停车换乘（Park＆Ride,简称P＆R）作为一种交通出行模式,在许多国外城市被采用。目前,我国北京市、上海市等城市均进行了停车换乘设施的规划和试点。本文基于对北京市天通苑北和巴沟两个停车换乘点的停车换乘需求调查,分析比较了停车换乘需求特性,结果表明：天通苑北和巴沟的机动车和非机动车驶入停车场的高峰时段均为早上7：00...

基于ECE法规的多轴汽车剩余制动性能分析

根据ECE制动法规对行车制动失效条件下的多轴汽车剩余制动性能的要求,提出基于ECE制动法规的多轴汽车剩余制动性能分析方法,包括理论分析和试验验证。在理论分析中,最大减速度采用作图分析方法求得。最后,通过实例来说明本方法的分析过程。结果表明:该方法简单、实用。     

Research trends and agenda on the Belt and Road (B&R) initiative with a focus on maritime transport

The ‘Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road’ (collectively known as Belt and Road, B&R) has been initiated by the Chinese government in 2013. The B&R is increasingly becoming a focal point for socio-economic–political interests because of its likely impact on land and sea transport and maritime logistics. The aims of this study were threefold: first, to provide an overview on the B&R, focusing on its key structural elements, such as transport corridors, city clusters, dry ports, infrastructure, zoning, and area development; second, to identify the expected impacts of the B&R on trade and implications on structural changes in transportation systems, port networks, and international logistics. Finally, to discuss major research trends and setting up of research agenda which will contribute to enriching the existing literature and shaping the global trade operations and drive economic growth in the context of the B&R.

十万吨半潜船“新光华”轮是708所为中远海运特运开发设计的新旗舰,具有甲板均布载荷大、下潜稳性安全、装卸货作业速度快、结构强度合理、对货品保护好、首艘满足最新半潜船安全及性能规范等一系列技术特点。文章概述了十万吨半潜船船型概况和主要技术特点,分析了最新规则规范的运用,从总布置、主要系统设计等方面展开了重点分析与设计介绍。     

甲状腺癌患者血清中SIL-2R测定的临床意义

测定 59例甲状腺良、恶性疾病患者血清中可溶性白介素 受体 (SIL- 2 R)。结果显示 :甲状腺癌患者血清中 SIL- 2 R明显高于良性疾病组及对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。良性腺瘤及结节性甲状腺肿与对照组间无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5)。甲状腺癌术后 5～ 1 0 d血清中 SIL- 2 R较术前增高 ,可能与术前血清中 SIL- 2 R高水平及手术干扰机体免疫有关。术后约 2 0 d基本降至正常。甲状腺癌血清中 SIL- 2 R升高与甲状腺癌的病理类型无明显关系。提示检测血清中 SIL- 2 R对判别甲状腺疾病良、恶性 ,估计疗效及预后有一定临床意义

根据滚装船的任务特点,对其跳板系统进行任务剖面、寿命剖面分析,按跳板系统功能的逻辑关系,构建可靠性分析模型.在进行完整的定性分析基础上,开展较为准确的定量计算,找出系统的薄弱环节,为提高跳板系统的安全可靠性提供依据.     

Cruise activity and pollution: The case of Barcelona

One of the main causes of mortality worldwide is air pollution. To tackle this problem, local, regional and national governments have implemented policies to reduce emissions from industrial and on-road sources. However, when these policies are being designed, shipping emissions are often overlooked. There has been a drastic increase in the demand for cruises and its economic relevance is also growing in port-cities. Barcelona is Europe’s leading cruise port, and it is located near the centre of the city. In this context, this paper analyses the impact of cruise ships in the air quality of the entire city of Barcelona using a dataset with information about pollutants and the number of cruises arriving to the port. We show that there is a direct impact between cruises staying at the port and city pollution. Additionally, the size and age of the cruise also affect air quality. The larger (or newer) the cruise is, the higher the emission generated. Moreover, our simulations show that the whole city is affected by these emissions.
