涎腺肿瘤组织中人乳头瘤病毒DNA的检测

为探讨腺上皮起源的涎腺良、恶性肿瘤与人乳头瘤病毒（Ｈｕｍ ａｎ ｐａｐｉｌｌｏ ｍ ａｖｉｒｕｓ, ＨＰＶ）感染的关系,应用聚合酶链反应技术（ＰＣＲ）,采用共有引物检测４４例涎腺肿瘤组织中的ＨＰＶ ＤＮＡ的存在状况。１０ 例正常涎腺组织作为对照。结果显示：肿瘤组织中ＨＰＶ ＤＮＡ 阳性检出率达７０．４５％ （３１／４４）,其中恶性肿瘤 ＨＰＶＤＮＡ 阳性率为７７２７％ （３１／４４）;良性肿瘤ＨＰＶＤＮＡ阳性率为６３６３％ （１４／２２）;而正常对照组织中ＨＰＶ ＤＮＡ阳性率仅为１０％ （１／１０）。提示：涎腺肿瘤的发生可能与ＨＰＶ感染有关

分析了我国连锁零售企业物流系统特点及主要的物流运作模式,在此基础上建立我国连锁企业物流运作模式选择决策的评价指标体系,并应用层次分析法(AHP)对物流运作模式选择决策进行分析,最后举例说明。     

重组人单链白细胞介素12融合基因(rhscIL-12)的构建和真核表达

克隆人 IL - 1 2 ( h IL - 1 2 ) p40和 p35亚单位 c DNA,构建人单链 IL- 1 2 ( rhsc IL- 1 2 )融合基因 ,并在哺乳动物细胞中进行表达。方法　从经 PDBu刺激的 EBV转化的人 B淋巴母细胞株 NC37中提取 m RNA,经 RT- PCR分别获得 h IL- 1 2 p40和 p35亚单位编码序列的 c DNA,运用重组 PCR技术将两段基因通过一疏水性多肽接头 ( Gly4 Ser) 3 DNA序列进行体外基因重组 ,构建 rhsc IL- 1 2融合基因 ,将其插入 pc DNA3.1 ( + )真核表达载体 ,经脂质体转染 COS7细胞进行表达 ,Western blot进行分析。结果　所克隆的 h IL- 1 2 p40、p35c DNA序列和构建的 rhsc IL - 1 2融合基因 DNA序列均经测序得以证实 ,融合基因可在 COS7中表达其产物 rhsc IL- 1 2融合蛋白 ,其分子量为 70 KD,可与鼠抗人 IL - 1 2 p40 /p70单克隆抗体特异性结合。结论　本研究结果为进一步探讨 rhsc IL- 1 2融合蛋白的生物学活性和特性奠定了基础 ,也为 rhsc IL- 1 2融合基因在原核细胞中的表达提供了可能性     

THE INVESTIGATION OF DIFFERENT POPULATION＇S TRANSFUSION-TRANSMITTED VIRUS-DNA IN SHAANXI PROVINCE

Objective To investigate transfusion transmitted virus (TTV) infection among population of different groups in Shaanxi Province. Methods A nested polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with primers from ORF1 of TTV genome was established to detect TTV-DNA in serum of the patients. Results TTV-DAN was detected in the sera of 3 of 50 cases of general population(6％), 2 of 30 cases of vocational blood donors(6.7%),21 of 97 cases with Type B hepatitis (21. 6％), 9 of 35 cases of Type C hepatitis (25. 7％),and 23 of 40 cases with non-A～ non-G hepatitis (57.5 ％ ). Conclusion There is TTV infection among general population in Shaanxi Province. TTV may be an impor- tant agent to cause non-A～non-G hepatitis. And the patients with HBV or HCV can have overlapping TTV infection.

非均匀条件下的船舶锚链静力特性快速计算

为探索锚泊船偏荡时船与锚链相互作用问题,开展了非均匀条件下锚链静力特性的快速计算研究。采用分段外推-校正方法计算了锚链张力、顶端倾角、悬垂线形状及长度。通过寻找锚链悬垂线最低点位置以及预估顶端倾角的方法来增加求解速度,实现了快速运算。     

供应链物流能力的管理过程分析

供应链物流能力是保障供应链正常运作的关键能力之一.笔者首先分析了供应链物流能力的基本概念和研究现状,分析了供应链物流能力的构成及影响因素,提出了常见的几种供应链物流能力.从“计划——执行——监督控制”三个主要的管理过程出发,对供应链物流能力管理过程进行了系统的分析,论述了在不同的阶段中,供应链物流能力管理的主要任务.论文提出了执行过程中供应链物流能力的五大影响因素和调节供应链物流能力的四种主要策略,提出了供应链上不同企业主体对物流能力管理过程的作用,最后对全文总结.     

Competition model of cruise home ports based on the cruise supply chain – based on China cruise market

This paper addresses issues of cruise home port competition based on the cruise supply chain. A pricing model of the cruise market is developed considering the competitive cooperation behaviors of the participants in the cruise supply chain. Furthermore, a model of cruise home port competition is developed to investigate the impacts of subsidy participants in the cruise supply chain on cruise home ports. The results indicate that subsidy policies change the market equilibrium, promote the upstream and downstream integration of cruise supply chain, and enhance cruise home port competitiveness. Subsidies to cruise line increase the payoffs of cruise supply chain and ports’ profit. Subsidies to travel agency decrease passenger costs and improve all ports’ profits. For the long-term development of cruise home port, the consequents can be used as policy suggestions.     

材料中带状组织对摩托车链轮加工的影响及相应解决方案

通过对金属材料加工过程中带状组织的成因及产生的危害进行分析,采取在生产工艺中增加退火的方式对材料进行预处理,来达到细化晶粒、均匀成分、改善组织的作用。实践证明,该方法对改善带状组织对摩托车链轮加工的影响十分有效,很好地解决了链轮断裂问题,不仅大大降低了废品率,还取得了很好的经济效益。     

供应链环境下供应商选择的评价模型

供应链环境下供应商的选择是一个多目标决策问题,通过分析影响供应商选择的评价指标,综合DEA方法确定权重较为客观及AHP方法对评价方案易于排序的优点,给出供应商选择的DEA／AHP两级评价模型,并用实例验证用此模型选择供应商的可行性。
