斯里兰卡科伦坡港南集装箱码头工程平面布置优化设计

斯里兰卡科伦坡港南集装箱码头工程为国际BOT项目,为适应集装箱运输发展及业主运营、管理要求,根据本 项目平面布局特点,分析BOT原方案陆域平面布置中存在的问题,并提出优化思路及码头结构等级、堆场布置、闸口布置 和辅建区布置的优化方案,较好地满足了BOT和业主使用要求,并通过国际咨工的严格审批,为项目的顺利实施打下坚实 基础。优化成果对类似国际性港口工程有一定的借鉴和参考意义。     

Does Bus Rapid Transit Influence Urban Land Development and Property Values: A Review of the Literature

Abstract

Despite the proliferation of bus rapid transit (BRT) systems over the past few decades across developed and developing world cities, the impacts across these systems on the urban spatial development and property markets have not been comprehensively studied. The current paper attempts to fill this gap in the literature by reviewing the methodologies, underlying theories, and findings presented in the individual academic studies on BRT land-use and price impacts, mostly drawing on those that have focused on Latin American and Asian systems. The review shows that the land-use and value impacts have been less uniform across systems compared to such operational performance metrics as speed and travel time improvements. While predominantly relying on cross-sectional modeling techniques, the approaches used to evaluate land-use changes induced by the transit systems are not uniform either, with only some studies explicitly measuring changes in types of land use as opposed to simply land or rental price. The study also concludes that more rigorous evaluation is needed as to whether the BRT systems have improved accessibility for the populations that inhabited the corridors previously or whether, instead, the desired land value increases have in fact resulted in significant population displacement.

基于WebGIS的建设用地监管系统设计与实现

传统的土地监管业务流程采用“以数管地”模式,无法快速掌握和分析国土部门的征地以及供地数据,在此基础上采用“以图管地”模式,在信息化的平台上实现图、数、实地的一致。利用WebGIS强大的数据管理、空间分析功能设计歼发无锡市滨湖建设用地监管系统,实现对建设用地监管数据的统一管理、分析和辅助决策,满足建设用地监管“以图管地”、统计分析各阶段业务需要,提高建设用地监管工作效率,为土地决策提供快速而有力地支撑。     

基于信令数据的出行强度影响因素分析模型

为探究城市交通出行强度影响因素及不同因素的影响程度,本文从土地利用与交通基础设施建设两方面出发,分析包括土地利用混合指数,职住混合率熵指数,公共交通站点 500 m覆盖率,路网可达性等17个指标与出行强度的相关关系;基于相关系数和拟合优度分析,提取7个与出行强度强相关指标,基于所识别指标构建北京市中心城区出行强度多元回归模型.模型结果表明,职住混合率熵指数对出行强度的影响最为显著,公共交通站点覆盖率对出行强度的影响比道路网密度和可达性更为明显.此外,给出单一土地利用/交通基础设施指标对出行强度拟合结果的离群特征分析方法,用于评估不同区域基础设施供给与交通出行需求之间的平衡关系.     

天津市轨道交通客流效能提升策略

回顾天津轨道交通成网以来客流的发展变化,识别出当前影响天津市轨道交通客流提升服务覆盖不足、站点配套不完善以及自身竞争力不足难以与小客车竞争等问题,最后提出近期完善站点接驳,提升轨道交通服务覆盖范围;中期完善轨道交通服务,提升轨道交通吸引力;远期形成多方合力,推动轨道交通为骨干的"公交都市"等策略.     

地面沉降对路基上单元板式无砟轨道平顺性的影响分析

为揭示地面沉降对路基上单元板式无砟轨道平顺性的影响规律,通过建立路基上板式无砟轨道-路基有限元实体模型,充分考虑无砟轨道和路基的特性及其之间的接触方式,改变轨道结构层厚度和粘结方式,以此来进行地面沉降幅值、轨道结构层厚度和结构层间离缝对轨道不平顺的影响的研究。结果表明:地面发生沉降时,无砟轨道会发生跟随性的沉降,从上到下各层沉降值依次增大,且地面沉降幅值越大,轨道不平顺越明显;轨道结构层厚度越大,地面沉降对轨道平顺性的影响越小;轨道结构层间离缝对轨道平顺性有很大影响,尤其是无砟轨道与道床之间出现离缝时。     

Transit investment and economic development

This paper describes the development of approaches to analysing the links between investment in transit and economic development. It indicates the need to bring together disparate approaches from urban economics and transportation economics to get a full understanding and uses recent results on agglomeration economies to present a more rigorous model of the wider economic benefits of transit investment. Although the evidence increasingly points towards identifiable benefits over and above those captured in conventional transport cost-benefit analysis, the chapter counsels against the assumption of simple rules.
