medical applications. However, the mechanisms underlying the effects of SR X-ray on biological tissues remain unclear. Because increasing evidence has indicated critical roles of cluster of differentiation 38（CD38） in various cellular functions and cell survival, in this study we used rodent testes as a model to determine the effects of SR X-ray irradiation on the CD38 level of the testes. We found that SR X-ray irradiation led to a significant increase in the CD38 level of rodent testes one day after the irradiation. In contrast, the SR X-ray irradiation did not produce a significant increase in the CD38 level of the testes from the rats that were administered with the antioxidant N-acetyl cysteine, thus suggesting that oxidative stress plays a significant role in the SR X-ray irradiation-induced increase in the CD38 levels. Our study has also provided evidence suggesting that poly（ADP-ribose） polymerase（PARP） activity is not involved in the SR X-ray irradiation-produced effect on the CD38 levels. Collectively, this study has provided first in vivo evidence indicating that CD38 levels can be increased by ionizing radiation, in which oxidative stress plays an important role. Because oxidative stress occurs in ionizing radiation as well as such diseases as cerebral ischemia and Parkinson＇s disease, oxidative stress may produce pathological effects by inducing increased CD38 levels.
