大板式车厢寿命分布数学模型的选择及评价指标

借用外军厢式车大板式车厢可靠性数据,采用工程经验法和寿命评估法对我军目前装备的大板式厢式车车厢寿命进行分析,以构建大板式车厢寿命的数学模型,并提出了大板式车厢的寿命评价指标。     

体外预应力加固T形刚构桥

体外预应力技术施工方便、经济可靠 ,能有效地提高现有桥梁承载能力、改善结构性能 ,因而在加固既有桥梁中广为应用。该文以紫坭大桥主跨T形双悬臂刚构成功应用体外预应力加固的实例为背景 ,说明利用体外预应力加固同类结构的设计、施工及其监控方法 ,并从设计思路出发 ,强调施工监控的重要性。     

影响汽车骨架类零件冲压成形数值模拟质量研究

以汽车落地骨架零件为具体研究对象,利用LS-DYNA的动态有限元显式算法,研究冲压成形有限元数值模拟技术中影响模拟质量的重要因素,如网格质量、时间步长控制、渗透控制、沙漏控制,对汽车骨架类零件冲压成形数值模拟质量的影响。这对于有限元数值模拟技术在实际生产中的应用能够起到有益的指导作用。     

汽车车身装焊误差产生的原因分析及控制

汽车车身的装焊质量直接决定产品质量及整车性能。分析了汽车装焊的内在规律，并指出要保证良好的车身装焊质量，应从产品开发设计、工装的设计和制造、工艺的制定到工装的使用和维护、现场技术问题的处理、工人的操作以及零组件的尺寸保证等第一系列环节和过程进行综合的控制。     

汽车车身柔性装焊生产线探讨

阐述了建立汽车车身柔性生产线的必要性，指出了车身装焊生产线是汽车车身柔性生产的关键，从工艺设备、工装夹具、机械化输送及自动控制几个方面控制实现柔性汽车装焊生产线的措施。分析了柔性装焊生产线－车身生产发展的趋势，论证了计算机是实现柔性自动控制的核心。     

舵阻摇H∞控制器的设计

舵阻摇的效果对船舶水动力参数敏感,Ｈ_∞控制器对模型不确定性具有良好的适应性。本文设计了一种基于并联控制模式的舵阻摇Ｈ_∞控制器。模拟海上航行条件的计算机仿真表明该控制器具有良好的鲁棒特性。     

A combined use of phase plane and handling diagram method to study the influence of tyre and vehicle characteristics on stability

This paper deals with in-curve vehicle lateral behaviour and is aimed to find out which vehicle physical characteristics affect significantly its stability. Two different analytical methods, one numerical (phase plane) and the other graphical (handling diagram) are discussed. The numerical model refers to the complete quadricycle, while the graphical one refers to a bicycle model. Both models take into account lateral load transfers and nonlinear Pacejka tyre–road interactions. The influence of centre of mass longitudinal position, tyre cornering stiffness and front/rear roll stiffness ratio on vehicle stability are analysed. The presented results are in good agreement with theoretical expectations about the above parameters influence, and show how some physical characteristics behave as saddle-node bifurcation parameters.

主要阐述影响双层观光车侧倾稳定性的各项因素；对比分析后，提出采用四个高度控制阀的改进方案，最终通过出口认证试验。     

基于SolidWorks垃圾车厢体有限元分析技巧

介绍了运用SolidWorks软件对垃圾车厢体进行有限元分析的一般方法。着重阐述了分析思路以及在分析过程中的建模、网格划分、载荷定义、零件接触等方面的技巧。     

Optimal roll control of an articulated vehicle: theory and model validation

This paper investigates optimal roll control of an experimental articulated vehicle. The test vehicle and the mathematical model used to design the control strategies are presented. The vehicle model is validated against experimental data from the test vehicle in passive configuration. The initial controller design, performed by Sampson (Sampson, D.J.M. and Cebon, D., 2003a, Achievable roll stability of heavy road vehicles. Proc. Instn. Mech. Engrs, Part D, J. Automobile Engineering, 217(4), 269–287), is reviewed and adapted for the experimental vehicle. The effect of not controlling all the axles on the vehicle is investigated and a variable vehicle speed controller is designed by interpolating between constant speed controllers. Substantial reduction in normalized load transfer is achieved for a range of manoeuvres, both in steady-state and transient conditions.
