爆破网路设计在毗邻城镇滩险施工的应用

毗邻城镇滩险爆破施工一直是各方关心的问题,尤其附近有文物建筑更是如此。爆破施工主要解决施工安全与工程施工质量、工程综合效率之间的矛盾,并注重生态环境保护。针对毗邻城镇滩险施工中的诸多不利因素,探讨了爆破施工理论、爆破网路设计技术、施工工艺和操作方法,结合赤水河具体滩险的工程实例,指出爆破施工中应注意解决的主要问题,重点对主要爆破技术参数进行分析研究,实践结果达到了安全控制、质量控制、资源节约、成本控制的目的。

案例教学法在税务稽查教学中的运用探析

税务稽查是一门具有很强技术性的课程,要求学生掌握稽查的相关理论知识和技术方法,能够对复杂问题独立地做出判断和决策。传统的“注入式”教学模式,忽略对学生综合操作能力的培养,存在理论与现实脱节的问题。因此,需要引进案例教学方法、选择恰当的案例教学形式、设计完善的教学案例,使案例教学成为税务稽查教学的常规手段。     

Some Key Technologies of a New-type CNC Curve Grinding Machine

This paper presented a new-type CNC curve grinding machine, in order to conquer the disadvantages of conventional NC curve grinding machine and improve surface quality, dimensional accuracy and machining efficiency. The new-type grinder adopts some high and new technologies: ① the normal tracing device could make grinding wheel coincide with the normal direction of the machining points in work piece, and improve surface quality and dimensional accuracy; ② the digital image on-line recognition system could monitor machining process and compensate wheel wear in real time; ③ linear motor drive mechanism could realize the exact adjustment of the grinding head digitally and increase the machining efficiency. The math models of normal tracing and circular tolerance zone were presented. The experimental results show that the new-type CNC curve grinding machine equipped with the three devices mentioned above is easy to realize the precision grinding of any complex curve, and improve surface quality, dimensional accuracy and machining efficiency.     

数控实践教学及其实训故障辨析

阐述了数控实践教学对培养数控专业学生的实践操作技能和加深数控知识的掌握起着重要的作用;通过两年的数控实践教学,结合广州航海高等专科学校的教学安排,提出实践教学要重视内容和突出技能培养;总结了在数控实践教学过程中实训出现的各种问题、突发性故障和人为造成的故障,并提出相应的解决办法,为以后的实践教学提供借鉴,避免类似的问题发生．     

Consumer preferences and willingness to pay for advanced vehicle technology options and fuel types

The automotive industry is witnessing a revolution with the advent of advanced vehicular technologies, smart vehicle options, and fuel alternatives. However, there is very limited research on consumer preferences for such advanced vehicular technologies. The deployment and penetration of advanced vehicular technologies in the marketplace, and planning for possible market adoption scenarios, calls for the collection and analysis of consumer preference data related to these emerging technologies. This study aims to address this need, offering a detailed analysis of consumer preference for alternative fuel types and technology options using data collected in stated choice experiments conducted on a sample of consumers from six metropolitan cities in South Korea. The results indicate that there is considerable heterogeneity in consumer preferences for various smart technology options such as wireless internet, vehicle connectivity, and voice command features, but relatively less heterogeneity in the preference for smart vehicle applications such as real-time traveler information on parking and traffic conditions.     

Statistical assessment of EV usage potential from user’s perspective considering rapid-charging technology

The aim of the German Government is the licensing of one million electric vehicles (EV) in Germany until 2020. However, the number of battery electric vehicles (EVs) today still is just above 25,000. There are several reasons for deciding against an EV, but especially low battery ranges as well as too long perceived charging duration inhibit the usage of an EV. To eliminate the negative influence of these two reasons on the decision to purchase an EV, a novel charging technology is established. The rapid-charging technology enables the user to recharge the battery to 80% of its state of charge (SOC) within 20–30 min. For the examination of the technology’s impact from (potential) user’s perspective, users and nonusers of battery electric vehicles were questioned about the perceived additional value of public rapid-charging infrastructure by taking into account different trip purposes and running comparisons to regular charging options. The results show an increased perceived value especially for trips with leisure purpose, considering their share of all trip purposes in Germany, according to the MiD 2008. In order to increase the number of licensed EVs in Germany, the study’s results also suggest further dissemination of information on rapid charging which might influence the perceived usefulness of the technology and consequentially the perceived usefulness of an EV.
