Analytic hierarchy process application in selecting the mode of transport for a logistics company

As a multi‐criteria decision‐making (MCDM) method, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) has been used considerably to solve hierarchical or network‐based decision problems in socio‐economic fields. Following an in‐depth explanation of the transport function in logistics and an overview of the MCDM methods, the AHP model is employed in the paper for a logistics company in selecting the most suitable way of transportation between two given locations in Turkey. The criteria used in the selection of transportation modes are identified as the cost, speed, safety, accessibility, reliability, environmental friendliness, and flexibility. Several cost parameters (transportation, storage, handling, bosphorus crossover) are incorporated into the decision‐making process. The application is carried out in instructional character. The results of the study indicate that the railway transportation, which is not widely used in Turkey, is also an alternative and suitable means of transportation. The influence of upwelling and entrainment on the algal bloom in the Baltic Sea

Hydrodynamic processes control many geochemical and ecological processes in the sea. In this paper, the influence of up- and downwelling and entrainment on the ecosystem components are studied. The ecohydrodynamic model was initially used to simulate the whole Baltic Sea to get the boundary conditions for the Gulf of Riga. Then, to study the influence of different hydrodynamic conditions on the algal bloom, three simulations were made for the Gulf of Riga using different boundary and entrainment conditions. It appears that upwelling in the gulf was strongly dependent on open boundary conditions between the Baltic Proper and the gulf. The vertical transport in the Gulf of Riga was many times more intensive in the calculation system Baltic Proper and Gulf of Riga, than in the case where only the Gulf of Riga was simulated. The blue–green algal bloom was influenced by the vertical transport due to different nutrients' limitation mechanism.     

大跨径波形钢腹板梁桥试设计及探索

波形钢腹板组合箱梁从根本上回避了一般预应力混凝土箱梁桥腹板开裂病害问题,合理地将钢、混凝土两种材料结合,改善结构力学性能并减轻结构自重,理论上波形钢腹板梁桥可以超过混凝土腹板梁桥达到更大的跨度。由于梁桥中墩墩顶处负弯矩承载力有限,通过负弯矩对比的方式,试设计主跨360 m的波形钢腹板组合梁桥,并建立有限元模型,对结构抗弯、抗剪承载力,以及连接件等进行计算,结果表明试设计方案是成立的。钢腹板整体屈曲稳定性是制约波形钢腹板梁桥跨径增大的主要因素之一。为解决现有的波形钢腹板型号应用在大跨度梁桥中整体屈曲强度折减较严重的问题,研究设置纵向横隔和采用大尺寸波形钢腹板型号的应对措施,从而为波形钢腹板梁桥向更大跨度发展做出积极探索。     

波形钢腹板工字钢梁抗弯性能试验研究

传统的工字钢梁通常由顶板、底板和中部的平腹板焊接而成,由于腹板承受较大的竖向荷载,极易出现弯曲变形,导致整体刚度下降,结构承载受到较大影响。为了改善这一情况,研究了波形钢腹板工字梁在竖向荷载作用下的弯曲特性,通过有限元分析、理论计算和试验研究,得出不同荷载值作用时相应的应变值和挠度值,并与普通工字梁进行对比。结果表明,波形钢腹板工字梁具有更大的抗弯极限承载力,能较大程度地改善传统工字钢梁挠度过大的问题。     

波纹钢腹板预应力混凝土箱梁弯曲性能试验研究

通过对波纹钢腹板预应力混凝土箱梁10 m模型试验梁的设计及制作,介绍该类型箱梁的制作过程,试验梁成型后对其进行加载试验,用试验结果分析波纹钢腹板预应力混凝土箱梁的弯曲受力性能,结果表明:在弹性范围内,箱梁挠度值与荷载增长呈线性关系;采用带孔嵌入型连接的腹板与上下混凝土翼缘板的连接效果较好;翼板之间的变形符合平截面假定;集中荷载作用下,箱梁呈现典型的剪力滞效应;弯矩主要由顶板与底板承担,腹板只承受剪力.同时,研究成果能为下一步的工程应用提供参考依据和实践经验.     

碰撞/搁浅事故中船体强桁材结构损伤机理解析预报方法研究

随着航运业的快速发展,海上航行的船舶越来越多.尽管人们做了许多努力避免海上意外事故的发生,但海难事故依然不可避免.为了降低上述事故造成的损失,需要在设计阶段快速并准确地预报船舶的结构耐撞性.本文以强桁材结构为研究对象,通过开展准静态冲压试验及相应的数值仿真,分析强桁材结构在面内冲压载荷作用下的变形机理,并基于试验与仿真所得到的结构变形特点,提出强桁材面内受压时的变形模式.以此为基础,运用塑性力学理论,推导出结构变形能、瞬时结构变形抗力及平均结构变形抗力的解析预报公式,并将计算结果与试验结果进行比较验证.研究得到的结构面内受压变形能和抗力解析计算公式,可以快速评估事故载荷下结构的响应情况,包括结构变形阻力及能量耗散,具有使用方便,计算速度快,计算结果相对可靠的优点,对船体耐撞结构设计及抗撞性能评估具有一定的指导意义.     

多泵并联管道中调节阀控制流量平衡系统的应用

通过调节阀控制多泵并联管道中各泵输出流量平衡是一种简便易行的流量平衡调节方式。文中对多泵并联管道中调节阀控制流量平衡的工作原理以及控制系统的组成等进行介绍,并结合陕西神渭输煤管道工程中实际应用情况,对调节阀的性能曲线进行校核标定,同时,在多泵并联条件下对调节阀控制流量平衡系统的设备配置和控制效果进行了介绍,最终建立了一套完善的流量平衡控制系统。

Agent Technology Application in Automating the Coordination and Decision-Making in Supply Chain

Coordinating all the activities among all the parties involved in supply chain can be a daunting task. This paper put forth the viewpoint of applying agent technology to automate the coordination and decision-making tasks in a typical home PC industry supply chain. The main features of the proposed approach, which differentiate it from other approaches, are the following： ① In the prototype, the coordination agents have both cooperation and competition patterns, ② It uses JADE （Java Agent DEvelopment Framework） as the agent development environment to realize efficient and reusable agent software; ③ It produces some innovative models for the business processes and issues faced by parties in the supply chain. A prototype and the overall process flow were also described.
