绿色城市的发展,对城市轨道交通桥梁创新设计提出更高的要求.结合重庆城市轨道交通桥梁建设的实践,对我国城市轨道交通桥梁设计创新、设计工作现状和存在的主要问题进行分析研究,提出树立创新设计理念和编制国家标准<城市轨道交通桥梁设计规范>的思路,以实现"科学合理、以人为本、安全可靠、经济适用、技术先进"的目标.     

基于空频分组码的短波MIMO通信系统

文章提出一种基于空频分组码的短波MIMO通信系统,并考虑了短波信道间相关和OFDM调制峰平比等问题对系统性能的影响,通过计算机仿真分析了所提系统的性能及上述问题对性能的影响。     

中英码头船舶靠泊撞击能设计规范对比分析

对比分析了中、英规范关于码头船舶靠泊撞击能设计方面的差异,并通过实例进行了验算。研究结果表明:中国水运行业规范对影响船舶靠泊撞击能的因素考虑不全,计算结果偏小,动能系数取值不尽合理。建议修订计算公式中系数的种类和取值。同时,为海外项目船舶靠泊撞击能设计提供理论参考。
