长江口航道疏浚土综合利用及新横沙生态成陆探索

针对长江口新水沙环境和滩涂演变的现状,以及长江口深水航道疏浚土综合利用面临的困境,以生态优先、共抓长江大保护的理念为指导,论述了后续疏浚土综合利用的紧迫性和可行性。从生态环境塑造、滩涂资源保护、长江口河势控制等方面着手,探讨了开展长江口大保护的有关路径和方法。提出了以横沙大道延伸及促淤护滩工程为依托,实现2020年后综合利用长江口深水航道疏浚土在新横沙生态成陆的具体方案。     

基于Laguerre函数对圆柱面绕射势的数值逼近

无限深圆柱表面绕射势沿水深方向的变化是连续的、不断衰减的。基于无穷区间Laguerre多项式并引入的伸缩系数s定义了Laguerre函数,既保证了函数在无穷区间的正交性,又使函数具有灵活性。绕射势的变化,可以用一系列Laguerre函数表示成级数形式。文中对该方法的收敛性进行了证明,并以一条FPSO为例对其在圆柱面的绕射势进行了逼近。求解级数展开式的系数时会遇到无穷积分问题,采用多次使用Gauss-Legendre积分和Gauss-Laguerre积分相结合的方法代替传统的Gauss-Laguerre积分方法,获得更高的积分精度。利用Laguerre函数可以对Rankine源法或者Rankine-Kelvin法的控制面上速度势进行逼近。     

三江源地区生态公路施工期环境监测技术研究

为了做好三江源地区生态公路施工期的环境监测工作,针对施工期可能会出现的水、空气、声、生态环境等问题,基于依托工程,从环境监测点位布局出发,明确监测指标,开展基础数据采集,构建相应的环境在线监测系统平台,本文对三江源地区生态公路施工期环境监测技术体系进行研究分析。该体系面向公路建设管理部门,可为生态公路相关环境保护管理决策提供参考依据。     

A Review of Buffeting Loading on Bridge Decks

The strip assumption is the basis of current buffeting analysis. However, the strip assumption has limitation in describing the buffeting load on a line-like structure. The validity of strip assumption was presented and an empirical 3-D aerodynamic admittance was proposed to describe the lift on streamlined decks. The relations between the 3-D admittance and Sears function are depicted.     

A Set of Axioms for the Utility Theory with Rational Probabilities

Expected utility theory of Von Neumann-Morgenstern assumes that a preference order is defined for all lotteries (c1, p; c2, 1-p)(c1 with probability p, c2 with probability 1-p)for all real p, 0 ≤p ≤ 1. But when the probability p is irrational, it is hard to interpret thelottery intuitively. The utility theory of J. C. Shepherdson is introduced based on rationalprobabilities in this paper. And then, this paper studies the axioms proposed by J. C.Shepherdson, and puts forward a set of alternative axioms. At last, it is shown that both sets ofaxioms are equivalent.     

腭裂修复术后近期与远期中耳功能的比较研究

为研究腭裂修复术后不同时期的中耳功能状况及其变化趋势。方法　应用声导抗及耳镜检查 ,对 43例术后半年和 2 1例术后 3～ 6年的患者进行中耳功能检测。结果　随着时间的推移 ,术后分泌性中耳炎发生率逐渐下降 ( P <0 .0 5) ,中耳通气功能明显改善 ( P <0 .0 5)。中耳传导系统功能的改善较缓慢。结论　腭裂修复术对咽鼓管 ( ET)及中耳功能的恢复是有益的 ,为临床治疗及进一步的研究提供参考     

非光滑规划的Lagrange鞍点定理

为什么需要科学史——《简明科学技术史》导论

科学史研究在古代已经萌芽,到20世纪上半叶真正确立了专业意义上的学科地位。科学史具有多方面的功能,其中在教育方面和沟通自然科学与人学术方面的功能尤其值得重视。在此基础上,本进而讨论了科学史的3种研究方法、科学史研究中的内史与外史等问题,并对科学史在中国的情形作了简要回顾。     

The influence of upwelling and entrainment on the algal bloom in the Baltic Sea

Hydrodynamic processes control many geochemical and ecological processes in the sea. In this paper, the influence of up- and downwelling and entrainment on the ecosystem components are studied. The ecohydrodynamic model was initially used to simulate the whole Baltic Sea to get the boundary conditions for the Gulf of Riga. Then, to study the influence of different hydrodynamic conditions on the algal bloom, three simulations were made for the Gulf of Riga using different boundary and entrainment conditions. It appears that upwelling in the gulf was strongly dependent on open boundary conditions between the Baltic Proper and the gulf. The vertical transport in the Gulf of Riga was many times more intensive in the calculation system Baltic Proper and Gulf of Riga, than in the case where only the Gulf of Riga was simulated. The blue–green algal bloom was influenced by the vertical transport due to different nutrients' limitation mechanism.
