一种水下目标识别方法──基于模糊理论的多种神经网络融合分类

在应用多种方法提取目标噪声中分类特征的研究基础上,本文设计出基于模糊理论的多神经网络融合分类器,其研究重点主要包括有监督分类的模糊聚类神经网络分类、多神经网络与模糊综合分析相结合的融合分类。基于大量海试实测信号样本的多组实验表明,该分类方法具有良好的工程应用前景。     

模糊控制技术在船舶动力定位中的应用研究

在进行某船动力定位系统的设计过程中,采用了模糊控制器作为系统的控制器,并针对仿真过程中出现的问题进行优化,得到了一个切实可行的模糊控制器,并对该模糊控制器进行了仿真试验验证。     

基于遗传算法的舰船航速模糊控制研究

研究并建立了舰船航速控制系统的数学模型,并将模糊控制理论应用到该系统,提出了一种基于遗传算法的舰船航速模糊控制新方法。该方法较常规的模糊控制具有更优的控制性能,仿真实验结果表明该方法可行、有效。     

Estimating economic losses of industry clusters due to port disruptions

Seaport operations are highly important for industries which rely heavily on imports and exports. A reliable evaluation of port risks is essential to govern the normal running of seaborne transportation and thus the industrial economies. The occurrence of a breakdown in the trade facilitators, such as ports, will disrupt the smooth flow of supply chains for the industries. The estimation of the economic loss for an industry when a port gets disrupted is a challenging task as the relationship between the port and industry clusters is complex. This study aims to develop a systematic framework for performing economic loss estimation of industry clusters due to port disruptions. The whole risk assessment is split into three stages focusing on the establishment of a network flow model, economic estimations and evaluating risk mitigation strategies. The proposed idea is demonstrated by a case study on Shenzhen port and its related manufacturing industries. A dynamic inventory control strategy used by manufacturers is found to be beneficial for mitigating port disruption risks.     

Integrated solution for anomalous driving detection based on BeiDou/GPS/IMU measurements

There has been an increasing role played by Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) in Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) applications in recent decades. In particular, centimeter/decimetre positioning accuracy is required for some safety related applications, such as lane control, collision avoidance, and intelligent speed assistance. Lane-level Anomalous driving detection underpins these safety-related ITS applications. The two major issues associated with such detection are (1) accessing high accuracy vehicle positioning and dynamic parameters; and (2) extraction of irregular driving patterns from such information. This paper introduces a new integrated framework for detecting lane-level anomalous driving, by combining Global Positioning Systems (GPS), BeiDou, and Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) with advanced algorithms. Specifically, we use Unscented Particle Filter (UPF) to perform data fusion with different positioning sources. The detection of different types of Anomalous driving is achieved based on the application of a Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) with a newly introduced velocity-based indicator. The framework proposed in this paper yield significantly improved accuracy in terms of positioning and Anomalous driving detection compared to state-of-the-art, while offering an economically viable solution for performing these tasks.     

基于数据融合的公交客流规模测算方法

公交客流规模测算往往存在调查成本受限和准确度要求较高的矛盾.提出基于公交IC卡历史数据与人工补充调查数据的数据融合测算方法,以准确推算公交客流规模.首先根据公交线路的基本属性,采用聚类分析方法划分线路类型,从每一类中选择具有代表性的线路.基于IC卡数据分析公交客流时变特征,运用有序样本聚类Fisher算法将线路小时刷卡量进行聚类分析.划分刷卡量相似时段,进而采用优化方法确定调查抽样率,确定相应的调查车辆进行人工补充调查,最终经过数据融合计算获得公交客流规模.基于上海市某辖区IC卡数据进行案例分析,测算得到三类公交线路的日均客流量.     

主动悬架系统控制策略研究

文章设计一种主动悬架控制策略,通过建立四分之一车辆主动悬架系统模型,设计模糊滑模控制策略对主动悬架系统进行控制,并使用Matlab/Simulink软件对所建立的模型进行仿真分析。通过仿真结果验证了所建模型和控制策略的准确性,同时也改善了悬架系统的性能。     

基于模糊综合评价的职工技术培训效果评估

针对培训效果评估的实际，提出采用柯克帕特里克培训评估模式，结合模糊综合评价方法，以及一定的评判准则，进行职工技术培训评估，并设计了模型实例，为铁路运输职工技术培训效果评估提供一条新思路。     

Fuzzy and adaptive fuzzy control for the automobiles’ active suspension system

Two typical criteria for good vehicle suspension performance are their ability to provide good road handling and increased passenger comfort. The main disturbance affecting these two criteria is terrain irregularities. Active suspension control systems reduce these undesirable effects by isolating car body motion from vibrations at the wheels. This paper describes fuzzy and adaptive fuzzy control (AFC) schemes for the automobile active suspension system (ASS). The design objective is to provide smooth vertical motion so as to achieve the road holding and riding comfort over a wide range of road profiles. The efficacy of the proposed control schemes is demonstrated via simulations. With respect to the optimal linear quadratic regulator (LQR), it is shown that superior results have been achieved by the AFC.     

基于CarSim自适应巡航控制建模与仿真

文章首先利用模糊法则建立能够反映驾驶员反应时间的隶属度函数,并根据制动过程理论建立安全距离模型,通过安全距离模型建立期望加速度模型。然后分别建立加速和制动模型,在此基础上制定控制模式转换策略,基于PID算法设计巡航控制器。最后在Matlab/Simulink和CarSim联合仿真环境中验证所设计的控制系统的有效性。
