针对多平台协同目标识别问题,提出了基于D-S证据理论的分步式融合设计思想,目标型号识别.通过仿真验证了算法对解决不确定问题的有效性和正确性.

介绍雷达辐射源信号识别的过程,概述和分析国内外雷达辐射源识别研究的现状,阐述基于粗糙集理论的雷达辐射源信号识别方法,指出雷达辐射源信号识别的发展趋势,为今后相关研究提供了有益的思路。     

基于模糊模式识别的城市道路安全状况综合评价

针对影响城市道路安全状况的因素众多且具有模糊性的特点,采用模糊模式识别与模糊综合评价相结合的评价模型来评价城市道路安全状况.建立了城市道路安全状况综合评价指标体系,应用层次分析法确定了指标权重,应用集值统计法对指标特征值进行了量化.通过对大连市黄河路的评价实例证明,该模型实用性较强,可用于完善道路安全设计及辅助道路安全管理.     

自动变速器齿轮系统传动比计算与分析

自动变速器齿轮系统结构复杂,形式多样,它和控制阀体、液力变矩器被列为自动变速器的三大主要部件与认知难点。为了搞清它的结构和动力传递,结合典型结构简图,分析自动变速器3种类型齿轮系统的结构特点和动力路线,提出相应齿轮系统的传动比计算方法。     

基于ANSYS的350 km/h高速动车组用鼓形齿式联轴器的参数化建模

对350 km/h高速动车组用鼓形齿式联轴器的结构进行了分析,并采用ANSYS软件的APDL语言对其实现了参数化建模,大大方便了以后对该联轴器进行的相关分析,并且为复杂结构的建模提供了一个新的思路和方法.     

"圆齿-共轭曲线"内啮合齿轮泵的齿廓设计和大圆弧拟合

以无填隙片结构的1齿差内啮合齿轮泵为例介绍共轭齿廓的求法及拟合;强调了曲线的内、外包络是其内、外法向等距线而不是平行等距线的概念.给出了"圆齿-共轭曲线"齿廓的解析解及工程实用的高精度圆弧拟合实例.     

性能卓越的转叶式舵机设计

随着造船新理念的深化,在船舶机械的总体布局中,要求舵机设备逐渐集成紧凑,操作简便且节能环保。分析了Rolls-Royce转叶式舵机的设计与技术特点,通过与其他类型舵机的多个技术参数对比,Rolls-Royce转叶式舵机均具有明显的优势。其设计理念贴合船舶行业节能减排的发展趋势,并能为安装、维护和保养节约成本,因此在中国市场占有率相当高。     

Dynamic simulation of subsea pipeline and trawl board pull-over interaction

This paper presents a novel strategy based on the finite element method for prediction of fishing gear interference loads on subsea pipelines. Trawl board pull-over interaction is addressed with emphasis on hydrodynamic load representation, handling of pipe-trawl contact and modeling of the trawl gear system. A validation study involving 34 model test runs was carried out for three trawl boards with variation of pipe span height, towing velocity, towing line stiffness and pipe support conditions. The simulated bias of the load impulse was found to be within a 10% margin of the model test measurements. Based on the validated numerical model a sensitivity analysis involving nearly 250 simulations was conducted. The interaction behavior was seen to be greatly influenced by the board-pipe friction coefficient, the tension level in the wire between board and trawl net, the towing line drag properties and the direction of over-trawling.     

Estimating economic and resilience consequences of potential navigation infrastructure failures: A case study of the Monongahela River

The paper examines the potential effects of failure of heavily used, outdated locks and dams on the Monongahela River in southwestern Pennsylvania. Catastrophic failure would result in lengthy outage of barge traffic. The displaced volume of coal shipments from mines to power plants is estimated using Energy Information Administration survey data. The resilience of the impacted facilities, the viability of their shipping alternatives, and their ability to re-organize into new markets is assessed. Lost revenues are estimated for facilities that close due to an inability to adapt, as well as the replacement cost of towboats and barges trapped by a catastrophic and sudden failure. The aggregate costs to these facilities as a result of a year-long closure are estimated at $0.56-1.7 billion.     

多尺度图像边缘检测技术在车辆识别中的应用

指出了图像边缘检测的定义及现有算法的不足,并对Canny边缘检测离散准则及该准则下的最优线性滤波器进行了论述。根据边缘检测离散准则,利用数值方法求出该准则下边缘检测的最优线性滤波器及对应的平滑算子,将其与Canny边缘检测技术相结合进行边缘检测,检测出不同尺度下多幅边缘图像,并根据小尺度下图像边缘细节信息丰富、边缘定位精度高,大尺度下图像边缘稳定、抗噪性好等特点,将检测到的多尺度边缘进行融合,得到抗噪性好的精确的单像素宽边缘;同时将该方法应用于汽车特征提取,检测到完整连续的汽车边缘图像,为车型识别提供条件。试验结果表明:该方法不仅能准确检测出图像边缘,而且能有效地抑制噪声,是边缘检测的实用方法。
