根据驾驶人的视认性和短时记忆理论, 分析了限速标志影响下的驾驶人自适应性和车辆的易操控性, 计算了高速公路施工区内限速标志的前置、后置和重复距离。基于高速公路施工区长度划分计算模型, 考虑了车辆排队长度、驾驶人短时记忆以及重复距离等因素, 提出了高速公路施工区限速标志位置确定方法, 并运用VISSIM仿真软件进行实例验证。仿真结果表明: 在最低限速为40 km·h-1 、大车混入率为40%条件下, 当交通量为1 400 pcu·h-1时, 一、二、三级限速标志的最小冲突率分别为0.06、0.10、0.21次·m-1, 最大冲突率分别为0.56、0.14、0.23次·m-1; 当交通量为1 960 pcu·h-1时, 三级限速标志的最小冲突率分别为0.84、0.28、0.36次·m-1, 最大冲突率分别为0.87、0.31、0.40次·m-1; 当交通量为2 240 pcu·h-1时, 三级限速标志的最小冲突率分别为0.72、0.31、0.39次·m-1, 最大冲突率分别为0.74、0.34、0.48次·m-1。 相似文献

In a car-free city centre car traffic is limited by an area-wide ban to its functionally necessary share. This usually includes delivery and service vehicles and residents' cars. The lock-out of unnecessary car traffic must not be an isolated measure, but part of a pulland-push approach. The Mediterranean area plays a pivotal role within the definition and implementation of regional strategies for integrated coastal zone management (ICZM). Under the umbrella of the Regional Framework Operation BeachMed-e, a research project was carried out in five Mediterranean EU regions (East Macedonia and Thrace in Greece, Lazio, Liguria, and Emilia Romagna in Italy and Languedoc-Roussillon in France), in order to study the different approaches to ICZM that have been applied and also to test new approaches to these regions. The aim of this article is to present and discuss the results of the common surveys conducted in order to investigate the institutional stakeholders’ perception on ICZM in the five Mediterranean regions considered. The results are presented region by region, while comparisons are carried out among regions. Summarizing the results it can be stated that some differences and common problems affecting the coastal decision-makers of the five Mediterranean regions considered were identified. Particularly, stakeholders involved in coastal management generally perceived a lack of collaboration and a poor information exchange in all the regions, resulting sometimes in a lack of awareness on coastal erosion issues. 相似文献

箱涵刚域效应是指结构在节点处,由于构件相交而存在的性质特殊的区域,该区域的相对抗弯刚度趋近无限大,呈现出不可变形的特性,从而对结构受力和变形产生影响的现象。为研究刚域效应对箱涵结构的影响,对箱涵进行受力和变形的特性分析,确定刚域及其判定方法。以箱涵的基本参数和加腋特征参数为变量,分析箱涵结构刚域效应的规律。并对比分析考虑刚域效应后结构变形和内力结果,经分析确定出顶板和侧墙的刚域范围与结构尺寸之间的比例关系,以及加腋构造的最优坡度。考虑刚域效应后的变形和内力值较小,可以减小钢筋用量,降低工程造价。 相似文献

The strata of Chengershan tunnel is mainly consist of the slightly cemented tertiary sandstone, the tun⁃ nel body passes through F 2 fault core zone. Geological disasters of mud outburst, sand gushing and extrusion of work face occurred several times during tunnel construction, so the risks are very high.
