SS8机车一系垂向减振器仿真系统的研究

对我国提速机车广泛应用的SS8型一系列减振器进行了深入的研究，建立了数学模型，并开发出该减振器的计算机仿真软件，运用仿真软件进行算例仿真，通过比较可以看出，计算结果与实验结果是一致的。     

Depression and oxidative damage in TNM stage Ⅲ patients with poorly differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma

Objective To investigate the association between psychological stress and oxidative damage in TNM stage Ⅲ patients with poorly differentiated gastric adenecarcinoma (GA). Methods One hundred and six patients with newly diagnosed poorly differentiated GA were assessed using the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD), Zung Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), activities of daily living (ADL) and other multiple-item qnestionnaires. Oxidative-stress-related parameters in serum and the expression of DNA repair genes were monitored during a pretreatment period. Results The patients were divided into depression and nondepression groups (Groups A and B, respectively) based on a HAMD score cutoff of 20. The mean SDS, SAS, SCL-90, ADL and passive coping scores were higher in Group A, whereas social support and quality of life were lower. Serum total antioxidant capacity, eatalase, superoxide dismutuse concentrations and anti-superoxide anion capacity (A-ASC) were significantly decreased in Group A, whereas serum malondialdehyde (MDA) and 8-hydroxy-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) levels were significantly increased. Pearson correlation analysis revealed that depression was pesitively correlated with MDA, SAS, SCL-90 and ADL, but negatively correlated with A-ASC. Furthermore, real-time PCR revealed that the expression levels of hOGG1 and APEX1 were increased in Group A. Conclusion Psychological stress might be related to impaired antioxidant system in patients with GA, and it presents the first evidence of the involvement of oxidative DNA damage in the pathogenesis of depression.

Graves′病患者血清IL-6和IL-8水平的研究

探讨细胞因子在 Graves′病发病中的作用。方法　利用高敏感固相增敏免疫分析方法 ( EASIA)测定了 36例 Graves′病伴甲亢患者 ,1 9例未治亚急性甲状腺炎和 2 8例正常人血清 IL- 6、IL- 8水平。结果　 GD患者血清 IL- 6、IL- 8浓度高于正常人水平 ( P1<0 .0 5,P2 <0 .0 5)。 IL- 6升高的 GD患者占 2 2 .2 2 % ( 8/36)。 IL - 6水平与 IL- 8不相关 ( P >0 .0 5)。 IL - 6水平与 TGA、MCA和 TRAb不相关 ,与 T3 也不相关。此外 1 9例未治亚急性甲状腺炎 ( SAT)患者血清 IL - 6水平也高于正常人 ( P <0 .0 5)。结论　在 GD患者发病中存在 IL - 6、IL - 8系统的参与     

军用8×8二类底盘承载能力的提升

本文对已定型的军用标准宽度(宽度≤2500mm)的8×8底盘(4038A)公路承载能力不足30吨为切入点进行车辆设计工作,围绕着以提升底盘承载能力为的目的,对各项技术指标进行总体设计、分系统设计,经过试验验证,设计完成的5038A进型号底盘符合设计要求。     

Analysis of Class 8 truck technologies for their fuel savings and economics

Non-electrification efficiency-improving technologies and powertrain technologies for reducing the heavy-duty truck fuel consumption are studied. The study indicates that improvements in engine efficiency, aerodynamic drag and rolling resistance will benefit fuel economy significantly over the day drive and over-the-road highway driving cycles; 6–13% in fuel savings can be expected from each technology. Hybridization can achieve fuel saving of 16% and is financially attractive for the day drive cycle. Compared to the baseline Class 8 conventional trucks, an improvement of 20–22% and 28–50% in fuel economy by 2020 can be expected using non-electrification efficiency-improving and a combination of non-electrification and hybrid technologies. Fuel economy improvements of a factor of four to five can be achieved by hybridizing the heavy-duty trucks used on ocean ports.

本文根据多次sct8#泊位靠离泊的操作,总结了如何靠好该泊位的实践经验。特别是在涨末时段,为配合港口生产需要,顺应码头要求右舷顺靠的情况下,如何克服水流的影响达到安全、快捷、顺利靠泊的实践经验,提出控制船位偏前,以船尾顶流入泊的操作方法,引发同行讨论,以期达到获得更多认识,更多经验。其他情况下,不论涨潮落潮,靠离泊受水流影响都比较明显,在按常规方法操作的前提下,确保安全靠离泊。     

一款摩托车多功能液晶显示(LCD)数码表的设计

一种8位单片机实现以太网通信的解决方案

本文实现了一种使用8位51单片机控制以太网接口芯片RTL8019AS,完成以太网通信的解决方案。实践证明该方案具有成本低、使用简单、运行稳定的优点,特别适合应用在远程通信的小型控制和数据采集设备上。
