Theoretical Development and Engineering Practice of Pavements in China

This paper presents a comprehensive review of historical theory development and current construction practice of pavement engineering in China. Mechanical models, design guides, construction techniques, evaluation methods and maintenance standards are elaborated for Portland cement concrete (PCC) pavements and asphalt concrete (AC) pavements. Differences in design methodology among pavements of rural highways, urban roads and airport fields are discussed based on service requirements.Lessons and experiences based on the past 20 years' construction practice and pavement performance are summarized. Current research areas in pavement engineering associated with unconventional geological and/or landscaping in China's highway construction and national strategic plan for pavement engineering are also covered.     

黄土隧道喷射混凝土回弹量控制实践

以郑西铁路客运专线函谷关隧道为例,从喷射混凝土拌和料、机械设备和喷射方法几个方面介绍黄土隧道中应用湿喷砼技术控制喷射混凝土回弹的工艺,能为类似工程提供借鉴。     

Strength Regularity and Failure Criterion of High-Strength High-Performance Concrete under Multiaxial Compression

Multiaxial compression tests were performed on 100 mm × 100 mm × 100 nun high-strength high-performance concrete (HSHPC) cubes and normal strength concrete (NSC) cubes. The failure modes of specimens were presented, the static compressive strengths in principal directions were measured, the influence of the stress ratios was analyzed. The experimental results show that the ultimate strengths for HSHPC and NSC under multiaxial compression are greater than the uniaxial compressive strengths at all stress ratios, and the multiaxial strength is dependent on the brittleness and stiffness of concrete, the stress state and the stress ratios. In addition, the Kupfer-Gerstle and Ottosen's failure criteria for plain HSHPC and NSC under multiaxial compressive loading were modified.     

用铅锌尾矿生产加气混凝土的试验研究

用铅锌尾矿生产加气混凝土.分析了水料质量比、浇注温度和铝粉膏的掺量对加气混凝土发气的影响,以及铅锌尾矿、水泥和调节剂对加气混凝土强度的影响.确定了优化的工艺方案和配方.按优化的工艺和配方制备的加气凝土的抗压强度和抗冻性达到了B06级合格品要求,导热系数、干燥收缩值和放射性满足国家标准要求.     

混凝土的温度时效研究

混凝土结构在遭受火灾作用后,在决定修复受损结构之前,必须估算结构的残余承载能力,这需要了解结构在高温作用后的性能,对相同配合比的混凝土试件在温度作用后的力学性能进行了初步的试验研究,包括抗压强度和横纵向应变,并分析了其变化规律,为高温后混凝土的温度时效研究提供了参考。     

国内外水泥砼路面硬刻槽应用现状分析

随着人们对路面抗滑重要性认识的提高,关于如何提高路面抗滑性能、减少交通事故已经成为非常突出的问题。而水泥混凝土路面尤其是高速公路路面的一般抗滑构造已明显不能满足现行路面对抗滑的要求,故通过调查分析国内外刻槽技术的研究与应用现状,提出合理的刻槽参数,对增加道路的抗滑力,保证交通安全具有十分重要的意义。     

低掺量粉煤灰在水泥混凝土路面中的研究与应用

大量的试验证明,粉煤灰不仅可以改善混凝土的和易性,降低混凝土早期的水化温升,改善混凝土的界面结构,而且还可以使水泥混凝土在抗压、抗折、抗渗透及其抗盐冻性方面均高于普通混凝土。     

掺加聚丙烯纤维改善混凝土性能的研究

针对混凝土的抗变形能力差、耐磨性差等缺点,在混凝土中掺加一定量的聚丙烯纤维,通过聚丙烯在水泥混凝土中的阻裂、增韧机理。来增加混凝土的强度、韧性及耐腐蚀性等,可以延长混凝土路面的使用寿命。

以沪宁高速扩建工程为例,对桥梁拼接的形式、工艺及质控要点进行详细介绍,并进行归纳总结,可为高速公路的桥梁扩建提供参考。     

后张预应力混凝土梁管道摩阻测试研究

介绍了预应力管道摩阻损失的测试原理与测试方法,结合后张预应力混凝土简支梁和连续梁的管道摩阻实测结果,用最小二乘原理识别管道摩阻系数和偏差系数,分析了测试方法的合理性和试验结果的可靠性。探讨目前长束单端张拉中,在千斤顶行程不足的情况下,准确获得预应力钢束中预张力的方法,并将实测结果与设计和施工规范要求进行了对比分析,得出了一些有价值的结论。
