数据链轮询多网优化设计方法研究

采用优化设计方法可有效提升数据链网络的整体性能。文章分析了轮询多网的网络结构及工作特点,提出了基于满足消息响应时间的网络优化设计方法,并在轮询单网优化设计理论的基础上,建立了轮询多网的优化设计理论。该理论将轮询多网问题转换成轮询单网问题,从而使网络优化设计方法得以简化,且能有效提升网络的容量及资源利用率。

框架四叉树的自主水下航行器追踪动态目标研究(英文)

An autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) must use an algorithm to plan its path to distant, mobile offshore objects. Because of the uneven distribution of obstacles in the real world, the efficiency of the algorithm decreases if the global environment is represented by regular grids with all of them at the highest resolution. The framed quadtree data structure is able to more efficiently represent the environment. When planning the path, the dynamic object is expressed instead as several static objects which are used by the path planner to update the path. By taking account of the characteristics of the framed quadtree, objects can be projected on the frame nodes to increase the precision of the path. Analysis and simulations showed the proposed planner could increase efficiency while improving the ability of the AUV to follow an object.     

Measuring the effect of low-cost carriers on regional airports' commercial revenue

This paper measures the effect of low-cost carriers (LCCs) on British regional airports' commercial revenue using panel data analysis. The evidence shows that although LCCs have significant impact on airports' commercial revenue, their contribution is smaller compared to other carriers. The empirical results indicate that holding other variables constant, on average, each additional LCC passenger boosts airport commercial revenue by £2.87, while each additional other carrier passenger raises commercial revenue by £5.59. These results are relatively stable across different models. The findings have important policy implications for aviation strategy at the regional level and beyond.

基于ARM7的铜电解槽数据采集系统的设计

本文介绍了一种铜电解槽的温度和电压采集系统。此系统分为三层,下位机用LPC2119采集电解槽的温度和电压;下位机采集数据后,通过无线网络发送给基于LPC2119的网关;网关通过CAN总线将数据发送给上位机。本文还介绍了系统的总体设计方案以及关键技术的解决方法。系统具有较高的测量精度,良好的稳定性,有较高的应用价值和推广价值。     

基于射频通信技术的扭矩测试系统

现代船舶控制系统需要实时对曲轴扭矩进行测量,本文提出采用无线射频数据传输方式,对曲轴扭矩实时采集,并发送到上位机的思路。给出了系统的硬件电路图,设计了无线数据采集系统。采用轮询方式,实现了对转轴多点扭矩的数据采集,通过设计合理的通信协议,保证了通信的可靠性,该系统结构简单且可行性强。     

岷江流域水资源安全及适应对策

随着经济和社会的发展,水资源安全问题日益突出,尤其是水资源短缺、水污染加重以及与水相关的生态环境恶化已经成为中国首要解决的问题之一.本文以岷江流域为例,从水资源的水量、水质及其生态环境安全等方面,探讨流域水资源安全问题.研究表明,随着人类活动和社会经济发展的影响,岷江流域水资源安全及其生态环境受到威胁,表现为:①水量减少.岷江流量明显减少,70~80年代与30~40年代相比,年均径流量减少9.5%,地下水资源量减少,地下水位降低10m左右.洪旱灾害更加频繁.②岷江水污染呈加重趋势.岷江高场站的综合污染指数由1996年的0.21增加为2000年的0.34,水质级别由“较清洁”变为“轻污染”.③生态环境恶化.岷江上游森林面积减少和干旱河谷扩大,水土流失也有加剧的趋势.针对这些变化,要保障流域水资源及其生态环境安全有必要采取下列对策:即必须树立可持续利用的观念;以水资源承载能力为前提,推进水利和经济的协调发展;建立水资源保护区,防治水污染.

为解决B/S模式的盾构远程监控系统随着处理数据量加大出现数据库负载过大、网页显示延迟等问题,基于B/S模式和Redis缓存技术设计盾构远程监控系统,系统包括数据层、应用层和展示层3部分。在数据层中使用Redis缓存数据,使系统具有高效的数据处理能力,并搭建Redis集群以实现高容灾和高可用性; 应用层和展示层采用分模块方式设计,可降低系统耦合度,简化开发流程。
