泥石流是天山公路的主要地质灾害之一,天山公路泥石流的机理研究主要来自对区域泥石流的研究。研究工作以点面相结合为基础,通过对天山公路泥石流3个基本形成条件(即松散固体堆积物,水源和地形)的分析,提出了天气形势、暴雨强度、前期降雨、滑坡活动、土体含水等因素与泥石流暴发时间、规模大小、流体性质之间的关系,建立了部分相关公式。从而进行探讨和分析。 相似文献

高速铁路深埋黄土隧道变形模式及锚杆作用机理研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以郑西铁路客运专线函谷关隧道工程为依托,通过理论分析和现场1:1原型试验相结合,综合分析确定高速铁路大断面深埋黄土隧道围岩内变形模式以及基于此变形模式的锚杆作用机理和作用效果。研究结果表明:拱顶部围岩内位移衰减缓慢,不同深度处围岩相对位移值很小,出现整体下沉现象;边墙部围岩位移衰减较快,不同距离处围岩相对位移值较大;围岩内不同部位变形模式是影响锚杆受力的关键性因素,拱部锚杆受力很小,边墙锚杆受力较大;建议隧道拱部130°范围内可不设置锚杆,该范围以下至墙角设置全长粘结型系统锚杆。研究结果有效地指导了现场设计与施工,同时也为类似工程提供参考依据。 相似文献

There has been a great deal of research on deriving estimates of the value of travel time savings (VTTS) as a way of converting
travel time benefits of toll roads relative to free routes into monetary units, the major user benefit in the development
of forecasts of traffic and hence revenue streams. By contrast there has been almost no consideration given to identifying
the role that various tollroad products play in establishing preferences for toll routes over non-tolled routes. Increasingly
tollroads give users the option to pay by cash at a toll booth, by electronic tolling or by a pre- or post-paid debit and
credit account system involving vehicle identification. The efficiency gained by electronic tolling for both the users and
the operator have resulted in moves in many jurisdictions to eliminate cash collection entirely (or not introduce it when
introducing a new tolled road facility), and to introduce a range of pre- and post-payment options. This has been accompanied
by a growing move to distance-based charging in some contexts which is more cumbersome to structure with a cash option. This
paper investigates current and potential travellers’ preferences for a range of toll products and how much individual’s are
willing to pay for very specific toll products. Data from a stated choice experiment is used in a mixed logit model to establish
the role that toll products play in the context of offered times and costs of alternative routes, in choosing between alternative
ways of paying for the use of tolled routes.

John’s research interests are in the areas of discrete choice modelling and efficient stated choice experiments. A few cities in some of the larger developing countries in Latin America and Asia have made increasing use of multi-year concessions or franchises, competitively awarded to private companies, for construction and operation of urban transport infrastructure and for provision of public transport services. In view of the strong prospective growth of developing-country cities with large transport needs, and the rise in the emerging economies of potential new sources of private capital, it is important to see how effective PPP has so far been in this area. The experience is analyzed principally by thorough comparative review of what has actually happened for some of the main users to date: Bogotá, Santiago, São Paulo, Seoul, and several cities in both China and India. Despite delays and mistakes that have been made in development of most of the projects, the overall results, already delivered and in prospect, are very positive and urban public transport is benefiting substantially, with significant side effects on poorer people's access to work and to services, air pollution levels and road accident rates. The widest and most important advantage of the PPP arrangements, as compared with more conventional short-term contracting, is found to be the innovations, technical and managerial, developed, and, in particular, the mutual capacity building of the countries' private and public sectors and their more effective interaction. The experience in the six countries covered suggests that other developing-country cities may be best assisted to develop sound urban transport PPPs more rapidly through provision of help on chosen items among 7 elements that have proved particularly crucial but sometimes weak in the projects reviewed: Civic consultation systems, Land-use/Transport strategic planning, Land/property market management, Monitoring systems, Progressive policies, Economic regulation, and Public institutional framework for PPPs. 相似文献

The diversity of port governance models in the world, sometimes even within the same country, has aroused the interest of researchers. This study is based on contingency theory to support the port governance model. The purpose is to understand the port governance model and the relation with port performance. There are three objectives: to analyze the port governance mechanisms; to analyze the port performance factors; and to understand the influence of the governance model mechanisms on port performance. A factorial analysis was used to determine the main components, and the methodology of the structural equation model was used to analyze a survey sample of 105 valid responses from specialists and managers of port user’s companies that operate in the main Portuguese ports. This study demonstrates that port governance model influences directly the port performance. The main contribution of this paper to the literature is providing a set of factors that public managers may decide when changing the characteristics of the port governance models to ensure their performance. It was also observed the approximation of the port expert vision of port governance with models described in literature. 相似文献

在深部开采工程中,裂隙岩石在水-力作用下容易发生起裂、扩展而导致失稳破坏。针对目前关于水-力作用下多裂纹断裂机理大多为定性研究而缺乏相关定量研究的问题,基于水-力作用下多裂纹扩展准则预测水-力作用下含双裂纹红砂岩的扩展过程和断裂模式,并通过开展含不同相对位置非等长非平行双裂纹的红砂岩长方体试样的水-力作用双轴压缩断裂试验和断口扫描电镜试验,研究裂纹几何参数和外载条件对多裂纹应力-应变曲线及扩展轨迹的影响规律,揭示水-力作用双轴压缩下岩石多裂纹宏-微观断裂机理。研究结果表明:对于水-力作用双轴压缩下含双裂纹的红砂岩试件,当裂纹相对倾角和相对垂直间距减小(或增大)且减小(或增大)幅度越大时,峰值荷载均随之减小(或增加)且减小(或增加)幅度也越大。对于任意相对位置的双裂纹,水力裂纹总是先起裂,天然裂纹一般后起裂或不起裂;断裂机理多为II型(剪切)断裂,裂尖断口亦可观察到强烈的剪切断裂特征;增加水平侧压可抑制I型断裂而促进II型断裂。预测结果和试验结果吻合较好,验证了水-力作用多裂纹扩展准则。研究成果可为深部岩体工程的强度计算、止裂控制和安全评估等提供重要的理论和现实依据。 相似文献
