CATIA modeling method of ship hull with hull line as data input北大核心CSCD

[Objective]To simplify the ship modeling process and improve modeling efficiency, this paper proposes a method for rapidly implementing hull model creation based on hull line drawing.[Methods]Using the CATIA platform, this method adopts the component application architecture (CAA) development tool for secondary development. First, by reading the geometry elements and label information of the hull lines in a drawing, the transformation of the offset points from 2D to 3D is realized. On this basis, the creation of the hull lines, stern and bow is completed, and a 3D wireframe model obtained. Finally, the hull 3D modeling is completed in conjunction with the CATIA native surface creation command. The stability and reliability verification of the developed type value extraction and bow generation program is then carried out via application analysis.[Results]The results show that the compiled program can realize the automatic creation of offset points, transverse lines, waterlines, profile lines and other boundary lines except the top line of the wall, and the centerline and tangent lines created by the bow generator are easily modified and simple for users to operate. [Conclusions]The verification results show that the method of a creating hull model using "Generative Shape Design" and "Drafting" with the hull line drawing as the data input is stable, reliable and able to realize rapid hull modeling, giving it certain practical value. © The Author(s) 2022.

Mitigating environmental impacts in advance: Evidence of cost and time savings for transportation projects

The traditional model for mitigating a transportation project’s environmental impacts typically operates project-by-project and delivers the mitigation just-in-time. In contrast, the newer practice of advance mitigation comprehensively assesses and mitigates impacts from one or multiple transportation projects before or during project planning, sometimes long before project construction begins. The practice has gained adherents for its potential to improve ecological outcomes, by better aligning mitigation and conservation goals. Advance mitigation also stands to reduce mitigation costs, an important secondary benefit for transportation agencies with constrained resources. Evidence of cost savings, however, has been piecemeal and anecdotal. This paper advances knowledge of advance mitigation’s financial impacts in two ways. First, it critically assesses the evidence about cost savings realized through advance mitigation, both through avoided up-front costs and reduced project delay. Second, it directly estimates the project time savings that might accrue with advance mitigation of state highway projects in California. Overall, the balance of evidence is encouraging for transportation agencies that would introduce the practice, and general agreement exists on its financial benefits. Considering project delays related only to the environmental process, we estimate advance mitigation could reduce delivery times by 1.3–5.0 months per project. Still, we also identify factors limiting comprehensive analysis. Transportation agencies adopting advance mitigation practices into their operations could use a pilot approach that includes rigorous environmental and mitigation cost accounting; such pilots would build needed empirical evidence of advance mitigation’s financial and ecological outcomes.     

基于嵌入式系统程序升级的架构设计

本文阐述Boot在嵌入式程序刷写中的架构设计研究与应用。嵌入式程序主要包含两部分:一部分是用来更新应用程序的引导加载程序,即Boot程序;另一部分是应用程序,即APP程序。随着客户需求的多样性和智能化,应用程序也不断地迭代升级,Boot程序也需要升级,所以还需要一段程序来升级Boot程序。升级Boot程序时存在风险性,所以要保证升级Boot程序和App程序时正确稳定,安全可靠。

“天鲲号”绞刀齿拆装起吊装置技术方案

船员应对磨损严重的绞刀齿进行及时更换,以保证船舶施工持续进行,而更换绞刀齿主要依靠人力或者专用装置。根据绞刀施工特点,并结合船舶相关设计图纸,对绞刀齿拆装起吊装置技术方案进行设计。利用相关计算手段,对该技术方案可行性进行分析和论证。将起吊装置成功应用到疏浚施工现场,解决了人力无法胜任的重型绞刀齿拆卸和安装的难题,提升了船舶性能。研究成果可为类似工程提供参考。     

临时钢板桩码头的设计与应用

针对施工临时码头区域地质条件差、工期紧、预算限制的问题,以马来西亚槟城吹填STP2项目为例,进行了不同结构形式临时码头的分析和研究。最终选择了其中临时钢板桩码头结构形式,该结构适应恶劣的地质条件,施工简便快捷,同时成本低廉。该设计施工效果良好,满足工程项目的需求,具有一定的推广意义。
