能效设计指数EEDI功率曲线的直接计算方法

船舶能效规则强制生效后，所有适用船舶必须满足Attained EEDI≤Requied EEDI的条件，因此准确估算或预报功率曲线从而计算得到Attained EEDI将对适用船型具有极为重要的意义。根据国内外关于功率-转速-航速预报的最新进展，依据螺旋桨敞水性能图谱，采用KT/J^2系数，给出了功率曲线的直接计算方法，经实际算例验证，该方法相对传统的间接计算方法更为清晰简便，且结果准确可靠。     

基于AutoCAD技术的气割机DNC系统研究

基于对AutoCAD环境下的DNC数控气割机系统的研究，通过对零件图纸→图形文件形成→加工程序的生成→自动加工几个过程的分析，完整地介绍了该系统的工作原理，为经济型数控机床的改造和生产提供可参考的理论模式。     

Tangential force variation due to the bogie direction reversal procedure

A range of tangential forces is generated within the contact patch when a wheelset moves on the rail. These forces are intensified when incorporating curved tracks and motored axle rail vehicles [Arrus, P., de Pater, A.D. and Meyers, P., 2002, The stationary motion of a one-axle vehicle along a circular curve with real rail and wheel profiles. Vehicle System Dynamics, 37(1), 29–58]. The wheelset is subject to flange contact if an unbalanced force remains in a curve towards the high rail gauge face. The resultant force in the transverse direction includes the lateral force, the radial force, and the creep forces in addition to the effect of the frequent wheelset displacement due to the kinematic oscillation [Iwnicki, S., 2003, Simulation of wheel–rail contact forces. Fatigue Fracture Engineering Material Structure, 26, 887–900]. This article has focused on a potential variation in some of the forces cited when the wheelset is subject to backward and forward movements. A severe wear rate observed within the wheel flange region in Iranian Railways was investigated by operating a test bogie on a curvaceous track. An obvious improvement in the wear rate and wear pattern of the wheels was attained when the second test bogie encountered a bogie direction reversal procedure. This enhancement is considered in this article from the force analysis standpoint.     

公路桥梁小跨径矮T梁设计探讨

对公路桥梁小跨径桥梁上部结构现状进行分析，针对矮T梁的提出背景、设计要点、构造要求、具体应用及造价情况进行简要的论述探讨，并对应用前景进行展望。     

Influence of polygonal wear of railway wheels on the wheel set axle stress

The coupled vehicle/track dynamic model with the flexible wheel set was developed to investigate the effects of polygonal wear on the dynamic stresses of the wheel set axle. In the model, the railway vehicle was modelled by the rigid multibody dynamics. The wheel set was established by the finite element method to analyse the high-frequency oscillation and dynamic stress of wheel set axle induced by the polygonal wear based on the modal stress recovery method. The slab track model was taken into account in which the rail was described by the Timoshenko beam and the three-dimensional solid finite element was employed to establish the concrete slab. Furthermore, the modal superposition method was adopted to calculate the dynamic response of the track. The wheel/rail normal forces and the tangent forces were, respectively, determined by the Hertz nonlinear contact theory and the Shen–Hedrick–Elkins model. Using the coupled vehicle/track dynamic model, the dynamic stresses of wheel set axle with consideration of the ideal polygonal wear and measured polygonal wear were investigated. The results show that the amplitude of wheel/rail normal forces and the dynamic stress of wheel set axle increase as the vehicle speeds rise. Moreover, the impact loads induced by the polygonal wear could excite the resonance of wheel set axle. In the resonance region, the amplitude of the dynamic stress for the wheel set axle would increase considerably comparing with the normal conditions.     

基于MATLAB/SIMULINK交流电机系统的建模与仿真

在传统电机理论的基础上，使用Matlab/Simulink动态仿真软件建立了交流电机及逆变器系统的仿真模型，给出了系统静态、动态过程的仿真数据及实验波形，结果表明，由此建立的系统运行可靠，响应快，可以在仿真研究中使用.     

T型梁吊装方式的改进

传统T型梁吊装方式多采用捆绑式,其存在很多弊病,采用新型的吊装方式可方便工人的操作,增加施工的安全性,也可增大T型梁的提升高度,保证安装顺利进行。     

Spectral entropy analysis of different alpha band rhythms in relation to hand motor imagery

The event-related desynchronization/synchronization(ERD/ERS) time courses of lower and upper alpha band rhythms during hand motor imagery are investigated respectively by Fourier Sectral Entropy (FSE) in this paper. By analyzing one group of BCI competition data, it was found that FSE within upper alpha band displays a pronounced increase and decrease over contralateral and ipsilaterai brain areas respectively at the onset of hand motor imagery, which is corresponding to the antagonistic ERD/ERS patterns in previous studies. Different from the upper alpha activity pattern, FSE within lower alpha band displays a consistent increase over both two hemispheres hand representative areas. The preliminary results show that FSE could disclose the different behaviors of the upper and lower alpha band rhythms so that a new idea with the complexity measure is provided to characterize functional dissociation of lower and upper frequency alpha rhythms in relation to hand motor imagery.     

Ni—P—SiC化学复合镀层中SiC均匀共析的最佳参数研究

研究了镀复条件及工艺配方对 N-P-SiC 化学复合镀层中 SiC 均匀共析的影响.结果表明,Nj-P 合金基体中 SiC 微粒子均匀共析的最佳条件是:温度87±1℃,搅拌速度600r/min·K,pH=4.8,SiC 平均粒径 D_p=3.5μm,SiC 的添加量8g/L,析出速度12～14μm/h.本文还测定了镀层的显微硬度及磨损量,并用扫描电镜观察了磨损前后的表面形貌和结构.     

汽车淋雨试验室设计

汽车淋雨试验室主要用来模拟自然降雨环境,用于测试汽车的防雨密封性能,是产品开发及新车下线必不可少的检测手段。文章通过某淋雨试验室建设项目,总结了淋雨试验室设计技术方案的确定过程。淋雨试验室的建成,有效填补了某公司产品开发中心试验试制部的试验能力空白,对整车密封性检测工作提供了切实有效的试验依据,也对其他汽车淋雨试验室的设计提供了借鉴。
