实时时钟管理芯片DS12887在黑匣子中的应用

实时时钟管理在黑匣子设计中是必需的和非常重要的任务,而采用功能强大的时钟管理接口芯片是实现这一任务的十分有效的手段.分析了黑匣子技术中时钟管理的要求,说明了实时时钟管理芯片DS12887的功能、工作原理、各信号线及内部寄存器的作用.设计了89C51与DS12887的接口电路,确定了DS12887的各端口地址,给出了对DS12887的编程实例,并分析了在使用DS12887时应注意的一些问题.实验表明,所提出的设计方法正确有效.     

滚装船跳板系统可靠性分析

根据滚装船的任务特点,对其跳板系统进行任务剖面、寿命剖面分析,按跳板系统功能的逻辑关系,构建可靠性分析模型.在进行完整的定性分析基础上,开展较为准确的定量计算,找出系统的薄弱环节,为提高跳板系统的安全可靠性提供依据.     

基于AT89C51的串级控制冷却系统设计

针对东风系列内燃机车静液压驱动冷却系统故障率高、能耗高、效率低的问题,设计一种基于AT89C51微控制器的串级控制冷却系统.说明系统的组成原理,详细描述控制器的硬件设计和软件架构以及抗干扰设计.实验证明方案可行,控制器具有较高的控制精度和稳定鲁棒性,有一定的推广价值.     

Cruise activity and pollution: The case of Barcelona

One of the main causes of mortality worldwide is air pollution. To tackle this problem, local, regional and national governments have implemented policies to reduce emissions from industrial and on-road sources. However, when these policies are being designed, shipping emissions are often overlooked. There has been a drastic increase in the demand for cruises and its economic relevance is also growing in port-cities. Barcelona is Europe’s leading cruise port, and it is located near the centre of the city. In this context, this paper analyses the impact of cruise ships in the air quality of the entire city of Barcelona using a dataset with information about pollutants and the number of cruises arriving to the port. We show that there is a direct impact between cruises staying at the port and city pollution. Additionally, the size and age of the cruise also affect air quality. The larger (or newer) the cruise is, the higher the emission generated. Moreover, our simulations show that the whole city is affected by these emissions.     

Does the increase of public transit fares deteriorate air quality in Beijing?

Since 2006, Beijing lowered its public transit fares as a way to improve air quality. However, Beijing increased public transportation fare prices from December 28, 2014, and commuters pay for the distance they traveled rather than a flat fare. This paper explores the effect of Beijing public transit fares increase on air quality. We collect daily data of air pollution and weather variables and use synthetic control method of Abadie and Gardeazabal (2003) to select control units. We then estimate a difference-in-differences model and assess the effect of the policy on air quality index (AQI). We find a 16.28% increase in air pollution in short run. However, we find no longer-run effect on air quality.

为对船舶改装是否属于"重大改装"进行有效判别,对中国船级社(CCS)《船舶重大改装实施指南》(2016)和有关部委、主管机关的有关规定进行研究分析。厘清这些规定中蕴含的船舶重大改装的判别原则和思路,为业界普遍性存在的及将来可能出现的各类海船改装提供"是否属于重大改装"的定性判断依据。

单片机技术是现代电子工程领域一门迅速发展的技术,在嵌入式系统开发中起着关键的作用。本文介绍了三种最常用的单片机设计仿真软件WAVE 6000、KEIL C51和Proteus软件,比较了其功能特点,并结合Proteus软件的应用实例,给出了仿真的具体步骤及C51源程序。     

R082数字式电子调速器半实物仿真平台的研究

建立一种基于LabVIEW的R082数字式电子调速器半实物仿真平台,利用PCI-6221数据采集控制卡实现了实时信号的输入输出,仿真研究柴油机随着使用时间增加,性能参数发生变化时对R082数字式电子调速器控制性能的影响。
