首件鉴定的实践与体会

首件鉴定是产品质量控制过程的关键环节,从运用首件鉴定程序的实际情况出发,着重阐述产品首件鉴定的范围、时机、鉴定内容,以及在运行首件鉴定过程中遇到的瓶颈及其解决对策,提出针对具体情况进行层次化首件鉴定的理念。     

新型有轨电车同步电机驱动的独立轮转向架轮轴检修工艺研究

新型有轨电车在国内发展迅速,但是相关的检修工艺落后、设备陈旧,因此,需要对检修工艺进行研究。针对同步电机驱动的独立轮式转向架,分析其不同于传统转向架的特征,研究转向架构架和轮对的检修工艺及维修设备,得出转向架轮轴检修间的工艺布置。与国内现有的有轨电车转向架检修工艺相比,优化了工艺布置和设备配置,解决了同步电机驱动的独立轮式转向架轮轴的检修工艺。     

在用LPG汽车检测规范的研究

简述了我国LPG汽车标准体系现状,分析了在用LPG汽车检测规范方面的不足,提出LPG汽车专用装置检测项目和检测规范。随机选择了10辆LPG汽车样本,进行了双怠速排放性能、LPG钢瓶的合格性、燃气供给系统外观与泄漏性能检测,验证了检测项目的合理性与可行性。     

汽车车身涂装的质量检测

汽车的涂装质量直接影响汽车的防锈蚀性能、外观性能及价格,汽车的涂装质量是汽车检验中的一项重要内容。文章介绍了汽车涂装质量的检测方法以及新车和在用车车身涂装后的检验方法,指出车身涂装后,要确保漆膜光泽和漆硬度符合标准,面漆异色边界分明、整齐,无各种缺陷。表明随着汽车涂装技术的不断进步,检测手段已得到很大提高,这些都对稳定和提高汽车的涂装质量起到了保障作用.     

Tailpipe emission from petrol driven passenger cars

Realizing the dominance of petrol-driven passenger cars of MUL over the fleet of cars in India, a case study of different models of petrol-driven passenger cars of Maruti reporting at an authorized service station of M/s R.K.B.K. Automobiles, Gorakhpur was taken up and the tailpipe emissions along with individual vehicle-related parameters were monitored for idle and fast idle test conditions. The outcome of the study relating to the effect of various vehicle-related parameters on CO and HC emissions of petrol-driven passenger cars of Maruti has led to the useful inferences, which can be used not only for predicting the emission of vehicles with respect to vehicle age and mileage, but also for automobile manufacturing sector to help them produce such environmentally benign petrol-driven passenger cars having long-lasting compliance of pollution control systems with respect to vehicle age and mileage of the petrol-driven passenger cars in the country.

随着船舶检验工作的日益复杂,人工管理方式已愈来愈显示出其劣势。为此,在对船检业务充分调研的基础上总结了船舶检验的管理技术,同时,设计了船舶检验管理系统,并总结了系统特点和关键技术。     

Policing the poor: The impact of vehicle emissions inspection programs across income

Comparing vehicle emissions inspection results with vehicle owner income shows that the Arizona vehicle emissions inspection program constrains the vehicle repair decisions of people in the low end of the income distribution more than people in the high end. Individuals who live in areas with lower annual income are both (i) more likely to drive vehicles that fail emissions inspections at a higher average rate, and (ii) more likely to fail emissions inspections conditional on vehicle characteristics. The top income quintile fails emissions inspections 20% less often than the bottom income quintile even when controlling for observable vehicle characteristics. This implies that owner characteristics, in addition to observable vehicle characteristics, have a non-negligible impact on vehicle emissions rates. Therefore, the impact of programs designed to reduce vehicle emissions could be greater if participation were subject to a means test.     

铁路隧道检测技术现状及发展趋势

传统隧道质量检测方法以人工检查为主,结果依赖于检测人员水平,效率极低,远不能满足现场需求。为了检测设备的研制和保障铁路隧道运营安全,通过调研国内外多种隧道检测新技术和不同类型的综合检测车,分析现有隧道检测技术的特点,结果表明:目前的检测技术存在病害检测指标相对单一、自动识别程度低、检测速度较慢等问题。提出铁路隧道检测环境与公路隧道及城市轨道交通相比存在的一些差别,得出铁路隧道检测技术有以下发展趋势:(1)隧道衬砌质量无接触式检测;(2)激光扫描将成为表面病害主要检测方式;(3)检测设备高度集成化;(4)检测数据采集和处理自动化;(5)铁路隧道检测车需采用专用轨道车辆。     

瞬变电磁与地质雷达在注浆效果检验中的应用

通过介绍注浆原理并对常规注浆效果检验方法进行比较,阐述了瞬变电磁方法和地质雷达方法引入到注浆效果检验中的必要性,进一步介绍了瞬变电磁和地质雷达的工作原理和理论支持,从而提出“物探方法和钻探方法相互补充,多种方法相互修正,理论探测与实际开挖相互验证”的综合性注浆效果评价机制,最后结合相关工程说明此机制的应用效果.
