This study explores how battery electric vehicle users choose where to fast-charge their vehicles from a set of charging stations, as well as the distance by which they are generally willing to detour for fast-charging. The focus is on fast-charging events during trips that include just one fast-charge between origin and destination in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. Mixed logit models with and without a threshold effect for detour distance are applied to panel data extracted from a two-year field trial on battery electric vehicle usage in Japan. Findings from the mixed logit model with threshold show that private users are generally willing to detour up to about 1750 m on working days and 750 m on non-working days, while the distance is 500 m for commercial users on both working and non-working days. Users in general prefer to charge at stations requiring a shorter detour and use chargers located at gas stations, and are significantly affected by the remaining charge. Commercial users prefer to charge at stations encountered earlier along their paths, while only private users traveling on working days show such preference and they turn to prefer the stations encountered later when choosing a station in peak hours. Only private users traveling on working days show a strong preference for free charging. Commercial users tend to pay for charging at a station within 500 m detour distance. The fast charging station choice behavior is heterogeneous among users. These findings provide a basis for early planning of a public fast charging infrastructure.  相似文献

This paper addresses the optimal toll design problem for the cordon-based congestion pricing scheme, where both a time-toll and a nonlinear distance-toll (i.e., joint distance and time toll) are levied for each network user’s trip in a pricing cordon. The users’ route choice behaviour is assumed to follow the Logit-based stochastic user equilibrium (SUE). We first propose a link-based convex programming model for the Logit-based SUE problem with a joint distance and time toll pattern. A mathematical program with equilibrium constraints (MPEC) is developed to formulate the optimal joint distance and time toll design problem. The developed MPEC model is equivalently transformed into a semi-infinite programming (SIP) model. A global optimization method named Incremental Constraint Method (ICM) is designed for solving the SIP model. Finally, two numerical examples are used to assess the proposed methodology.  相似文献

It is essential to obtain accurate location of vehicles for new applications of Intelligent Transportation Systems. To remedy the defects of present Global Positioning System and vehicle-to-infrastructure (V-I) positioning technology, a new positioning approach based on vision and V-I communication is proposed. This approach aims at lane-level positioning with lower cost than conventional ones. In this approach, the position of the vehicle is represented by its lateral position (the lane number) and longitudinal position (the distance from entrance of the road) in a course coordinate system along the road; the specific lane the vehicle is occupying (the lane number) can be judged using the information of lane lines detected by vision systems; then the distance to the vehicle is obtained by a Road Side Unit (RSU) during the V-I communication; and the longitudinal position is calculated. The error of the approach on typical operating conditions is analyzed, indicating that the new approach can achieve the accuracy of less than 0.31 m for straight road and 0.58 m for typical arc road with ultra-wideband communication and ranging technologies and rational arrangement of RSUs. 沉管隧道最终接头短管节在牵移和拉合过程中易发生偏移与倾斜,且GINA止水带压缩到设计值难度较大。以南昌红谷沉管隧道为例,从准备、牵移、拉合及后处理4个阶段介绍短管节对接拉合施工工艺。通过对底钢板打磨、涂抹黄油等,减小底部摩擦阻力。采用计算机控制液压同步提升系统、液压数据量测、钢端壳间距测量等措施,对短管节轴线及平面控制。实践表明:GINA止水带压缩量误差仅为+4 mm,短管节轴线及平面偏差均在可控范围内,短管节干坞内拉合对接操作可行、质量可靠。  相似文献

This paper describes two identity-based broadcast encryption(IBBE) schemes for mobile ad hoc networks.The first scheme proposed achieves sub-linear size cipertexts and the second scheme achieves O(1)-size ciphertexts.Furthermore, when the public keys are transmitted, the two schemes have short transmissions and achieve O(1) user storage cost, which are important for a mobile ad hoc network.Finally, the proposed schemes are provable security under the decision generalized bilinear Di?-Hellman(GBDH) assumption in the random oracles model.  相似文献

目的研究内蒙古达斡尔族群体9个X-STR位点(DXS6789、DXS101、DXS8378、DXS7132、DXS7133、DXS7423、DXS6804、DXS6799、HPRTB)的多态性分布及法医学应用价值。方法抽取内蒙古达斡尔族87名健康无关个体静脉血,提取DNA,经PCR扩增、变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及银染显色技术进行等位基因分型;采用SPSS13.0软件计算各位点基因型频率和等位基因频率,并检验等位基因分布差异有无统计学意义;Genepop软件进行Hardy-Weinberg平衡检验;Fstat软件计算基因多态性、固定指数并检验固定指数偏离平衡的程度;Powerstats软件计算各种法医学应用指标。结果获得内蒙古达斡尔族群体9个X-STR位点等位基因频率分布的数据;进一步检验获得9个X-STR位点中DXS7133位点的多态性和分化程度较低;DXS7423和DXS7132位点在不同民族中基因分布差异无统计学意义。结论9个X-STR位点中,DXS6789、DXS101、DXS8378、DXS7132、DXS7423、DXS6804、DXS6799、HPRTB 8个位点有较高的遗传多态性和个体识别率,在个体识别和女孩的亲权鉴定中有较高应用价值,对疾病相关研究有实际意义。  相似文献

我国铁路经过6次大提速后,硬件设施水平得到了大幅提升,但与之配套的旅客信息服务体系却相对滞后。目前绝大多数铁路列车上的媒体终端是单向播发系统,研发适合铁路列车的车载移动信息服务平台已迫在眉睫。本文针对铁路旅客信息服务需求,运用系统分析法和功能分析法研发设计了集管理、服务、监控、娱乐四大功能于一体的列车车载移动信息服务平台,该平台的应用功能主要包括列车点餐、视频点播、音乐点播、电子书、新闻发布、广告发布、列车时刻表、整晚点信息发布、游戏、监控等。在车载信息服务平台的基础上,选择平台应用案例中点餐功能进行研究和开发,运用个案研究法实现了基于Android的列车订餐系统。  相似文献
