RBF神经网络在传感器故障诊断中的应用研究

提出一种基于RBF神经网络的传感器在线故障诊断方法,用某气囊隔振系统隔振装置中大量的传感器数据进行了仿真实验,验证了方法的可行性.通过对每个传感器建立单独的神经网络预测模型,实现多传感器的故障诊断.     

南水北调东线分流区通航水流条件及改善措施

采用平面二维水流数学模型,对南水北调东线某工程调水分流区通航水流条件进行了计算分析,提出了改善通航水流条件的方案.计算结果表明,现状条件下分流区通航水流条件不能满足规范要求,方案2通过扩挖金宝河及分流区南侧对回流区和横向流速的改善效果较好,推荐其作为工程改善措施.     

Hydrographic conditions affecting two fishing grounds of Mallorca island (Western Mediterranean): during the IDEA Project (2003–2004)

This paper describes the hydrographic conditions observed during six surveys carried out during 2003 and 2004, in the framework of the “IDEA Project” (acronym for “Influence of oceanographic structure and dynamics on demersal populations in waters of the Balearic Islands”). The surveys were developed on the shelf and slope of Mallorca Island, in particular in two fishing grounds at the north and south of the Mallorca channel. Periodic movements of the fishing fleet between these two areas have been regularly reported, suggesting a seasonal variability of the resources which could be in turn associated with the hydrodynamic variability. With this motivation, water masses affecting these grounds have been identified and their seasonal variability has been studied. Different oceanographic and environmental conditions have been found between the two fishing grounds. These differences are related to the presence of mesoscale structures, associated with the Western Mediterranean Intermediate Water (WIW) at the north of the Ibiza channel and big gyres detached from the Algerian Current. The former has been shown to have influence on the regional oceanic circulation and the latter could affect the progress of fresh Atlantic Water (AW) towards the channels and make possible the presence of high salinity values at intermediate waters at the south of Mallorca Island. Historical data from other oceanographic cruises carried out in the region are finally used to discuss the interannual variability of these mesoscale structures.     

变频器在供热锅炉节能技术上的应用与研究

根据风机与泵类轴功率与转速的立方成正比的特点，分析供热锅炉辅机泵与风机的流量、扬程（压头）、功率与转速间的关系，阐述变频调速节能原理，并举例比较了水泵采用变频调速控制与阀门控制所产生的效益情况。提出变流量运行时，泵与风机应采用变频技术，以降低成本，延长设备使用寿命，提高经济效益。     

Numerical simulation of wave-induced nonlinear motions of a two-dimensional floating body by the moving particle semi-implicit method

The moving particle semi-implicit (MPS) method was applied to compute nonlinear motions of a floating body influenced by the water on deck. To compute the motions of a rigid body, the fluid pressure at the position of each particle on the body surface was directly integrated in space and the equations of translational and rotational motions were integrated in time to determine the correct position of the rigid-body surface at each time step of the time-domain calculation. The performance of this method was validated through a comparison with measured results in an experiment that was newly conducted using a model of a box-shaped floating body with a small freeboard. Although the overall agreement was good, some discrepancies were observed for a shorter wave period, especially for the drift motion in sway. The effect of numerical resolution on the results was checked by changing the number of particles. With a higher number of particles, no obvious improvement was seen in the global body motions, but the resolution of the local free-surface profile, including the water on deck, was improved.     

Combustion development of a Bi-Fuel engine

Environmental improvement and energy issues are increasingly becoming more important as worldwide concerns. Natural gas is a good alternative fuel that can help to improve these issues because of its large quantity and clean burning characteristics. This paper provides the experimental performance results of a Bi-Fuel engine that uses Compressed Natural Gas as its Primary fuel and gasoline as its secondary fuel. This engine is a modification of the basic 1.4-liter gasoline engine. Generally, on the unmodified base engine, torque and power for CNG fuel are considerably lower than gasoline fuel. In this paper, the influence of fuels on wall temperature, performance and emissions are investigated.     

滑坡监测无线传感器网络基于事件的信道分配方案

在高速铁路沿线的山体斜坡上部署无线传感器网络,用于监测山体斜坡变化情况。综合考虑传感器节点能量有限性和对采集信息的实时性需求,提出一个基于事件的信道分配方案用于滑坡监测信息的传输。以是否有列车经过山体斜坡区域作为事件,当无列车经过时,为节点分配活跃周期和睡眠周期,采用TDMA的方式唤醒节点并分配一个可用信道进行数据传输,从而在保证数据传输的前提下节省节点能量,延长网络寿命;当有列车即将经过时,节点完全进入活跃周期,采用多个信道并行传输的方式传输数据,减少传输过程中由于信息碰撞造成的信息丢失和重传,从而降低传输时延,提高信息传输的实时性。最后,通过仿真实验分析系统性能,证明所提方案的有效性。     

Evaluation of detection sensitivity and count performance of advanced vehicle detection technologies at a signalized intersection

This article evaluates the stop-bar detection and count performance of three advanced vehicle detection sensors under various environmental conditions at a signalized intersection. Continuing advancements to vehicle detection technologies and improvements to their detection capabilities to overcome issues from impacting conditions necessitates testing the performance of new and upgraded sensor products to evaluate their performance and identify the most suitable products for various climates and weather conditions. The three evaluated sensors were Autoscope Encore video, Iteris Vantage Edge 2 video, and Wavetronix SmartSensor Matrix microwave sensors. The three sensors performed with high detection sensitivity during ideal environmental conditions with up to 99.9% detection accuracy levels and are suitable for traffic monitoring centers that rely on remote access to the monitored sites and the collected data. However, they were affected by some extreme adverse weather conditions, mainly daytime and nighttime snow, daytime fog, dawn lighting, and strong winds (for high mounted devices). The selection of a sensor product will depend on the type of application and the priority given to the type of traffic data being collected. Overall, the Iteris video sensor performed with the highest detection sensitivity levels, with the Wavetronix Matrix microwave sensor performing similarly under most conditions (14 of 19 evaluated conditions). Autoscope video provided the highest count accuracies and also provides a much broader data collection capability. The results of this study will help transportation agencies in selecting suitable vehicle detection sensor technologies for future installations within their jurisdiction and improved data collection.     

Fast direction of arrival algorithm based on vector-sensor arrays using wideband sources

An acoustic vector sensor （AVS） can capture more information than a conventional acoustic pressure sensor （APS）. As a result, more output channels are required when multiple AVS are formed into arrays, making processing the data stream computationally intense. This paper proposes a new algorithm based on the propagator method for wideband coherent sources that eliminates eigen-decomposition in order to reduce the computational burden. Data from simulations and lake trials showed that the new algorithm is valid： it resolves coherent sources, breaks left/right ambiguity, and allows inter element spacing to exceed a half-wavelength.
