Life Estimation of Reinforced Concrete Members after Fire

To solve the problem of life estimation of reinforced concrete （RC） members after fire, an analysis is made of the resistance of RC members after fire. On basis of the resistance, the life of RC members after fire is analyzed by using JC （Jukes and Cantor） method. Then the calculation models for the resistance and the life estimation of RC members after fire are put forward, and an example analysis proves their reliability and accuracy.     

高海拔特长铁路隧道定点防灾救援研究

为研究高海拔特长隧道定点防灾救援设计中不同火灾场景下救援横通道数量对人员疏散的影响,依托关角隧道对高海拔条件下火灾发展及人员疏散过程进行研究。利用FDS火灾模拟软件对关角隧道救援站进行高海拔条件下的火灾数值模拟计算,通过改变火源热释放速率以及救援横通道数量,得到不同火灾场景下可用安全疏散时间。利用人员疏散软件EXODUS对不同场景下高海拔地区人员疏散过程进行模拟,得到必需的人员疏散时间,通过与可用疏散时间的比较,最终确定高海拔特长铁路隧道定点救援站合理的救援横通道数量为8~9座。     

火灾受损桥梁检测评估与加固处理

介绍回弹 超声综合法在检测评定桥梁结构遭受火灾损伤中的应用。结合实例,给出应用碳纤维布补强技术对其加固处理的方法,并通过桥梁静载试验证实加固取得了很好的效果,其思路可为处理同类病害的桥梁提供有益的参考。

分析了隧道火灾特点和原因,结合秦岭终南山特长公路隧道火灾试验提出隧道防火的基本原则。通过对隧道火灾防灾的各个子系统的分析,本文提出的对特长公路隧道火灾防灾救援安全策略的相关观点,对我国隧道防火设计和火灾救援有一定的指导意义。

文章基于对某10万吨级油品码头灭火系统的介绍和分析,结合相关调研资料,着重阐述了油品码头灭火系统的设计要点。     

Heat Release Rate and Temperature Field of a Bus on Fire北大核心CSCD

Bus fires are a common source of fires that occur in tunnels and are a huge threat to the safety of the tunnel structure and related personnel. An elaborate numerical simulation model of a bus is established considering the different combustion characteristics of the bus body, seats, decorations and baggage. For fires occuring at the bus head, middle part or back seat, the temperature field, heat release rate (HRR) and characteristics of the fire are ana-lyzed. The HRR calculation formula is obtained by superimposing a Boltzmann curve on a Gaussian curve. The re-sults show the peak and average values of a bus HRR are 48 MW and 8.1 MW, respectively, and the released energy due to combustion is 14.5 GJ; the maximum burning temperature reaches 1 040℃ and the temperature near the door can reach 60℃ after 120 sec. The temperature rises fastest at the bus door when the fire occurs at the rear of the bus and it has a high chance of detonating the fuel tank. © 2018, Editorial Office of "Modern Tunnelling Technology". 地铁火灾应急调度系统综合评价方法研究

地铁是城市中解决日益严重的交通问题的大容量快速交通工具,也是城市的现代化标志之一.然而,地铁自出现之日起,就存在着各种安全隐患,其中最主要的隐患就是火灾.通过对地铁火灾应急调度系统的分析.利用AHP方法将应急调度系统分为4个层次15个指标,提出系统层次分析结构,并利用该方法对层次分析结构进行定量计算.根据计算出的权重对系统进行综合评价,得出地铁火灾应急调度的最优化管理办法.实践表明,基于AHP的地铁火灾应急调度方案能够获得更科学的管理决策.     

城市轨道交通地下场段设计问题探讨

地下场段在城市轨道交通建设中越来越普遍,现行相关规范没有具体的规定。通过参考既有建设工程规范,对地下场段设计中存在问题的探讨和国内已建成地下场段实例进行研究,总结地下场段的设计方案,探讨设计中存在问题的解决思路,总结地下场段在消防设计、设施配置等方面的特点。提出城市轨道交通地下场段在设计中,合理地进行建筑定性、防火分区划分、设置消防车作业条件等的方法,以满足使用中的功能及消防需求,为后续类似工程的设计提供参考。地下场段设计中,通过设置消防车进入地下作业条件、设置自然通风采光井等方式,防火分区、人员疏散距离等适当加大,是能够满足火灾安全条件的。
