To predict the behavior of land subsidence due to groundwater withdrawal, a 3D numerical model is established. The model takes the confined aquifer and soft deposit of Ningbo into account. According to the pumping test data, changing regulations of groundwater level, and land subsidence during dewatering are analyzed. Comparison between the calculated value and measured value shows that the 3D model simulates the measured value fairly well. The future behavior of land subsidence during dewatering period provides the scientific basis for the construction of deep foundation. 相似文献

从城市职住平衡的影响因素出发,以城市发展政策、土地开发政策、交通系统发展、居民收入与产业发展等视角探讨大城市职住平衡形成的政策与规划因素。然后,从政策和规划两个层面思考促进城市职住平衡实现的途径。指出调整城市发展政策是调整职住平衡的根本,而职住平衡是一个动态过程,必须研究政策对职住平衡发展过程的影响。强调通过大城市活动组织分区来控制出行距离,在这些分区内城市服务配置相对完善、就业与居住平衡。最后指出,在把握职住平衡形成规律的基础上应充分考虑弹性,在城市空间规划与交通规划中坚持城市活动分区组织,同时将发展时序与政策有效结合。 相似文献

Coastal areas are experiencing high levels of development, largely driven by a number of aesthetic and recreational factors, increased mobility, availability of disposable income for middle and upper income groups and the promise of job opportunities and improved economic well-being for lower income groups. As existing coastal urban nodes expand development “shifts” to less developed areas and places increasing pressure on the surrounding natural environment. This article considers the coastal zone of two municipalities in the Eastern Cape, South Africa, with similar environmental characteristics but disparate socioeconomic and governance histories. It identifies and integrates the drivers of development and land use change in the coastal zone of these municipalities by means of an adapted Driver-Pressure-State-Impact-Response (DPSIR) Framework. Development and land use change are driven by a combination of social, economic, and legislative factors that need to be considered for future management and planning in this unique dynamic system. 相似文献

Abstract the prospect of global warming and consequent sea level rise will have important implications for coastal communities. this article examines the land use implications of alternate sea level rise scenarios on the city of myrtle beach, south carolina. current trends as well as high and low sea level rise scenarios are superimposed on the city's beach profile and near shore contours to estimate the type and value of land development likely to be impacted. It is found that losses associated with accelerated sea level rise would be particularly high in the city's hotel district and that overall property loss could range from 21 to 60% of the city's total property value. to lessen these potential losses, coastal communities such as myrtle beach must choose among one of three policy options including: (1) barricade the beach, (2) raise the land, and (3) implement a strategic retreat. specific alternatives within each of these options are explored in turn. the article concludes that successful development plans will incorporate ground rules sensitive to and consistent with dynamic coastal processes. 相似文献

Abstract This paper describes one of the first known attempts at integrating a dynamic and disaggregated land-use model with a traffic microsimulator and compares its predictions of land use to those from an integration of the same land-use model with a more traditional four-step travel demand model. For our study area of Chittenden County, Vermont, we used a 40-year simulation beginning in 1990. Predicted differences in residential units between models for 2030 broken down by town correlated significantly with predicted differences in accessibility. The two towns with the greatest predicted differences in land use and accessibility are also the towns that currently have the most severe traffic bottlenecks and poorest route redundancy. Our results suggest that this particular integration of a microsimulator with a disaggregated land-use model is technically feasible, but that in the context of an isolated, small metropolitan area, the differences in predicted land use are small. 相似文献
