针对某型集装箱吊具导板机构故障频发、使用寿命短和维修成本高的弊端,在充分吸收其他吊具导板机构优点的基础上,对其进行了设计改造.使用表明,改造后降低了维修成本,提高了设备的可靠性和作业效率.     

多环稳定的红外电视制导系统研究

多轴红外导引头是导弹的重要组件,作为具有国际先进水平的新一代导引头,可在3个轴向上使红外摄像机稳定,与弹上有关系统一起完成对目标的搜索与跟踪,并以高精度提供光轴相对于弹轴的夹角,从而完成整个导弹对目标的跟踪直至命中目标。采用红外光学舱后,该型号导弹的全天候作战能力将大大提高。     

高速公路路网精细化编码与定位研究

结合现有高速公路路政客户服务呼叫中心在应急事故和紧急救援时所面临的用户定位问题,分析了现行道路定位方式在行驶方向、立交匝道等处精确定位时所存在的不足,提出一种建立于国家统一路网命名和编号规则基础之上,包含道路编号、百米桩号、行进方向和传输校验4大要素的路网精细化定位编码标识,并给出了编码规则和标志制作安装方法,使得高速公路的管理人员和司乘人员能方便快捷的获取精确的道路定位,从而指引管理部门快速反应,为交通应急指挥和紧急救援赢得宝贵的时间。     

Cruise port centrality and spatial patterns of cruise shipping in the Asian market

This paper investigates the centrality of cruise ports in the Asian cruise shipping market while proposing the hubs and authorities centrality (HACC) metric as a directional synthesis of the hubs centrality and authorities centrality to explore cyclical and directional features of centrality in the cruise shipping network. With the development of the cruise shipping industry, research has been actively conducted with a particular focus on identifying the characteristics of hub ports. This paper employs social network analysis to investigate the HACC which is originally developed for analyzing the cruise port centrality problem. Empirical study implies that Ho Chi Minh City, Hong Kong, Nagasaki, Penang, Phuket, Port Klang, Shanghai, and Singapore (in alphabetical order) reflects particulars of cruise hub ports. One of the exceptional results of this paper is Ho Chi Minh City, Penang, Phuket, and Port Klang have demonstrated high HACC (refers to hub ports) while limited degree and betweenness centrality. In contrast, Busan and Keelung are not classified as hub ports.

本文从情感模式的角度出发,对前新时期的城市小说进行了具体的阐释与分析,指出城乡对应是构成前新时期城市小说的主要审美内容,其中包括了诸如改革与反改革,离城与返城、井里井外等子模式,试图比较全面和深刻地把握与思考前新时期城市小说的业绩.     

基于5G+智慧灯杆的区域交通协调优化控制系统功能分析与研究

随着国内城市化的稳步推进,智慧交通建设的理念逐渐得到了广泛的关注.在智慧交通的建设中,车载传感器因其载体局限性,对于规避道路拥堵、优化行车路线上无法起到关键性作用.车路协同的模式越来越受到科研人员的关注.智慧灯杆,因其可拓展性成了智慧交通建设中最佳的感知载体.杆件上可安装监控设施、广播、大屏幕,以及各类传感器、检测器等等一系列的感知设备.依托5G技术,相关交通管理部门可以更及时地掌控实时的交通运行情况.通过对交通流预测模型及区域交通协调优化模型的建立,提前预测中短期内道路交通流的运行情况,依托5G+智慧灯杆编织起的城市感知网络及定向广播系统,对沿途车主定向定量地决策最优的行车导航方案,对城市道路交通进行高效、有效的管理.现以上海5G+智慧灯杆的工程实例为依托展开基于交通流预测模型而开发的区域交通协调优化控制系统功能分析与研究.     

Distributed coordinated in-vehicle online routing using mixed-strategy congestion game

This study proposes a coordinated online in-vehicle routing mechanism for smart vehicles with real-time information exchange and portable computation capabilities. The proposed coordinated routing mechanism incorporates a discrete choice model to account for drivers’ behavior, and is implemented by a simultaneously-updating distributed algorithm. This study shows the existence of an equilibrium coordinated routing decision for the mixed-strategy routing game and the convergence of the distributed algorithm to the equilibrium routing decision, assuming individual smart vehicles are selfish players seeking to minimize their own travel time. Numerical experiments conducted based on Sioux Falls city network indicate that the proposed distributed algorithm converges quickly under different smart vehicle penetrations, thus it possesses a great potential for online applications. Moreover, the proposed coordinated routing mechanism outperforms traditional independent selfish-routing mechanism; it reduces travel time for both overall system and individual vehicles, which represents the core idea of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS).

文章在界定大学生特殊群体内涵和类型的基础上,探讨其特征及形成原因,针对性提出加强大学生特殊群体职业指导的若干途径。这不仅关系到学生个人成长成才,而且对高校校园文化建设、提高学校声誉和整体就业率都具有重要作用,同时还关系到和谐社会的维稳和发展。     

最短路径Auction算法及其在路径诱导中的应用

通过采用C#语言程序，对比传统路径算法，并在实际道路网络和随机网络中进行了试验，测试了算法在求解网络“一对一”最短路径问题时的运算性能．结果表明，Auction算法在求解此类问题时，体现算法自身原理的优势，虽然整体性能表现不及经典的路径算法，即迭代步骤略多，但仍有改进的余地．
